This house was everything we needed and more for our winter solstice gathering! Sean was always fast to respond to questions. We enjoyed the hot tub, kitchen with social island, and bedroom with an ocean view the most. Highly recommend!

Fine beach house, essentially as described.

Myself and my Book Club friends stayed at Sean’s house to celebrate a special birthday. The house was nice and clean with every amenity you could wish for, there were enough beds for everyone to sleep comfortably and the dining/game room proved to be a popular hang out spot. The house is a short walk to a beautiful beach, and a 10 minute drive into Newburyport with the lovely shops and restaurants. We had a great weekend. We had a slight issue before the balance for our stay was due, Sean was extremely helpful and understanding, and we were able to figure out the issue quickly. This is the first place we’ve booked that is run by an agent, rather than directly with the home owner, so it was a little different. Sean was extremely helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely recommend you stay here, and we will hopefully return very soon. Thank you Sean!

Our group of 10 had a great time here! The place is spacious with all the amenities that you might need and the surrounding area is wonderful.

Loved this house! Great location - walking distance to restaurants and a beautiful beach. The house is perfect for large groups. There is plenty of parking space, lots of seating both inside and outside on the deck, large upstairs bathroom with a vanity area separate from the shower and toilet, decent bedroom sizes, etc. The house was spotless and equipped with everything we needed. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. Please note the stairwell to the second floor is quite steep so may not be the best for anyone with trouble on stairs. Highly recommend this house!

Had a little glitch and couldn’t use the hot tub but we made up for it playing ping pong and hanging out on the beach. The place was perfect, the two sinks and well lit vanity space separate from the shower and toilet upstairs was a stroke of genius. 9!women and not once were we in each other’s way. This house was wonderful!

"It's All Good!" was a great place for my big family. The accommodations was as described. We went off-season and needed a place for my whole family to stay together to go to my daughter's graduation at Tufts... it was an hour away, but it actually worked out so well! The house had a gaming table (pool, air hockey, ping pong) which we had fun with, and they had other board games available as well. Hot tub was clean! The only thing I would warn about are the stairs and for people with moderate mobility issues - make sure you have indoor footwear/slippers for using stairs. The second to the bottom step is a little wonky. Would definitely come back during the season! Newbury/Plum island looks like a fun place!

We had such a great time in your home. We could have spent the whole time at the house just enjoying all that it has to offer.
