We stayed two days at this beautiful beach home on Plum Island and absolutely loved it. The home was wonderful spotless, peaceful, and upscale, with every amenity you could need. It was spacious, comfortable, and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had, which made the whole experience effortless. We had zero issues during our stay. What really stood out was how cost-effective this place was compared to some of the other overpriced options we saw. For the quality and comfort you get here, it’s truly a great value. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on Plum Island.

This Airbnb was perfect for what we needed. But it would be a great rental if you wanted to stay by the beach! You can see the ocean from the house. Great private parking, the house was super clean and nicely laid out. It was a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house! It had everything we were looking for. The location was excellent: close to the beach and the city, yet very peaceful and calm, which made it ideal for relaxing. Our host, Sean, was extremely helpful, kind, and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

We enjoyed our stay at this little oasis on Plum Island. Close to the beach, very quiet, and easy to get to coffee shops and restaurants. The weather was perfect and we were lucky to be able to keep the windows open to get that cool ocean breeze. Air conditioning was excellent when it warmed up!

What a beautiful place the house was so comfortable, screened in porch, a patio with a couch and table placed a grill , steps to the beach. Our daughter joined us from Boston, which was a quick drive. Sean is a spectacular host and Plum Island is a must visit.

Sean’s place felt right at home. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the location, being close to the beach and lots of great streets for walking. Hope to stay again.

Sean's place was great. Very clean and as described. He is very responsive and helpful. The location was awesome, as the ocean access was only a short block or two away. Lucy's is a new breakfast place that is walkable, but to get any serious food, it is likely best to drive (though if you like to walk, it's doable). Easy to walk to the lighthouse to take in a good sunset, too. The house is close to neighbors, but the island is just congested, and everyone is very friendly. It's nice to see that they now take dogs. We hope to have one next year. The beds were very comfortable, and the AC worked well. The screened-in porch was so nice, and we used that a lot. The grill worked well and had propane. We cooked in one night, and it was so nice to eat outside. PI and Newburyport is a great place to spend a vacation. We hope to return to Sean's place next year!

Overall we did enjoy our stay here, but we did have some communication issues with Sean and would not be able to give it five stars. The photos of the home are somewhat deceiving as the rooms are smaller than represented, especially the bedrooms. There is nothing extra in the home, barely enough supplies for a long weekend, one stained dish towel, no paper towels, a stained couch with sand on it in the screened porch, the front garden seating and table covered with bird poop and dirt. We appreciated that Sean did reach out to us on day two and asked if everything was to our liking and wanted a five star review. We replied honestly that there were some things that could make us more comfortable, and he did not reply. When we inquired about the outdoor shower which is scalding hot, he replied he would "take note." We did enjoy comfortable beds and quick access to the beach. However, for the price point, we would not rent here again as we had higher expectations.

We had a great time at this house which was so close to the ocean. It was peaceful and we loved the screened in porch where we spent most of our time. The house was so cozy and comfortable. We would definitely stay again

Lovely, cute, clean space that was just what we needed. Worked well for our family of four. We brought a pack and play which fit easily in the main bedroom. Very convenient to have bathrooms both upstairs and down and washer dryer available. Ceiling fans and mini split AC kept the house cool on very hot days. Short walk to the beach with option to stay on protected bay side (good for kids) or explore the more open ocean side. Short drive to Sandy Point (pristine, idyllic beach) and Newburyport (excellent restaurants/shopping).

We had a wonderful time staying here (3 kids and 3 adults). The kids loved it and it was the perfect location. The proximity to the beach was the part we appreciated most. Overall a great experience!

The home was beautiful, easy to find, and very welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay. However, the only downside was the limited time we actually had at the home. With a late check-in and an early check-out, we didn't even get to enjoy two full days there. For the price, either an earlier check-in or a later check-out would've made the experience feel more worthwhile. Other than that, everything was great. I absolutely love Newburyport!

This is a beautiful cottage with lots of lovely details. The doors are made of solid wood, there is wainscoating all over, and wooden ceilings. The rooms are spacious and there is nicely landscaped outdoor space. Very lovely place to have a meal outside while listening to the ocean. Oh, and the beds are surprisingly comfortable. The location is wonderful. The neighborhood walks are delightful, the cottage is close to beaches, and the birds are magnificent. There were some minor issues when we first arrived, but Sean was extremely responsive and generous in problem solving.

Great place for a quick getaway/girl’s night. Close enough to town for holiday shopping while being a calm and relaxing escape from the bustle. The house was bright and clean & Sean was responsive and helpful.

This place was a perfect set up and location for us to visit family and friends for Thanksgiving. We would recommend it and would definitely stay there again.

I had a great stay. The house was extremely clean, very nice, and had everything we needed. We were very comfortable there. Sean was communicative about how to check in, how to check out, and asked how things were and if we needed anything once we’d checked in. He made things very easy.

We had a terrific and memorable stay at Sean's. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, hot water with great water pressure, and great amenities. The list goes on. Also, the proximity to the beach as well as the Parker River Wildlife Refuge couldn't be beat. We loved it!

This is a great beach house. It’s very clean, uncluttered and well-appointed. The location was spectacular. Just a short walk to a calm water bay-type beach. We enjoyed the screened in porch and relaxing on the outdoor deck. The King size bed was comfortable and having the half bath en suite was very convenient. If you plan to use the futon beds in the living room, you will want to bring extra pillows and blankets. Sheets were provided. Sean was quick to respond to our questions and needs. We hope to return someday!

Great location, close to the beach. The property/house was well maintained and clean. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you need to prepare meals. There is also a very nice grill that is in the back. We didn’t get a chance to use it though. There were two beach chairs and a couple of beach towels, so those came in handy. The washer and dryer was extremely handy! Overall, we had a great time and would come back. Some things to think about. The bedrooms are located upstairs and we had to block off the stairs for our son (2 years old). Not a big deal. There’s only room for two cars to park. That usually wouldn’t be an issue for us. However, we had family close by that wanted to visit. So the only options would be to park 7 mins away by the airport or pay $15-$20 (weekday, weekend rates) per car close by. Again, not a big deal but just a little inconvenient.

One of the better Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Immaculate and the furniture very tasteful. I’m from the north shore and I was really happy and felt right at home. Snap this one up you won’t regret it. The only thing I’d say is the pillows are very soft and fluffy and I like a thinner pillow. 10/10 overall.
