Sean was extremely helpful and quick to respond with any of our questions! The place itself was beautiful and was exactly what was provided in the advertisement. We had a great stay!

We had a few small issues which was taken care of immediately. Host was very responsive no matter what day or time. The amenities provided far exceeded our expectations and the space was a lot bigger than it looked in pictures. Everything was walkable from a small market to the beach and to many restaurants. We would absolutely come back.

This is our 2nd time staying at one of Sean’s places and had an absolute blast! It is one block from the beach and close to all the popular restaurants and bars. Once you park your car you don’t have to drive anywhere because all the places are so close. One of the cleanest Airbnb’s I’ve stayed at and I highly recommend!

Every year my girlfriends and I spend a weekend in Hampton. Over the years we’ve stayed in quite a few places and this year we all agreed that this place was our favorite! It’s the perfection location to hit all our favorite spots. The condo itself is immaculate and had plenty of room for us to spread out. It rained most of the weekend so we spent more time in the rental than we normally would and this place was perfect. The couch was so comfy we were all saying we would sleep on it. It was also a huge bonus to have TWO covered garage spots when we were unloading our cars in the pouring rain. Check in/out was a breeze and Sean was very responsive. Our only constructive criticism is that the check in/out times could be better (check in @ 4:00 and check out @ 10:00). It would be nice if it was even a 3:00 check in and an 11:00 check out. But we can’t fault Sean for that. It was clearly stated in the listing and we knew what we had agreed to. We will definitely look to stay here again!

My husband and I, along with my brother and sister, stayed here for a week. It was a bit of a walk from the parking space to the elevator and then to the unit, so just be mindful of that if you have a lot of stuff. There are 5 smart TVs which was good when we wanted to watch different things. The layout seemed a bit odd, with the only real sitting area upstairs. The kitchen chairs are hard and uncomfortable, so we didn’t want to spend much time around the table. Another odd thing was no hooks or towel racks in the primary bathroom. Having a full size washer and dryer was great. The deck is nice, and we enjoyed spending some time out there.

Even though it was off peak when we went. Sean's place worked perfect for us. Family 20 minutes away, access to the beach and park, and short commute to Maine for day trips

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sean’s beautiful condo. It was well stocked and close to where our son is playing hockey. Sean was very responsive and we felt right at home. Don’t hesitate to book!

We walked in and were impressed. The condo was spacious and clean. We were pleased with all the amenities available. We had options for restaurants and things to do.

The house is nice and beautiful. Big kitchen and full of accessories. Location is easy to find. Sean is helpful and friendly.

We stayed couple of days to visit fall colors in New Hampshire, house is very clean , its as shown in the pictures, I think its listed newly, we had a great stay! Sean was responsive and gave clear instructions! I would definetly recommend this place if you want to stay closer to Hampton beach.

Professionally managed condo.

I think we were one of the first to rent this unit, for the place was immaculate. It was a nice touch to have coffee and water available to us. We have rented many places thru AirBnB and this is one of the nicest units we've rented. I would highly recommend it
