Amazing home, peaceful, clean, well equiped, 6 minutes drive to Hampton beach, everything was good, I recommend!

The house was ok and nothing special for the price. Did the job for a short family vacation.

Harley House is a great little vacation spot with a great host. We come to the area every year to visit family and this is the best spot we have rented. The house is in a great location and very quiet despite being very close to the beach. The house was very clean and the AC worked great even in 94 degree weather. I loved that the kitchen was fully stocked with anything you could need. The linens and beach towels provided were great. The only reason I listed it as a 4 and not a 5 is that the outdoor shower was not working. Sean was very responsive when I messaged him about it. He tried to get someone to come and fix it but it was never fixed before we left. With two kids under 12 who love to play in the surf and sand the outdoor shower was a selling point and would have been nice if it worked. Other than that we really enjoyed our time and would definitely rent from Sean again.

sean's place was beautiful and it was in awesome walking distance to the ocean, as we walked down, spent the day there and walked back. the home is beautiful, plenty of room for the four of us. our main issue was a mildew smell in the bedrooms, more in the first bedroom. my 13 yr old and husband had really bad allergies, ended up really stuffy, sneezing and hard time breathing when in the house. But then when away got so much better. But then went back to the house, it started all over again. So something in there causing allergies. That was hard as we paid a lot to stay there and couldn't pay to stay anywhere else. After running the air on dry and fans opening windows the mildew smell was better. The allergies never stopped. Overall it was a okay stay we wouldn't stay again because of that. Sean was a great communicator and tried to help us figure out how to make things more bareable it just wasn't possible. If you dont struggle with allergies its a nice place to stay.

Sean was great. We booked at the last minute due to our previous rental canceling at the last minute. The place was ready and available to check in the same day. It was a great place in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed and Sean responded quickly to any messages.

Quiet little spot even though it’s right in a neighborhood. We had wildlife to watch, spacious rooms, a very functional kitchen and the shower is amazing! Host is extremely responsive and helpful and the cleaning crew is spot on! Thanks for a wonderful space to spend our weekend at the races and beach!

Sean's place was perfect. Beautiful space with plenty of room, nice location and equipped with everything you could need. Everything was clean and well thought of. The beds were quite comfortable. Great little cottage within mile walk to beach. Neighborhood is packed tightly but immediate neighbors were very friendly. You can tell it’s a remodel from an old cottage, but very well done with great decor and had ALL kitchen amenities (we like to cook). For a small place there’s tons of room!! VERY comfortable. Stuff to do on “boardwalk” but a drive is necessary to that area of town. NO Parking anywhere by boardwalk without knowing someone or paying $$$. Tv didn’t work in living room and Sean was very willing to remedy the situation, but we were ok without. I’m sure it’s up and running if that’s important to someone. He was very responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend Harley’s place at North Hampton Beach. Terrific spot and worth the $!

The airbnb was beautifully decorated and comfortable. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Walking distance to the heart of the ocean, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Sean, was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. He was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival. This was the perfect family-friendly location. The kitchen was sticked with essentials, and the beds were comfortable. We had an amazing beachfront experience, along with beautiful weather. Absolutely beautiful place that looks JUST like the pictures. Quiet and cozy area that is very close to the beach. The house is stocked with everything you will need from the kitchen to the bathrooms and extra linens. Received great communication that helped me be prepared for our stay and checkout. Don’t skip - stay at one of Sean’s properties and feel right at home
