We were also told that 1 bathroom was being renovated and not usable. And the 2nd bathroom had no shower. We were not given a discount for the lack of the 3rd bathroom. He offered a $50 gift card. On top of that, the dishwasher didn't work and the sink's water pressure was terrible, which we fixed by cleaning a filter. The blinds on the sun porch were all broken and you couldn't plug anything in while the AC was running upstairs or you'd blow a fuse. We started to refer to it as the lemon house. The final straw was an email from the host telling us that check out was 10 AM but we could purchase a later one. He said it was an automatic emails but it left a very bad impression on us. The outside of the house is charming and the location can't be beat, but it's way over priced for what you're getting.

Sean (the Airbnb host and not the owner) was amazing and incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. The house location was perfect - easy access to a beautiful beach! The house was met our needs and matched the photos, but in our opinion WAY over priced for what it was. Having one working shower for 5 women was far more intrusive than planned. For the price, the house could use some maintenance, there is ZERO water pressure in the kitchen, the furniture is very worn and even some basics like beach gear, extra linens, even a bit more decor - it simply looks almost sterile. Ultimately I think the value for money just felt off. Would highly recommend a discount for anyone expecting the 2nd working shower this summer, as this is a huge amenity worth a lot of money for the inconvenience with a group.

This "little" beach house (from the outside) was astonishingly commodious and perfect for our reunion of five people. Sean was wonderfully accommodating and communicative. We all very much enjoyed our brief time so close to a beach on the bold Atlantic. Am recommending this spot to others with hearty enthusiasm!

He offered a $50 gift card. In summary the house was over priced for what we got! We stay in lots of Airbnb and the value of this wasn’t worth it. We don’t mind paying top dollar, but needed 3 bedrooms and on short notice couldn’t find another property.

The location and accommodations were perfect for a three day get away with a group of high school friends. There were numerous sitting areas for us to gather and, the sleeping quarters were very comfortable. We are all foodies so ,the kitchen and dinning room provided us a creative space for cooking and a fabulous table for dinning. Our favorite spot was the back deck. A perfect spot for late afternoon sunshine and beautiful Plum Island sunsets. i do suggest a drive down to the point to experience the full beauty of the magnificent spectacle of the sun going down.

We had a great time! The house was just like the pictures and plenty of space. The beach is close and accessible. Make sure you enjoy breakfast at Mad Martha’s!

This was such a cute and super convenient beach house on Plum Island! Walking across the street to the beach and not worrying about parking was a huge perk. The house is well decorated and had everything we needed. Clean and comfortable and well taken care of. Unfortunately, there was trouble with the power in parts of the house and it was a little bumpy getting the air conditioning going. It took a long time for things to cool down, which was tricky when trying to get kids put to bed. Otherwise, I'd certainly recommend the house to others.
