Sean's place was great! My husband & I really liked that the place was immaculate and uncluttered. Kitchen was stocked with the essentials, but might fall short for anyone planning to do more than basic meal prep. Upholstered furniture was great and bed was extremely comfortable. (We only used one of the two bedrooms.) The stark white towels, sheets, and comforter gave us added peace of mind—they looked freshly laundered and spotless, which made us feel extra comfortable and confident in their cleanliness. Walk to beach easy--no more than two blocks. All in all condo was perfect for us. Thank you Sean.

We had a great stay! The location is walkable to Wallis Sands Beach and a short drive to either Hampton or Portsmouth. The place was uncluttered and comfortable—just what we needed. There is a deck out front that was nice to hang out on. Easy parking nearby. The unit shares a wall with another rental but we enjoyed sharing restaurant recommendations with our “neighbors,” who were very friendly when coming and going but considerate about noise and privacy. I think that had to do with the guidelines for the rental—it’s for couples and families who are not into loud parties and are there to enjoy the view and activities in the area. Communication from the host was proactive, detailed, and very clear. Highly recommend!

Great peaceful seaside duplex with a public beach in walking distance and a nice porch to sit on. The bedrooms were comfy and had minimal light pollution. Sean was very responsive

2 beds and a sofa bed, not the most comfy sofa bed (sink) but does the job. Also check in was a bit late for our liking and early check out too. No flexibility on arriving earlier. Overall was great almost gave it 5 stars

Location of the Airbnb is beautiful and within walking distance to the beach. Weather didn’t cooperate the weekend we were there, but that made us enjoy more of our family time inside in the medium sized but comfortable apartment. Rooms were decent size and everything matched the images on the listing, and Sean was super proactive and responsive. The check in and check out was seamless. Overall would highly recommend a stay here!

Great location with view of the ocean and Isle of Shoals. Easy walking distance to Ordiorne Park and Wallis Sands. Went for a sister’s weekend and had a wonderful time. We will definitely stay here again. Sean answered all questions quickly and accurately. Great host! The place was comfortable , had all the amenities we needed, and was just as pictured.

Working with Sean was excellent, we were in the White Mountains for the first leg of our trip with no cell or internet service. Once we started our trip to Sean’s place in Rye I noticed a few messages from Sean with all the instructions and helpful information possible. We had one minor concern once arriving however Sean addressed it quickly and fully. The location is breath taking and the surrounding area, restaurant options were great. We really enjoyed the location for the ease of exploring Boston, Portsmouth and Kennebunkport to name a few of our stops. We will be back and recommend this location to all our friends. Sean's place is a cosy, modern apartment in a beautiful location. We have two teenagers and there was enough space for all of us inside with some nice space outside. It's right on the beach so perfect for sunrise and sunset. There aren't restaurants within walking distance but the kitchen and shared bbq are great facilities for the evening. Or Peety's Seafood is 5 mins drive and is a great family atmosphere. We loved it, particularly because our hosts were super responsive and helpful.

Great unit just minutes walking to Wallis sands beach! We went with our two young kids and we loved it. Great location, super clean, 3 beds to sleep in counting the pull out couch which we used. The TV was huge and great for a movie night on the couch. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. We loved this place!

Beautiful cottage with views of the ocean and walking distance to great beaches. Lots of great spaces to relax, including a fabulous patio with very comfortable furniture. Birds singing and hardly any loud traffic made it the perfect place to get away. Sean was very accessible and attentive to any needs/requests we had. Highly recommend- we will definitely be back!

This was a PERFECT weekend getaway! This peaceful place has one of the best sunrises I have seen and great view of the water. Exactly what we needed to kick back and relax. We loved our stay! There is a beautiful view of the coastline and the apartment is very cozy. Sean is also very responsive. I highly recommend this place. We visited in January and it was perfect for a winter/snowy getaway. However, I think it’d also be a great place for a summer trip.

We stayed on the weekend of the Wallis Sands Triathlon. It was the perfect location for the race, an easy walk to the beach. Gorgeous sunrise views over the ocean, too. Clean, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Easy parking for our two cars. We hope to stay here again.

The house is beautifully located with stunning views, great parking and a lovely neighborhood. It has everything you need! However, the house is a lot smaller than we thought from the photos and it’s important to note that the internal and joint neighbor walls are thin. Would be fine for a couple but with kids the noise was an issue. You can hear everything the neighbours do and say so we were constantly aware of trying to keep our kids quiet. The house would suit a quiet group but we didn’t feel it was great for young kids. Sean was very helpful, the check in process was easy and the house had everything we needed. It was spotless and the linen was great.

We throughly enjoyed our stay here. Having a special place like this to stay during my brother’s wedding made the weekend even better! Great location with amazing views and walking distance to the beach was perfect. Great communication and response time from host! Will definitely look at booking again for our next vacation!

Our stay at #4 was terrific. The ocean location is spectacular and proximity to Portsmouth is terrific for dining out. Super responsive hosts. They clearly care about your stay and their vacation spot.

Snug Harbor was a wonderful, relaxing stay for our family! The location is perfect, views of the water with a nice big front yard, and a 10-15 minute walk to Wallis Sands beach and a short drive to more beaches, Portsmouth downtown for dining/shopping/sightseeing, and close to grocery stores, etc. The place has obviously been redone recently so everything was spotlessly clean. Sean and his team were super communicative and responsive - when there was an issue with the front door sticking they sent out a handyman that day who was friendly and efficient and did a great job. Overall highly recommend Sean's place!

Very tidy and lovely Airbnb apartment equipped with everything you need. Two gray beds pull out couch and bathroom. Sean is a great host in there when you need him. He is very nice and wants to share all he knows about the area. We had a great day!
