Fantastic spot. Clean, beautiful, comfortable beds and bedding. Gorgeous sunny enclosed porch. Quiet neighborhood. Fantastic location. Didn’t move the car once and walked to everything. So close to the beach! Was able to walk on the beach to go do anything in the main area. Hosts were extremely kind and responded quickly by text. Easy check in and check out. No crazy cleaning lists for guests to do. Would definitely stay again.

We took a short 3 night vacation and chose this spot because of its proximity to the beach. Right off the bat, we appreciated the communication. We never felt distant from the host had we needed to reach out. Everything was as described and we appreciated the air conditioners which kept the place cool during the heat. It was clean, well furnished, and helped make for a great short vacation. We’re glad we stayed here.

We were only there one night for a show so it was an expensive splurge. However it allowed my brother and I relax and party a bit knowing that we didn't have to drive home after the show, so worth it to be safe.

Great location right and walking distance of the beach and tons of restaurants and shops! This is a really great deal for anyone looking for a beach getaway. I would recommend staying more than a night, since check-in and check out give you less than 24 hours at the place. Plus, if you are bringing a pet, I would recommend staying longer. But the place looked just like the pictures, it was immaculate, and great for families, friends, small groups. There is a convenience, store nearby and a Stop & Shop. Full kitchen as well if you want to cook your meals! Great deal for the price.

We had a great stay! We were visiting family nearby and needed some additional space for our family (including our 1.5 year old and dog)! We love the proximity to the beach and were able to take some nice walks for coffee and meals. The grill was a nice amenity as well

Excellent place to stay! We were there in October, so not much going on near the boardwalk, but that didn't bother us. We were looking for a quiet place to rest from traveling. Responsive host, clean, and comfortable. Within walking distance of the beach/water. Highly recommend!

The place was absolutely beautiful and the host was very helpful & fast with responding to our questions the bedrooms were very comfortable. I highly recommend this place for anybody that wants to visit.

A beautiful, freshly remodeled space with an urban vibe inside. A block from the beach and a short walk to Salisbury center. A great location!! Easy to get to! A great spot for families but I think it’s even better for a group of women…with a few small changes that I shared with the host it’s the perfect little get-away for an all girls weekend! It has a cool, clean vibe. Great for socializing, cooking and catching up. And a cocktail or two. Take an early morning walk on the beach, catch some rays…close enough to go back and forth to use the restroom and make lunch…it’s quiet…so you can relax and unwind. Sit on the all-season sun porch in the early mornings or evenings…multiple spaces to spread out…there is a private desk/workstation in the main entry-way, the living room, the kitchen w/table, the all-season Sun porch with a futon and a table. A home away from home. I highly recommend!!! One thing I’d like to see change…is an earlier check-in time and an 11:00 check out.

The Cammie Cabana was cute and cozy and incredibly clean. We really enjoyed our few days there, walking along the beach and doing Christmas puzzles at the Cabana.

Cute little upstairs cabin-like apartment, great kitchen, sunny and bright, clean and fresh, 3 minutes walk to the beach. Wifi was fine and it was a wonderful three-day getaway where we could enjoy sunny fall days, with quiet beaches and restaurants--and able to bring our small dog. Everyone was incredibly helpful--Sean, his contractor who was working on the downstairs cabin, and all the neighbors and restaurant staff we met. Highly recommend. Imagine its much noisier and livelier during the high season.

Our family vacations every year at Salisbury Beach. This location was super convenient to where our family stayed, the beach, and the center; where all the happenings are. We have an elderly dog that we cannot leave behind and it was so nice to have a pet friendly option near the beach. The cottage inside is so chic, I love the barn doors and decor. Plenty of space for 2 people and one dog! Sean was very responsive and friendly. I would definitely like to come back here, next year. Thank you Sean!

Beautiful home with great places in walking distance

My family and I loved the place. Even our dog Brite was allowed to stay. It is very hard to find a dog friendly place that is clean and just like any other rental, and this is the place. Everything was clean even up to my housekeeping standards (worked at the OC Studio Suites in Hampton years ago.) All together we just wanted our vacation to never end as many do. I will most definitely refer the company and rental to anyone. Our family is going to book a month in Salisbury for Summer 2024🏖️

Great beach weekend staying at this location. The beds were comfortable, the common areas were spacious, the kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and there was an air conditioner basically in every room. Can’t wait to stay here again next summer!

We ran into a few hiccups. House was not ready until 20min after check in time, was missing one AC unit, and the tv was not set up to internet/Roku for use. However, the owner was very responsive, apologetic, and addressed the AC unit and TV immediately. The house was clean and is in a good location very close to the boardwalk/beach. I imagine the issues we faced are not ones that would occur frequently. We would not hesitate to recommend and would rent again.

Great, clean, newly renovated condo. I was there in off-season so almost everything in town was closed but I was just looking for quiet for a few days. The beach town is pretty run down but Sean’s place was really, really nice. Even in the off-season, nice to walk along the beach and the boardwalk. Really grateful for my stay.

Entire rental was exceptionally neat n clean! All fresh n new. Although we are used to a larger beach summer rental, it worked out perfect for us (3 adults n 3 kids) for a couple of nights. We attended a local Christmas function.Heating was very comfortable as of course cold time of year. Area was quiet. Kitchen with new appliances n stocked well. All in all we were very very satisfied n enjoyed the stay.

Really nice place perfect spot for Halloween in Salem as it is close enough but far enough away. The beach was beautiful and the boardwalk is really nice. Would recommend
