The location and accommodations were perfect for a three day get away with a group of high school friends. There were numerous sitting areas for us to gather and, the sleeping quarters were very comfortable. We are all foodies so ,the kitchen and dinning room provided us a creative space for cooking and a fabulous table for dinning. Our favorite spot was the back deck. A perfect spot for late afternoon sunshine and beautiful Plum Island sunsets. i do suggest a drive down to the point to experience the full beauty of the magnificent spectacle of the sun going down.

We had a great time! The house was just like the pictures and plenty of space. The beach is close and accessible. Make sure you enjoy breakfast at Mad Martha’s!

This was such a cute and super convenient beach house on Plum Island! Walking across the street to the beach and not worrying about parking was a huge perk. The house is well decorated and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and well taken care of. Unfortunately, there was trouble with the power in parts of the house and it was a little bumpy getting the air conditioning going. It took a long time for things to cool down, which was tricky when trying to get kids put to bed. Otherwise, I'd certainly recommend the house to others.

We had a lovely few days at Sean's. His home was spacious, clean, and relaxing. It doesn't get any better than being steps away from the beach. Our unexpected favorite part of the house was the front sun room. Perfect spot for morning coffee with an ocean breeze.

This is a great house in a great location! We had a girls weekend and there was plenty of space and the beach is right across the street and there is plenty of parking! The only thing to note is that we also blew a fuse with the air conditioners because it was very hot in the house. Bottom line is that I highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in Newbury and the house was perfect! Quick walk to the beach, and a beautiful and clean home — a great spot for a getaway. Sean was communicative and responsive and gave us great recommendations for restaurants, etc. I hope to be able to return!
