Have Rented from this host before many times and they are always great. This one was a disappointment. We arrived and the house had not been cleaned since the previous guests left, the beds were not made and dirty towels and linens everywhere. I messages and called the hose and they has someone out there about 2 hours later to remedy the situation. The great thing about this host is that they are very responsive and fix it. It was just very inconvenient to have to deal with and they only offered me $50 off for the trouble I feel it should have been more. Like a few hundred. The house is great. Large with a nice backyard area. It does have a very strange odor to it that is like an old musty smell, or like there have been mice there and there were lots of ants in the bathroom and bathtub.

We had a great time at the house. The location is great, close to everything. The house itself was very nice, we found it clean and just as described. We would decide come back for a longer stay.

Check-in was seamless thanks to clear, timely instructions, stress-free from the start. The house was spotless, with fresh linens, towels, and thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. We loved the sense of privacy; it truly felt like our own quiet retreat. The location couldn’t be better, just minutes from beaches, shops, and great restaurants, yet tucked away enough for complete relaxation. Sean has clearly put care into every detail, and it shows. This was the perfect balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. We would happily stay here again!

Had a great time at Sean's place, was very well equipped for family days out at the beach and BBQs. The location was perfect and we enjoyed and appreciated the beach equipment left for us in the garage very much!

We loved this house- truly a gem! Modern, redone and exactly what we needed. Close enough to local beaches, and beautiful coast of NH! We will be back!

The house fit our needs perfectly! It was clean, nicely decorated and very close to the beach which we loved. The house was stocked with everything we needed, a big kitchen and a lovely backyard set up. The basement did have a bit of an oil smell when we would go down to do laundry. But other than that, we loved our stay there!

This is a fantastic house. Comfortable, nicely decorated, very clean, well stocked, great location. Great back yard for dinner or hanging out. Would stay again. Two downsides: Smell from oil heating system every time hot water heater kicked on. Was told by manager this was normal, but we had to open windows and turn on fans to help dissipate. Communication was odd - some responses were clearly AI, and didn’t help us get what we needed until an actual person responded later.

All AirBnb should be run just like this particular home. It was well thought out from labeling lights switches, entry access at time check in, clear instructions regards to check in and check out, furniture accents and hangings made home comforting. Bonus the back nature is plentiful between song birds, rabbits, ground hog, and sometimes early morning deer.

Such an adorable home! We were just a few minute drive to the beach and there were plenty of chairs for us to take with us. The kitchen is big and clean, and was stocked with all the things we needed to enjoy dinner each night. The bedrooms were perfect size and beds were comfortable and cozy. The outdoor space out back was perfect, plenty of space for all of us to sit and eat and play cards. I had to communicate with Sean for a few things while we were there, he answered quickly and took care of everything immediately. It was much appreciated!

A very nice stay. Peaceful and just what we were looking for.
