Excellent location - so easy to walk downtown to Newburyport restaurants and attractions. Even at the height of summer heat, AC kept up perfectly. Comfortable and clean.

We loved the old New England charm of this house. Very cozy. Great neighborhood and just a 10 minute walk through historic homes to downtown. Would definitely stay here again. Sean was very responsive to any inquiry we had.

I would love to come back it tells a lot, I wish it was available for a couple more days as the apartment made me feel so much like at home, spacious, stylish, comfortable, lovely backyard, extra king size beds (very generous and difficult to find this days in airbnb), window AC worked great. Cons : kitchen- pens and some pots just should be replaced immediately as their condition is unsuitable for cooking and dangerous to health. Bed linen is mostly synthetic which is crucial for good sleep. (Means you can’t sleep). I wish the host replaced it as soon as I reported this issue which isn’t very hard ask to be honest but make a big difference in the overall outcome,

Our group had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect. Just a 10–15 minute walk to downtown Newburyport, so we enjoyed strolling everywhere and soaking in the charm of this coastal town. The apartment is full of character, with a beautiful old central fireplace, yet still quiet and residential. Beds were very comfortable, blinds provided great privacy and darkness for sleeping, and communication with our host was excellent. We had no issues at all and would happily stay again. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 2 nights for a family getaway with toddlers and my mother. Space was generally well maintained, but not ideal for our younger kids and my older mom. Flooring on the first floor is rustic and not great for young and old, some tripping hazards with brick fireplaces meeting uneven hardwood flooring. The AC was decent but not great in every bedroom, and the microwave did not work. Sean had a new one shipped that arrived as we were leaving, but it did not seem reasonable to expect a guest to bring it in, unbox it and install it. We made due without it. If looking for a bargain place to stay in Newburyport, likely ideal for two younger couples without kids, or 1 family with 1 child who is older. It worked in a pinch, but would not return.

Second time in Newburyport, first time staying with Sean. Super responsive host, place was great!! Would recommend 100%.

My husband and I came to town with his parents for a wedding. We wanted to enjoy the quaint town of Newburyport and have a place where we could regroup together. The condo was exactly as described, and everything that we needed for our weekend. We were comfortable and fortunate to be within walking distance to the downtown area.

Centrally located and walkable to all that the historical district of Newburyport has to offer as well as being a short bike ride to the beaches on Plum Island - this is rare find for a short-term rental. Lots of comfortable seating and communal living space on the downstairs and upstairs floors made it the perfect place for us to hang out with family. We hope to be back again soon!

Great spot, well organized with realty management. Kind of steep pricing for a smallish 2 bedroom.

We loved staying here. We had a short walk to the beautiful Newburyport Riverwalk every day, enjoyed the beautiful town and walked back later in the evenings. The place was very clean and comfortable. Sean was very helpful and responsive. We totally recommend this place!

We had a beautiful stay getting to know Massachusetts and its coast. The neighborhood was tranquil and calm. We enjoyed the amenities at the house, especially the children's books and toys that were perfect for my baby :) Everything felt like home. There were some relaxing days and the location was perfect!

Great location to downtown which made walks for breakfast and dinner quick and easy. House was clean and had all we needed for a weekend getaway. Would recommend!

Quaint condo with all of the amenities well thought out. Even a sound machine in the bedroom despite a quiet neighborhood! This place is walkable and a good value. We hope to be back next year!

Beautiful place!

We had a lovely stay here. The house was very clean, especially the floors, which our 9mo old baby crawled all over. There were baby gates, a portable crib, and a booster seat available as well. The host was proactive, friendly, and quick to respond to our questions. We will definitely try to stay here again next time we’re in town!

This was a great and convenient place for our family of four. Sean was very responsive and accommodating. He also checked in halfway in to ensure all was well. We could walk to all our favorite spots and even took a 7 minute drive to the beach one day.

Great place in the heart of Newburyport! Very cool "condo" - tastefully decorated. Beds and linens super comfortable. Lighting throughout is beautiful. Artwork and furniture is a terrific eclectic mix. Sean is very attentive and gave great dining recommendations.....
