Great time and easy access to all we wanted to do.

We had a wonderful stay in Hampton Beach thanks to this cozy and clean little beach house. Many things to do in the area even at the end of "peak season." Great location and excellent host!

We've stayed in Hampton Beach many times. Usually is a slightly "rough around the edges" beach shack, perfect for a hot summer weekend. But Sean's place was really. REALLY nice for a small residence right inn town. Small, but with everything you need. Perfect location. Nice decor. Fresh and clean. Loved it.

This place was great! It was in a great location, just walking distance from the beach. There are several restaurants located close as well. The house was easy to get into and was very nice inside. The place looks fairly newly renovated and it has everything we needed. I would absolutely recommend to anyone who is looking for a great Airbnb in Hampton Beach

Our stay at Sean‘s place was very pleasant! There was everything we needed including a comfortable living room with Roku TV, 3 full beds in three bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen with a Keurig coffee machine, and beautiful decor touches throughout. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable stay, property was very clean and as described. Most of the amenities one would need for a beach stay. Very nice front porch to grill, sit, relax. Overall a positive stay. It’s an older property that has been renovated and well maintained. No dishwasher or washer/dryer if you want those amenities but that was clear in the property description. I wouldn’t suggest having more than 1 car as parking is limited and that could be problematic during the busy season.

Enjoyed our stay being so close to the beach & restaurants, yet quiet & private enough to enjoy the porch. Loved that we were able to walk everywhere.

Our second time staying here - clean, convenient, comfortable and in a great location!

We had a lovely stay, house was very clean and had everything we needed. Despite being steps from the main drag of Hampton Beach it was quiet and peaceful. It’s clearly written in description so shouldn’t be a surprise but there is only ONE parking spot despite being able to easily fit two vehicles. This is not something they are flexible with so just plan ahead.

Our family vacation was cozy and memorable. Thanks to Sean our trip was filled with beach time that was a five minute walk from the house. It was close to everything and had an almost full kitchen. It was missing a couple things like a can opener and salt and pepper shakers but managed to provide enough convenience for us to cook our own meals. Sean was responsive to any and all questions and/or needs. We will definitely come back!

The house is located in perfect location! Very close to the beach and all of the night life Hampton has to offer. We had a great time and all the neighbors were more than kind.

Great location, super clean and comfortable! A quick trip for us but worth every minute - easy to arrive, park, check in and feel right at home.

We stayed here for a quick schools out getaway with myself, 16 year old twins, and an 18 and 24 year old. The house was great. Clearly well maintained. Location was great. Just a couple minute walk to the beach and boardwalk with all the shops restaurants and bars. Sean and his team were great. The couple questions I did have he responded to quickly. My only complaint is that the bedrooms did not have individual air conditioners and being it was the first heatwave of the year, those rooms got pretty toasty at night when doors were closed. I would definitely stay here again.

House is in a great location, and nice porch. Sean was helpful, although he did add a 150$ cleaning charge after I had already booked the house. I was a bit taken a back by that. Otherwise, nice clean house, great place to hang and felt at home.
