Our first trip to Hampton Beach, and we will for sure be back! There were 3 of us, adults and the property was perfect for us. We stayed relaxed the whole time knowing we were well taken care of! The location of Sean’s home was perfect for all activities we wanted to do! Walking distance from everything is huge! Sean’s instructions to the house, to get in, and everything in between were perfect! We enjoyed the balcony watching fellow beach goers in the street and a view from the living room of the ocean. The beds and pillows were comfortable and made it hard to get out in the morning! The property was clean, from the front door, elevator and in the unit. We were lucky enough to leave the windows open all night for a refreshing night sleep, but was woken up early by the garbage trucks doing their thing, but quickly fell back asleep! We loved our stay here and we hope when we come back Sean and the team will be able to host us again!!

What a great location! Lots of space and only a half block from the beach. If you’re a light sleeper, the neighborhood music may keep you up at night. It was a great home-base after a day of exploring the area.

Very comfortable condo with everything I needed for my stay. Very clean with modern appliances. Problems with internet access on check in but it was resolved the next day.

Our stay at Hampton was very enjoyable. The 5th floor condo was very spacious and accommodating. It was very clean and linens/towels were plentiful. We especially loved the balcony while enjoying some morning coffee and evening adult beverages. Check-in and check out were a breeze and we hardly had any complaints during our stay, save for a couple very minor items. Would definitely return for future vacations.

Sean was a great host, very responsive, and location was perfect! Everything was in walking distance, recommendations were great, and location was surprisingly peaceful given the music all around us.

K Street was spacious and well equipped for our group of 5. Two baths & two parking spaces were a big bonus and the AC was miraculous since our stay coincided with a heat wave. Literal steps from everything Hampton has to offer. Sean was clear & communicative throughout. Would definitely book again.

My family and I loved staying at Sean's place. We've been visiting Hampton Beach for 30 years, and this was a great find. Not only was it perfect for 5 adults (multiple bathrooms is always such a help), but it was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Sean took out all of the guess work and was incredibly timely and proactive with sending easy to follow instructions in a friendly manner. When we arrived at the garage for parking, everything was very clearly labeled and left no room for error, so I was pleased from the start and remarked about the ease of check-in to my husband. As for check out, the ease of it was worlds better than many other airbnbs we've stayed in, especially on the beach. There were only several things asked of us prior to leaving the condo, all of which would usually be commonplace upon checkout. No sweeping the floors, wiping down surfaces, loading up laundry, etc. We had a wonderful time, a comfortable stay, and will absolutely be back in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about the place. A literal 5 minute walk to having your toes in the sand. Parking was easy and amazing. As for the place itself, absolutely clean well stocked and super comfortable. All the appliances work and the Wi-Fi was a good speed. Absolutely worth the money and I will be definitely staying here again.

Second time staying here and would definitely come back for a third! Open floor plan makes it feel big, the beds are comfortable, the AC works great which was wonderful after the beach. There’s a balcony which was wonderful. Woke up just before five am to use the bathroom and got to watch the sunrise over the ocean! Plus it’s literally a one minute walk to the beach, Bernie’s and a bunch of other things!

Nice clean spacious condo in a great location! We liked the layout and kitchen had everything we needed. Communication was great. They responded immediately to our questions. Wi-Fi was very good. If visiting the area, we would definitely stay there again.

Amazing location, we were there a little pre-season which was amazing, just enough things open and yet the perks of being a block from the beach! I would absolutely stay here again. The place was clean and comfortable, it had enough of all the niceties to make for an easy stay. Communication was fast and timely when needed!

This was our third time staying at one of Sean’s different locations at Hampton Beach. You couldn’t have a better host, always checked in to make sure our stay was going smoothly. This location was perfect for where we wanted to stay, steps to the beach and steps to all the top restaurants we love to go to. This condo, like the others was immaculate, you couldn’t stay at a nicer place, definitely 5 stars, and we look forward to staying at other locations that Sean has to offer.

Comfortable place, well equipped kitchen, safe & secure property, on location parking, great location, close to beach, restaurants, bars & attractions. Sean was very attentive. Answered any questions within minutes. Left very little to wonder about. Everything was spelled out, and we knew where we stood. He notified us once cleaners were finished. We got in around 2:30 even though it was a 4:00 check in. I was a little anxious after reading all the rules, etc but everything went fine. I thought 9:00 quiet time was a little extreme. We sat on our deck and lots of neighbors were outside, too. As long as you are not disruptive there is no cause for alarm. I would suggest purchasing the insurance policy for $100 in case you can’t fulfill your reservation agreement. Otherwise, if you, for ANY REASON, cannot come, you lose 100% of your money. It would be nice to provide a few extra towels, both hand and bath. And, there totally is room for six but pullout sofa is not that comfy.

Great host, location, and space, but not so great from a cleanliness perspective. Throughout our few days we noticed dusty countertops, long hairs in the shower when we first arrived, and even black mold in the bathtub and white stains on the king bed frame. My partner and I ended up sleeping on the couch one of the nights because of our concern of these stains. Other than these glaring issues, we loved the space and location just steps away from the strip. To spend so much for a cleaning fee, you would hope the "cleaning crew" would have higher standards. This issue would prevent us from recommending this location or returning ourselves, despite the location and layout of the space being so nice.

The condo was as described and in a great location- a very short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Beds were updated before our stay to be a king bed in primary and queen in secondary. Place was very clean and kitchen had everything needed for the limited cooking we did.

We received clear, very detailed instructions a week before our arrival concerning how to use TV, wifi, check in, expectations of the property, etc. Check in was super easy & the place was IMMACULATE!!! The condo is extremely well equipped with absolutely everything we needed. Everything was in pristine condition & in perfect working order. You are close to all the action in Hampton. The beach, food, attractions & half shell stage are right down the street (2 minute walk). You can also see the fireworks from the convenience & privacy of the balcony & living room. If any reader's are thinking of renting this place, DO IT NOW before you lose out! :) All our questions were responded to quickly as well by Sean. Thank you Sean for an incredible stay!

We stayed here with our 3yo son and 3mo daughter for our first family road trip. 15 K street is just a short walk from the beach, the playground, and some arcades, which our son absolutely loved. Daughter was obviously too young to do those activities, but we had a good time walking around, and the unit was spacious enough that we could have all her things in the living room, and have a quiet room for her to sleep in (important for babies and parents alike!). The elevators and garage parking space made everything easier for everyone!

It was very clean, exactly as advertised in the description and pictures, and in a great location for the beach/boardwalk. You can see the beach from many of the windows which was so nice. The directions for check in/check out and for the extra things around the place (Wi-Fi info, how to use the tv, when to bring the trash bins out, etc.) were clearly laid out in the house manual. Sean also responded quickly any time I had a question and was very nice and professional to deal with. I highly recommend staying at this place for your Hampton vacation! 5 stars all around.

Sean's prompt responses to questions, accuracy of pictures and the availability of information/instruction of the condo/area was SUPERB! We are so ready to go back and stay again! The location of the condo was BETTER than we expected - right near ALL the action (shops, bars, restaurants) of Ocean Blvd - WALKABLE, which is what we wanted! Beach access ACROSS the street made it SO convenient to run back to the condo if you forgot something, have lunch or use the bathroom - HAHAH! The condo was off the strip enough to be away from the hustle, but close enough to join it with a SNAP of a finger. WE WERE OBSESSED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! We will staying again! The condo was SO clean, comfortable and stocked with anything you needed (referring to towels, linens, kitchen supplies, WIFI and LAUNDRY), which was a HUGE perk! Thank you Sean!
