Great spot right on the beach!

Location, location, location! Beach is literally one step out the door- such a great spot. Beach was beautiful and the condo was worth it.

This property was amazing. It’s located right on the beach and everything you need/want is easily within walking distance. Plenty of space and the bed may have had one of the best mattresses I have ever slept on! Sean was always available when we reached out to him. We definitely plan on returning again!

Great place to stay for family time on the beach. Sean was an excellent host and had already provided everything we needed before checkin. Parking is a bit tight but we were well informed before arrival so there were no surprises. Clearly it's a popular location. Once you step out onto the porch and feel the ocean breeze you may not want to think about anything else! Thanks for having us.

We had a lovely stay at Sean's place. The view was worth it and it was so nice to be steps from the beach.

Sean was friendly and responsive. The beach and local attractions were an added bonus. There was no extra towels or linens provided as described which was an inconvenience. Being next to the beach is nice but be sure to bring your own towels and chairs as none are provided. The balcony is not private at all, people and walk through all the balconies which is something we weren’t aware of. Not having beach towels or chairs to sit out was a huge disappointment as we couldn’t take advantage of the balcony either. Extremely early check out which is really rough when on vacation. The beach is beautiful, the night air and breeze is refreshing!

Perfectly simplistic and well located

Great beach apartment with a beautiful ocean view making you want to just sit on the porch and listen to the waves crashing on the sand. This space is walking distance from restaurants. Nice location for swimming, riding bikes, strolling on the beach, and for nature hikes. The host is very responsive. We love this place and we have stayed several times. We will be back.

The place was overall not bad, but you should know it’s a middle unit- so if your experience is like ours and there are 7 clog dancing bachelorettes above you- you’ll likely sleep as well as we did- not much. Additionally, it’s a shared porch, which, the neighbors were nice any time we interacted with them, but morning coffee on the beach porch may not be in solitude.

The beach was beautiful, and despite being a weekend in August was not very busy. Town is not as fancy as Newberryport, more of an old Coney Island kind of feel. House was clean, and everything was accurate. I will say quality of many things weren’t what we were expecting for the price. (Plastic drinks wear, sheets). Air conditioner, internet, and such were good, and neighbors are residents and very kind. I will note the ceilings are paper thin, so the house rattles when people are walking normally upstairs. Luckily guests both nights weren’t very loud, but I could see this being an issue. Finally, check out was 10am, which is a little rough for a vacation, especially when you would like a little more beach time. We were lucky also to not have any trouble with cars, but parking is very tight, and being asked to move cars could be stressful if you were out on the beach.

Great location right on the beach. Very clean with a nice kitchen. The seating area on the deck was small but we spent most of our time on the beach. The host was very good at communicating instructions and very responsive via chat on AirBnB app. Would definitely want to stay here again.

We were looking for a place to relax and be on the ocean. The space was clean and cozy, and had all of the items we needed to cook and stay for 4 days. We worked remote some days and had wifi to do so. The communication with the host was easy and quick. Hearing and seeing the ocean daily was beautiful-very therapeutic. We did not go as tourists, but for R&R and we got exactly that! If someone is looking for quick access to the beach, with a cute place to stay, this is the place. We would love to go back again sometime.

We had a great weekend in Salisbury. The pictures and description were accurate and Sean was very attentive to making sure the stay was the best. I would recommend this property to anyone looking to visit Salisbury or nearby Newburyport.

We stayed in March for my birthday weekend and it was amazing! We had every single thing that we needed and more. Sean was very responsive during the entire stay and more! I would definitely rent from them again... the queen bed was very very comfortable unlike some reviews stated. In fact I have a bad back and had no issues at all:) we also saw horses on the beach Sunday morning... it was the best birthday I've had thus far anyway:) thank you Sean for sharing your slice of heaven with us!!!!

We absolutely loved the place. The view is spectacular & the condo is great! We were beyond pleased with this great find!!! Local dinning was good too.

The view of the ocean was perfect, it was very close to the water, The interior of the place was set up very well, and modern and well kept. The bathroom was a good size It was easy to keep it cozy and warm, it being winter with a storm when we stayed.

The location is amazing, the beach is incredible. The unit was small, but pretty well updated and had enough room for my wife and I and our daughter. Cleaning fees were disclosed, but seemed expensive for such the size of the unit.

Very nice place , just it was cold and rain , but the location is great , will try again in summer .

The place was nice. Clean and everything worked well. The view of the ocean was amazing! If you book this place, make sure you ask about the parking situation. It is quite tight and there may be a need to move a car if another tenant needs to get out. Also, if you go in the winter months, call ahead and make sure the snow is removed from the driveway (we had to call and wait a couple of hours before the snow was removed). The host and property management were very responsive to our concerns and questions. And all the other listing information is correct.

We chose this location, a beachfront apartment in Massachusetts during the off-season, because my 16-year-old wanted to “stay near the ocean” as her birthday present. We couldn’t have been closer to the ocean without getting wet! It was beautiful. The waves were crashing, the sunrise was amazing, we took a long walk on the beach in the cold, and it was wonderful. Some (very minor) complaints: the heating system was quite loud overnight, and the kids’ bunk bed was very squeaky! There wasn’t a ton to do but we knew that going in. Still, we walked to the arcade and played some skeeball and pinball, and there were plenty of places to eat within a 15 minute drive. We did a lot of puzzles while watching the tide come in and out (the bicycle one was impossible so we bought a replacement and left it for the next guests!) and generally had a “staycation” with an amazing view. 5/5 would definitely recommend a long weekend at the beach in February!

Beautiful little get away right on the beach, can hear the waves, even with the doors and windows shut. I’d imagine there’s a little more going on jn the warm weather, but the peace and quiet was just what I needed. Sean, the host was very responsive. My only suggestion would be ( and I think others have mentioned this) is replacing the bunk bed, it’s extremely squeaky and there is a large edge that sticks out from the frame of the master bed, both my friend and I banged up our legs pretty bad on it. All in all I loved the place, my son is already asking to go “back to the beach house” so we will definitely be back.

Overall good, clean with a very nice, fully equipped kitchen, reasonably priced. Loved the beach being just right outside and could hear the constant waves…unfortunately, there were no sitting available in the patio area to enjoy the view. Bathrooms and bedrooms were spacious. But replacing the beds is a must in the main bedroom—it is very uncomfortable with a thick topper and the actual mattress underneath it is old. The other bedroom’s bunk bed was super creaky so we had to put them on the floor to sleep. The heater worked very well and warmed the rooms/house fast. But the main bedroom heater made a constant ticking sound; also there was a generator-type sound outside that was constantly going—if you’re a somewhat light sleeper, these would keep you up so bring your ear buds. The living room sofa was looking tired and probably time for a new one. Communication was timely; i wish they offered some flexibility for check in/out time.

Everything was very easy and this provided for a very relaxing getaway.

We enjoyed our stay over New Year's. The condo was clean and cute. It had everything we needed. The bunk beds are super squeaky and the heater makes an annoying sound everytime it came on by the master bedroom. If you are a light sleeper these two things may annoy you. But the house was well worth the price and the view was great! Overall, we were happy.

I found this listing and the price and location were spot on The sweet cottage/condo was perfect for my friend and I …walls on the beach, coffee on the deck and a cozy inside to cook and hang out in. Sean was super quick in responding to my handful of inquiries. I’d definitely go back and stay a few extra nights.

Location location location! View view view! Just what I needed to soothe my soul!

The place was absolutely beautiful and matched the pictures. Although the upstairs neighbors were very loud even during quiet hours, the beds were not as comfortable as described (bunk beds were very squeaky and hard), and we were a little disappointed that only the bare minimum was provided. Also the parking spaces were very small.

It was not cleaned well. There were dirty dishes in the cupboard, towels and a tarp thrown on the back porch area, hair on the bathroom floor, food stuck on the coffee table, and no washcloths (they did tell us where to look). The neighbors are all sketchy. There was yelling next door and across the stretch and a squealing pig! There was loud noise all night like some giant machine. The sofa is really worn and sinks. The bed was extremely high (I’m 5’2” and had to climb). It was not relaxing or enjoyable.

Will stay again. 10/10.

Overall a very good stay. The only major con was something mostly out of their control. The location is absolutely perfect. You genuinely are right on the beach. The beach itself is super clean, really nice sand and long enough for nice walks in either direction. You’re not going to find huge waves here, but still more than enough to hear waves inside the unit. Decent amount of stuff and restaurants both locally and about a half hour away in Portsmouth. The place itself is very clean. Decent kitchen to work with. Good shower. Main bed, as others have mentioned, is tough to live with. It’s got a very soft 4” foam topper that holds a little extra heat and you sink into it. Having the ceiling fan in the bedroom was nice though. The mini-split a/c in the living room was pretty effective but this was a mid September stay, so I can’t say how good it is peak summer. The singular but kind of annoying part of this was the group that stayed both beside and below us. There was a very big beach wedding during our stay and about 10-12 of them beside and above us. As others have mentioned, the walls in this place are THIN. We could hear their conversations clearly anywhere in the house. The big group clopped around like elephants the whole time and they only knew how to talk to each other at full volume. This was topped off by them coming back from the wedding last night at 1am like a herd of cattle. Given the pretty strict standards that this host has for keeping quiet and respecting the residents (which we were happy to have because we would want the same), it was kind of a bummer to have that completely ignored by the rest of the guests in the building.
