Great location, close to beach and walkable. Good food next door too! Parking spot is tight for regular SUV doors, but manageable. High ceilings, large bedroom and good pullout sofa. Front window could have more private curtain, dryer is loud/squeaky if trying to do laundry at night (quiet hours 9p-9am but had zero issue and had a noisy toddler!) You can’t see the sunrise or fireworks from here, but BEAUTIFUL sunsets over the marsh! Thank you Sean, would definitely stay again!

This place was amazing. It was just as described, very clean and spacious. It was within walking distance to shops, beach and restaurants. Sean kept in touch throughout my stay to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Instructions were very clear for check in and check out. Would definitely stay agian!

We had a wonderful stay in Hampton Beach and Sean’s Airbnb was a good part of that! It was spacious and very clean, with modern amenities like the door lock with custom code just for us. The temperature control was very appreciated. The neighbours we spoke to in the common area were friendly and made us feel welcome and safe. Our baby girl had a blast running in the condo and we had plenty of room in the bedroom to setup her bed. Sean was incredibly proactive on the communications and every instructions given were precise and easy to follow. I’ll definitely be looking forward to booking a next trip with him!

Our stay at Sean's condo was a true delight! Sean was very responsive & accommodating. The condo was well-appointed and spotless, the pullout couches were surprisingly comfortable with pillowtop mattresses, and the kitchen was well-equipped! Our proximity to local attractions and the beach was exactly what we were looking for, and while we would have liked two bedrooms, it was a minor tradeoff. We mentioned a lack of hand towels in the bathrooms to Sean, but we're confident it'll be addressed for future guests. Thanks for a great stay in Hampton Beach, Sean!

Spotlessly clean, and very good location. Place is accurately described. Cold around the living room when below freezing outside, but always toasty warm in the bedroom. Was told I needed to sign a 27 paragraph private contract before I was allowed to stay in the booking. Point 23 said Sean can charge your credit for anything he thinks you did wrong. Point 23 says even if the charges are baseless and found wrong, you still must pay his attorney fees. Point 20 waives your right to a jury trial and must go through arbitration first. There are 27 points in this contract. If Sean thinks you stayed after checkout, you get charged 100 dollars and he takes it from your credit card. I didn't sign it, and you don't have to either. Got a list of chores to do before checkout that are not in the airbnb contract. You don't have to do any of these things. Suggested multiple times during the stay to give him a good review. Suggested via an envelope to tip the cleaners upon checkout.

Very clean unit and looked like the pictures. Close to the beach. Sean was very responsive to messages. Only downside was that the walls, floors, windows, and ceilings seem very thin and you can hear Everything from the surrounding units! Bedroom windows are close to road where you could hear every car and motorcycle drive by. We were there for the beginning of the off season so most of the businesses along the beach were closed. If you are there in the summer season and want a clean place to stay near the beach it is nice. Appreciated the parking garage too on those rainy days.

Everything about this stay was easy and enjoyable! The beach location was great! We walked to great coffee every morning and then walked the beach! The condo was adorable and spotless! It had all the amenities we needed for a fantastic stay! Part of our plan for this visit was to eat at as many seafood restaurants as possible…this location made this remarkably easy! We will definitely stay here again when we return to the east coast!

The condo was clean, spacious and very nicely decorated. The queen bed was comfortable with no motion transfer. We found the master bathroom and shower clean and like new. Water pressure was very good. We didn’t use the pullout sofa so cannot comment on that. The living area was larger than we expected and the couches were firm but very comfortable to sit or lay on. The extra 1/2 bath is always helpful, especially if you plan to have a group of 4! The Green Room for a breakfast spot was only a block and a half away on Ashworth. Only a short one block walk up J or K St to the boardwalk and beach! Hampton is always a fun spot for a beach vacation. Host Sean was extremely responsive to all my questions and comments and it was pleasant to communicate with him. Thank you Sean!

This is our 2nd year starting at this property and it looked just like it did a year ago. It’s beautiful, clean and within walking distance of the beach and the shops and restaurants. We will absolutely stay here again and at any other properly Sean owns!

Great host, Sean, and great place. Looked just like the photos. Only downfall is there is only 1 parking spot and we had 4 people in 2 cars so one of us had to find a parking lot to park which was quite expensive but it was made very clear that there was only 1 spot and suggestions on other places to park. Really great location. We would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and up to date condo! Great amenaties - full kitchen with basic pots and pans, plates, silverware, etc. The fridge did stop working our second day there, but the host was extremely responsive to texts and did his best to remedy a situation which ultimately wasn't his fault. About a block back from the beach and very walkable. The covered parking garage was much appreciated the day it rained and the elevator made bringing luggage to the second floor much easier. No beach or water views, but close to restaurants and a convenience store. The smart tv was a nice amenity and that it was set up to automatically log out of apps when we left was nice. Also enjoyed the keyless entry with a custom passcode. We had a wonderful stay and would come again.

This is my second time staying at this location. I really love it. I can’t ask for anything more it’s clean. short distance to the beach and to all the great restaurants in the surrounding areas. I just loved the location and space. And Sean as a host has been nothing short of amazing, always responsive and all-around great host! Definitely planning to rent next year!

Sean's apartment was beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location to the beach. Unfortunately, the floors were really dirty that our sons knees were black from crawling around on the floor. Our son also found a big piece of glass by the stove while crawling, luckily we were able to get it from him right away. Everything was communicated with Sean, which he apologized right away, and gave us access to the cleaning closet. Our overall stay was great, but we were a little upset that we had to clean up upon arriving after paying for a 6 day stay.

I really enjoyed my stay here for my birthday weekend retreat, check in was seamless and the property was clean and matched the listing pictures. It is very secure which is so important in todays world, well lit parking garage.Everything I needed to make a meal was there. The only negative was leaving and being on second floor I could hear tenants and their music/tv/walking/dogs barking. I highly recommended bringing a sound machine if you are a light sleeper. Would highly recommend this property to any friends.

I stayed there for 4 nights and sure as heck beats any local hotel for the price, value and quality. Strongly recommended and will be my go to choice when I return for work and personal trips.

We had a great weekend stay at Harbor Haven! The apartment was very clean, updated and the location was fantastic, just one block from the beach and boardwalk. The apartment is also nicely furnished and has all the necessities (linens, towels, dishes, coffee, TV with streaming, etc.) Check-in was easy and Sean was very responsive and helpful. I have to say that this is the first time that pictures actually matched up with the place. It exceeded all of our expectations. So clean and so beautiful inside. Literally 3 minute walk to the beach and central to pretty much all the local cool spots to eat and drink. If anyone is looking for the perfect place to stay you have to stay here. The host Sean was awesome, checking in, making sure everything was okay and quick to respond if we had any questions. He truly was the BEST host. I will definitely be trying to stay here next year because I think we found our new vaca spot. A+++++++ all around!!!

My family and I stayed at this Hampton beach condo last week and it was perfect! Very clean, tons of amenities (washer/dryer, dishwasher, Keruig, toaster oven, towels, plates and glassware ect...) We are a family of 4 and plenty of room. Kids slept on pull out coach and my husband I had the bedroom. The bed was very comfortable. Short walk to the beach and great location for morning coffee/breakfast places or dinner/bars at night. We will definitely stay again next summer! Communication thru emails was great also. This is all about location. Close to everything, 1 block from the beach. The patio is a great place to relax after a day on the beach. The condo was very spacious and the bed was super comfortable. Everything we needed for a girls weekend.

Spent the week of the 4th here and enjoyed every bit of it. The location was only a block from the beach and the complex was beautiful, new, clean, secure and had everything we needed. I didnt recall seeing on the listing that they had beach chairs, towels and an umbrella in the unit but they do! The covered parking garage with an assigned spot was convenient. The only thing missing is a tv in the bedroom but we made do. Would definitely like to come back at some point.

perfect location and a beautiful condo. 2 pullout sofas, you could more than comfortably sleep 6 people here. I was very pleased to find 4 extra beach chairs and a beach umbrella if needed. And you can catch a beautiful sunset from the balcony
