perfect spot for working in the area.

Cute cottage style home. Had everything you need in the kitchen. Has a great outdoor space in the back although we were too busy to enjoy it Lots of walkable restaurants and coffee shops. Hampton is a wonderful town with the beach and boardwalk !! Yankee fish market down the road for fresh lobster. I definitely need to spend more time on the east coast exploring.

Overall a great getaway weekend. We’d rent again, just would want to be better prepared. Pros: spacious beach house with a great layout, perfect location on a quiet side street close to Hampton Beach. Private parking a perk. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and we enjoyed the deck and sun room. Sean was responsive and friendly, offering to send cleaners and provide blankets when we shared feedback. Cons: dishes put away with water in them and dirty, and deck was covered in spilled drinks and cigarette ash (we spent a half hour cleaning when we got there). Keurig carafe had black spots in it, bathroom floor was gross with hair and dirt. Pillows were flat and blankets thin, which was not ideal for cool nights - we found one extra blanket in the upstairs drawer but it was dirty. Missing options to store leftovers, no oil or spices. Disappointing from a typical owner rental - felt like it was end of season, so may have been better kept during peak.

House is beautiful! close walk to beach and coffee, Great front porch. There is plenty to do and perfectly far enough away to walk but not hear all the noise. Great Place!

We had such a wonderful stay! The location was perfect—close to the beach yet tucked in a welcoming neighborhood where the neighbors were so kind and friendly. The host went above and beyond, always responsive and helpful, which made everything feel easy and stress-free. My family felt right at home and truly enjoyed every moment of our time here. We would gladly return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special getaway!

The place was exactly what we needed for our family. The beach was a short walk and the kids had plenty of room in the house to stretch out. We only had one issue, but Sean was able to help quickly respond.

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was spacious and clean. We would definitely choose to stay here again.

We booked this place at the last minute after our original location cancelled on us. It turned out for the best and we plan to book again in the future! It was a quiet location for our family but a short walk to the beach. Sean was quick to respond and had clear information in the house.

We had a great time at Sean’s place, a relaxing landing after hours of basketball games. The rooms were spacious, the beds comfortable, lots of great nooks for coffee and sunshine. Great space for people to spread out and enjoy some quiet time. The shower is a dream with hot water and a relaxing shower head. The kitchen had everything one would need! Sean was responsive and eager to assist. We will definitely stay there again.

Fun Place to Celebrate my wife 40th birthday. You can walk to the beach,bar or a nice restaurant in 10mins or less.

Great stay at Harris Ave Hideaway. The house is charming and has everything you need for a great beach gateway in Hampton Beach. 5 minutes walk to the beach, the boardwalk and all the town has to offer. Very central to many other great drivable locations which we enjoyed. Hosts are great and responsive. Would recommend for all to enjoy.

My sister and I booked Sean’s place for a 4 day/3 night mini vacation with our two boys (ages 4 and 5). We all had an amazing experience - the kitchen and laundry room were so helpful for Moms trying to make sure the kids were healthy and clean even on vacation. The location was easily walkable to the boardwalk and beach even with the two small children. The home was beautiful, bright, clean, and spacious! We loved the enclosed backyard and grill on the deck! Thank you for a wonderful, memorable experience!

Great place to stay in walking distance to the beach. The house was clean and organized. The hist was responsive to any of the messages and questions that I had. This is a great place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this beach house! This trip was a family reunion of sorts with grandparents and grandkids and those in between and everyone enjoyed themselves. The walk to the beach is maybe 15 minutes AT MOST (mind you we had older legs and little legs with us). There is a corner store and breakfast and sub shop right around the corner. The boardwalk is also maybe a 10-15 minute walk as well. The host was amazingly helpful with a few questions we had and extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

It was a wonderful place for our mini 4th of July getaway! Perfect size for our family and walking distance to everything. It’s was peaceful and quiet. Such an adorable place that’s beautifully decorated for a beach destination! The host was very friendly and super responsive plus always looking to ensure that our needs were met! Would absolutely stay there again!

Awesome place and great location.

I stayed here for my college graduation trip with my family and this was the most beautiful house! My family and I were very excited to experience all of what the New England area had to offer - and this house perfectly matched that feeling! The location as well as the decor showed off what we all had imagined in our heads of what it was like to stay in New Hampshire. It was absolutely beautiful and seemed out of a movie. My entire family is from Tennessee and we had never experienced this area before and it was absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect location between driving to Boston as well as riding up to Maine! I would highly recommend staying at this house and in this area. These southerners truly loved everything this house had to offer!

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was perfect and just as it appeared in the photos. It was very clean, nicely appointed, and felt very cozy. One of the many things we loved was how walkable it was to the boardwalk but yet it felt very private. It was also a very easy walk to the beach so it is basically a perfect location. The street was very quiet and the neighbors were friendly. We would absolutely stay again!

Great home for a family beach trip. Close to the beach, in a quiet neighborhood and the house was clean and functional for the 6 of us. Loved the check-ins during the stay and the ease of pulling house instructions. Can’t wait to visit again.

This was located on a quiet street but easily walkable to the beach and Hampton boardwalk. It was very clean and spacious. As a family with young children, it was perfect for us. I loved having a laundry room, such a bonus for a mom who doesn’t want to go home to a weeks worth of laundry after vacation! The parking was great too, driveway was very spacious which you don’t often find with most of the beach rentals in this area.

Sean did everything to inform us, made sure we were settled and comfortable and even had brought some items we felt were necessary. He was very friendly and checked in with us occasionally to ensure we had everything we needed (but not overbearing- just right)

Great location for a weekend getaway. Very walkable to the beach and downtown Hampton. Sean was great to communicate with! Loved that there wasn't a ton to do as we left.

Stayed with my young family for a week. The location was great. Easy <10 min walk to the beach or center and attractions. Marina/harbor right behind the house with views of sunset from the back deck. Amenities were perfect. The host was very responsive via inbox or text within 2 minutes. Couldn’t have been better. Hoping to stay again soon!

The house was great and just as described. The location was awesome with lots to do in walking distance. We felt at home and had a great time. I definitely recommend this home, you will not be disappointed.
