What a great place! My kids loved it too. It had everything you would need for a few days of a vacation. Clean, comfortable and a great location. We would go back again.

Gone Coastal was the absolute perfect location. It was so close to the beach and our favorite bar/restaurants. Having the extra half bath was such a bonus too! Full kitchen with a ton of spices to pick from where cooked. Sean was amazing with responsiveness and actually allowed us to enter slightly early for work reasons. I highly recommend this air bnb to anyone looking for a beach getaway with some class! Definitely not your typical Hampton Beach motel! Thank you Sean and team!

The space was as advertised and then some. The entire place looked recently updated and was well appointed with stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, a half bath off the living area plus a generous full bathroom in the bedroom. The decor was nicely done and fit the beachfront area perfectly. Sean was a fantastic host and was attentive to any questions I had. All in all I’d recommend the space to anyone and everyone…

Cute condo with a very short walk to the beach and boardwalk so park your car and leave it. Sean was very attentive to all of our needs weeks before the trip, for check in, during the stay and checkout. We will definitely be staying at Mr. Romans place with the help of Sean on our next visit to Hampton Beach.

We so enjoyed our stay! It was easy walking distance to the concerts we were in town for. While we didn't use the kitchen, it would have been fun with all that they had available for us to use. The bed was comfortable and the second parking spot we needed to pay for was just down the street for $70.00. We are bringing our family back in July to stay at another place of Sean's so we are even more excited now!!

Unit had everything needed for a nice weekend getaway. Would definitely consider staying here again.

This was an ideal place to stay in Hampton beach. Parking is a huge plus and neighbors in the condo association are friendly, helpful, and kind to those just staying for the weekend. A very spacious apartment for two or more guests.

Sean was extremely helpful and very fast to respond to emails. My flight came in early and Sean was able to get us checked in a little earlier without hassle. If I had any questions or concerns he was fast to answer and never came off as irritated like others I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend this location and would 100% stay here again!

The property was beautifully decorated, large and comfortable. The proximity to everything was fantastic, you can walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. Designated parking spot and secure building were added perks. Seans response time and communication were top notch also! We would definitely stay at this lovely property again.

The unit was very well stocked and very clean. Everything was so close, we could walk to everything that we wanted to do. This is a great unit for a wheelchair user. The handicap parking was very spacious and convenient for our wheelchair van. The maintenance guy helped us figure out how to use our son’s portable lift after we realized we forgot an important part of it. He went out of his way to help us. We had a great time and will be returning in the future.

Very easy to drive to the condo. Super easy instructions on how to get to get through the security door and then the front door of the condo itself. Upon entering the condo, we were blown away by all of the details and extra touches that Sean has done. From coffee and filters to full kitchen ware right down to lobster crackers and pickers. It was amazing to make an entire lobster and steamer meal right in the condo. Having 2 bathrooms was awesome along with the 2 tv’s. Having a dedicated parking spot and in the garage was a very nice touch. Everything is within walking distance which was nice. There is a washer a dryer in the condo itself and Sean left laundry detergent and dryer sheets for his renters to use which is a very nice and thoughtful touch. We would highly recommend this condo!!! Thank you again Sean for an amazing time with your beautiful condo!!

Great location and great unit with everything you need.

My husband and I had a great stay at Sean’s condo! It was beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. Sean also responded quickly and efficiently to all of the questions we had. We look forward to booking one of Sean’s other properties in the future!

We had a great time at Sean’s place! We stayed at another airbnb for the week before this stay and it was night and day between the two in terms of cleanliness and accommodations! Sean has thought of almost anything we could have needed during our stay! The town pretty much shuts down after September 30th though so be prepared for that. We didn’t realize it when we booked for 8 days starting on October 1! It was actually wondelrful and quiet though with a beautiful nice beach a block away that couldn’t be beat!!

Great location, better accommodations than many places I have stayed in the same area. Clean, very roomy and quiet.

Sean's place was excellent - roomy, clean, and really close to the beach! The only complaint I have was that the pull out couch wasn't the most comfortable to sleep on. I heard no complaints from my husband who slept on the bed in the bedroom though. As far as the kitchen goes, I really appreciated the spices and things in the cabinet for cooking. Lastly, the place was so close to the beach. It was easy to pack up the kids and go to the beach, then get back in time for naps or bedtime.

We went for a few days to Hampton Beach where we had never been before. The condo was terrific and in a great location. It was a short walk to the beach and shops. Kids had a great time playing in the arcade, getting treats, and going in the ocean. The condo was well-stocked and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay!

Immaculately clean. Well equipped kitchen. Comfortable furniture and bed. The 1st floor is elevated (parking garage is below at ground level) and has a private locked entrance. This gives you some separation and privacy from the surrounding neighborhood. Easy walk to the beach and shops & restaurants.

An amazing stay at a wonderful accommodation. Only wish we could have stayed an extra week!

Sean was an outstanding host and extremely responsive to any questions I had, I could not ask for better. As for the location, it was everything you’d hope for in Hampton Beach. The listing was modern, peaceful, and quiet; yet, close to the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. There are restaurants options for breakfast, lunch, dinner close by and the beach is only a block away. One of my favorite aspects of the residence was the blackout shades, I felt like I had privacy and I was better able to sleep because of this amenity. I highly recommend this stay and Sean!

This was one of the best air bnbs I’ve ever had in Hampton! The location was perfect, the place was very clean and spacious. Perfect for a getaway located in a perfect sport to visit all of the local restaurants, bars and beach. Would definitely recommend and for sure would stay again! Thank you again for having us! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. However, we had two problems with the unit. First, there is a bullet hole in one of the bedroom windows, which we noticed immediately since it was a beautiful day and we opened all the windows. The window is still fully operational, but we were definitely taken aback, and it made us a little uneasy for the rest of the stay. The second problem was the noise from the upstairs neighbors. We could easily hear entire conversations, including some yelling, but then it also sounded like they were dropping weights onto the floor. I don't know what was going on up there, but it was pretty crazy, and it happened every day while we were there. I live in a condo and am totally used to normal noise from neighboring apartments, but this was something else entirely.

Ashworth Place was easy to find and covered parking is excellent. I was very pleased upon walking into the apartment. It is exactly how it is pictured on the website. The kitchen is very well equipped. I was so pleased to find dry noodle soup in the cupboard. When I arrived I couldn’t buy food anywhere. I was starving after a long trip. That soup was a godsend. The bed is super comfy. I slept very well. I use a CPAP machine so I appreciated that distilled water was available in the closet. Very thoughtful. The decor is modern and pretty. Nice big tv. Comfy couch. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. The beach is so close and offers beautiful long walks along the shoreline. There are plenty of places to eat just a few steps away. I truly enjoyed my stay. I would stay here again.

Very nice condo. Very clean. Close to a lot of restaurants and bars. Loved the courtyard and sat out there numerous times. Also liked having the washer and dryer. Would stay here again.

This is a spacious place very near to the ocean. It sits back a block or so from the main drag, so is quieter. It was clean and well-decorated, with a well-stocked kitchen. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

Great spot, very clean condo Close to the beach but far enough to be peaceful. Bed was comfy. Loved the outdoor patio for our morning coffee!
