The house was comfortable for our eight adults and four little ones 4 and under. As has been mentioned in other reviews, the refrigerator was quite small. Also the deck railing did not seem at all safe for the age of our children, and that’s with adult supervision of course. We just kept the slider locked. We loved the sun porch though. We opted to drive to the North Beach state park each day, so we’d have bathroom access. I’m glad Sean’s place was available and we were able to spend our second year In Hampton with our kids and grandchildren.

The place was amazing and he helped us tremendously. This was a last minute rental because the first one we were in was a disaster and not to mention gross however Sean approved the rental immediately for which I was grateful for his quick response. The property was immaculate, spacious and he had plenty of towels washcloths etc.. the fridge and freezer was just smaller then normal so plan accordingly but the area is very peaceful everything in the description of this place is spot on the view is wonderful the master bedroom is like a palace bedroom I couldn't have asked for a better host or better property it is so well kept. I would recommend this to anyone that has a big family we all loved it❣️

We had a wonderful family vacation! The sunroom was a big hit and perfect for having our morning coffee or just hanging out. The location was quiet and peaceful and within walking distance of the beach. Sean was a responsive host and replied quickly to any of our questions. Overall it was a great stay!

This beach house was perfect for our needs. Sean was fantastic about being proactive and friendly. We didn't need to contact him because instructions were detailed and everything was as we were told in descriptions and saw in the photos. Great location in a quiet area, yet easy to go to local attractions. Would not hesitate to book again!

Sean’s place is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the location, and enjoying the presence of our dog. All of our needs were met.

Perfectly located to walk on Main & North beach. Quick 15 minute drive to Rye. Spacious enough to host a large family. Beautiful neighborhood.

The house is definitely as advertised. Our only issue was the fridge is big enough for two people not a house that holds 10. Always having to get ice for coolers was a pain. We also had one issue with water and they were extremely quick to send someone who was very friendly. Would go again if fridge was bigger.

Master bedroom was larger than expected. The house is comfortable and relaxing. We walked to Hampton Beach from the house.

Great central location. Close to nice beaches, also reasonable to Boston, Portsmouth and Portland. Even close enough to New Hampshire's Lakes Region. The home is quaint and comfortable in a nice, quiet neighborhood. A great place for a family stay.

Sean was amazingly helpful and flexible when we had to add a dog at the last minute. We had an issue with the oven and Sean was right on top of it. I would stay at any of Sean’s properties

A last-minute stay at the beach was perfect. Sean was accommodating in making everything easy. Easy booking, easy location, easy enrty, easy communication. And best of all, easy walk to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet and safe. The only downside, and not a big one, was having the refrigerator in the second kitchen area away from the stove. We would be lucky to stay here again!

House is in a great location. Five bedrooms was just what we needed for our weekend. A recommendation would be to have enough living room furniture to accommodate all guest. The furniture is not very comfortable but was fine for the weekend. The house was cleaned which was clear when we got in there however there was a smell in the kitchen that seemed to linger. The upstairs is covered in carpet, which has stains and some of bathroom floor tiles are cracked or missing, otherwise house is as pictured. Perfect location, easy communication. Ultimately would stay again. A good price for what you get, especially for the location.

The house is nice and in a great location close to everything. The host was communicative and responsive as well. We had a nice stay overall - I do have a recommendation for this, and other Airbnb hosts though, which is to have seating for up the amount of people that the house can sleep. Guests like to lounge around in a central place at night or during breakfast times so there should be enough seating for everyone in the house to relax. We had a nice time and that's what matters.

Sean was a great host very helpful, he responded to all my concerns and needs.The place was exactly how it looks in pictures, area was quiet peaceful, Only thing that could have been a little better only one TV in one room, wish it had tV in all rooms, But overall Great Stay Great Host !!

Boars head was a beautiful stay! Great location, easy to get to. Everything was as described. Easy check in and easy check out. The driveway accommodated 2 pickups and a small suv inline with each other. The area has several restaurants and plenty to do. Highly recommend this place!

Plenty of space for a large family. Comfortable beds and linens. Nice touch having a coffee and tea bar with creamer in refrig. Perfect location to get anywhere in the Seacoast area. Beautiful views from deck off master bedroom. Even in winter the view was beautiful. Would be a great spot for a summer vacation. Great having the washer and dryer. To find a 5 bedroom beach house is rare. Great for families.

Great location with great views. We were there in the late fall so the town was mostly shut down for the season, but was expected. easy to get to all surrounding area attractions.

Great place- in a great area of Hamptom that had easy access to the boardwalk as well as a nice walk by the beach! The place was super clean and beds were very comfortable!

a wonderful beautiful place to vacation

Sean’s place was awesome. We were in town for my son’s wedding and it was the perfect place to stay. It was very clean, organized and had a nice beach house vibe. Sean was great at communicating and always reached out to make sure we were enjoying our stay. We loved the beautiful flowers too.

We had a fabulous time, this is a beautiful spot on Hampton Beach, lovely, user-friendly home that served as a perfect launching pad for our three generations. Sean it’s a dream to work with, very responsive, very considerate, and it couldn’t have been easier to check in and peel off. I would recommend this to others with great enthusiasm, and with no reservations whatsoever!

A group of us went to Hampton for the Seacoast Century bike ride , and this place was a mile from the start. Easily walkable to many restaurants and things to do. The place was clean, neat, tidy and uncluttered. The host, Sean, was very proactive. We had no issues during our stay. Beware that the houses are close together and you might need to close some curtains at night! And the parking is tight for three cars, but it all worked out fine!

This location/house gave our extended family a place to gather. Walking from here was great...to the beach...the boardwalk...the neighborhood was very quiet. We really enjoyed the house...the refrigerator was smaller than we thought for so many people. but the house was really great ..overall this was a great place for us!

Well maintained, large home with great family accommodations. Sean was very responsive and had a local team that was able to assist with any issues. Boar’s Head Peninsula is walkable to the South beach area of Hampton Beach. The North Beach is closer, but less useable as tides come up to the sea wall. All-in-all, great summer vacation spot for the family. Thank you, Sean. You were a great host!

A nice clean place. Perfect for our family. We would stay here again anytime!

Good spot for families. Very clean. We were a family of four with an infant and a toddler. Easy access to the beach. Road noise and fireworks might bother some kids but ours were OK with a sound machine for the most part.

The house was very large and clean. Lots of space to accommodate however, we did get in trouble one day for a noise complaint at 4pm for having too many people over for dinner (8 adults and kids) , and had to ask 3 people to leave which was bummer. The location was nice for the beach but, one thing to note is no beach gear is supplied so pick up some beach towels. The hosts were communicative and the air conditioning works great! Washer and dryer is a huge plus.

The house was exactly what I expected and what I was looking for. all the amenities worked perfectly, everyone was happy!

This was a good place to stay. The weather was cold and rainy while we were there so we didn’t get to explore as much as we wanted. But the house was nice and comfortable and was a great place for us to stay and explore the area.

The property management company was very communicative with lots of emails prior to and during our stay. I sent them some ideas of things that they could do to make this property better. It was clean when we arrived. It is sparsely appointed so bring your favorite bath towels, beach towels and kitchen items. The beds are comfortable. There is a main kitchen and a “Butlers Pantry” where the fridge and dishwasher are located. We were off season so I can’t comment on any beach related items on site. It is very close to the beach which allowed us a beautiful morning walk. We watched the surfers and looked for seaglass. I also climbed the ladder to view the morning sunrise! What a great view! The home easily accommodated our family for the weekend for UNH Graduation weekend. Would recommend.

Loved the place. It was off season and the surrounding merchants were closed. It was in a costal town that 80% of the places were closed down. That said, it was not very far to find the things needed. Gosh, i really wish we were there during the spring or summer. Seems like an outstanding place.

Location, location, location! This house is literally right in the heart of hampton beach, just a stones throw from the water. Perfect for morning walks by the ocean. The house looks small from the outside but has tons of space inside- 5 bedrooms including one huge master that was a real treat. The house is a little dated inside , but all furniture, mattresses, linens were new and lovely and the place was very clean. Would love to enjoy coffee on the upper deck in the summertime!!! I like to cook so would have loved a few more kitchen amenities.
