Our family took a short impromptu vacation to NH and Boston, and were pleased to find this lovely place in Rye. We were so happy with this spacious, tidy house, with its peaceful yard and easy access to Odiorne Point and the Seacoast Science Center. The kids enjoyed scrambling on the rocks at the beach just minutes from the house, and we appreciated how convenient the location was. The host was responsive and all of our needs were met!

It was a an amazing trip with our friends for a wedding! It was so spacious and so close to the beach, we loved it!

I was notified the morning of my arrival that the bathroom upstairs was not functioning, but the rest were fine (one other bathroom downstairs), and they were working on fixing it. When I arrived I did not know whether it was resolved or not. I had to reach out to the host and ask only to find out they were attempting to contact the owner. Short version: it was never resolved during the week. No mention or offer of any remediation. Interior was clean with the exception of under couch: food, candy?, wrappers. My dogs found those. Traveling with two small dogs. Our fourth AirBnb in four weeks. All others have been great. I was very disappointed with this one.

Beautiful area, walk to the ocean and see the sunrise and sunset, easy drive to local beaches.

The house was very nice, clean, and in a great location. All amenities were just as described. We had everything we needed readily available all week. The location is fantastic. We walked to the beach several times. We had a great stay.

This is a great location to walk to Wallis Sands Beach and Rye Town Beach. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the house is updated and comfortable on the inside, including an upgraded bathroom and mini splits for AC comfort. The back deck is worn and needs refinishing but the table is a nice place to sit for breakfast. The yard also needs some work but it was great for the dog to explore and wander around. The pictures on the site are accurate, the kitchen was well stocked, and the appliances are high end except for the Mr. Coffee! Overall , we really enjoyed our visit to Rye.

We did enjoy the house…great space for socializing, comfy beds. Nice rocky beach a minute down the road! Sean was very attentive and friendly.

An easy walk to Wallis Sands Beach and a quick drive to Portsmouth or Rye Harbor. We enjoyed our stay. The house was comfortable and the kitchen was good for cooking in.

My husband and I took refuge in Sean’s clean and comfortable home… after leaving a rental that was uninhabitable in Maine, and struggling to redeem our vacation. We immediately felt at home and relaxed. Everything we needed was available and the bed very comfortable which helped us recover from the stress of everything! Sean’s place is close to the Ocean, great Lobster pounds, shopping and the best ice cream! Thank you for saving our vacation, Sean! 5 stars :)

Our family loved the spot, kids lived the auto toilet and all the space. Really close to the beach and Portsmouth.

The house was excellent for myself my parents and my two toddler There was a lot to walk around and see and everyone had space to move around and lounge comfortably inside. Kitchen was top notch and beds were very comfortable. Would definitely book again if coming to Portsmouth area!

Sean was a fantastic host! Communication was clear and swift, and he was always kind and reliable throughout our stay. The home was spotless and exactly as described, making for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. I highly recommend it!

Very nice, clean spot close to the water. Bed was comfortable. Was a great place for my family to stay while we were at a wedding in the area.
