Had a great stay. Perfect location and having two cottages worked out perfectly for 7 adults and two young children. Short walk to the beach. The wagon’s were so helpful!!! Loved hanging out on the large front covered porch. Chris was very responsive which is always much appreciated.

This was our second year staying here, it did not disappoint! We love the front porch, the offstreet parking, the quick walk to the ocean, the guest parking spots, having two full bathrooms, also the fact that they're dog friendly.

This is the second rental with Chris! Always extremely pleased! Highly recommended!

We had a great stay at Chris’s place. He was friendly, responsive, and made check-in a breeze. The home was just as described, cozy and full of charm. It’s in a quiet area but walkable to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We really appreciated the extra amenities, especially the beach gear like wagons, chairs, bodyboards, and sand toys. Just bring your own towel and umbrella. The kitchen was well-stocked, though cooking for a large group required working in batches. It felt a bit tight for our group of 11 adults. Bedrooms fit about 10 comfortably, and the sofa beds need daily setup. Some towels were worn, and there were minor maintenance issues, such as a wobbly towel rack and a broken stool. All of us experienced sneezing indoors, possibly due to hidden allergens, though the home appeared clean. The back cottage bathroom is kid-height, which may be less ideal for adults. Overall, a lovely home with thoughtful touches. We'd recommend it, especially for families or smaller groups.

Book these cottages NOW! Our group of 15 absolutely loved this place. You can see the ocean from the sidewalk! The double grills came in real handy. Loved the front porch. Our big group stayed in late may. Didnt need to use heat or ac. Perfect weather! It is a great setup with the cottages back and front. Any/all future trips to the Hampton Beach area will definitely include a stay at Meg and Chris's place again!

We had a great stay at Meg and Chris's place! We were there in the off-season so we got to enjoy Hampton Beach without the crowds and there were great restaurants open. Although it was too cold to swim, my kids did it anyway and it was an easy, short walk to the beach. Even in the off-season there was a fair amount of traffic since it's on the main road but folks were kind to let us out when we needed it. We were traveling with a 2-year-old and I am 6-months pregnant. There were some comfortableness for me but I'm at the stage where sleeping is hard anyway. The only piece that could have been controlled was the light coming into the cottages. It's beautiful light and really makes the place feel homey. Unfortunately, our 2-year-old decided that the light coming in at 5am meant it was time for her to wake up. Having some option for thicker curtains would have helped. Also be aware of the cooling/heating unit being in the living room. We were there in the colder months so we were using the heater but if the bedroom door is shut then the rooms stay pretty cold. The blankets on the bed were nice and warm. We even had one person that likes her room at 65 so she used the cooling fan in her room to control the temp (we had the main unit set to 69 and that was "too hot" for her). It was great having that option and I would imagine that the summer travel really puts it to good use.

We had such a wonderful time . Both of our kids came with our 4 grandchildren, my Mom, sister and sister-in-law. The twelve of us had plenty of room to gather and to get the serenity we needed from time to time. The ocean is so soothing. We caught the most beautiful sunset ever over the marsh. Some of the locals told me it was the best they've ever seen in 30 years ! I'll be back! Thanks Chris. Ps. The pack-n-play was great too. 😆 🤣

Location couldn't have been better! Short walk to the beach made it easy for our family to come and go from the cottage throughout the day. Short walk to the boardwalk too and just far enough to keep the noise level manageable. Loved the fireworks on 4th of July!

2 amazing cottages! Plenty of room to fit 10 of us comfortably! I love the fact that there were two full grills to use and everything that they said about the place was exactly what we got! Also you couldn’t ask for a better location only a few blocks from the water!

Lovely stay at Chris’ cottages! Our trip included my daughter and my in-laws (in their 80s). The kitchens are equipped with everything you need and the cottages were very clean. Furniture is comfortable and the cottages are an easy walk to the beach. We did prefer the front cottage over the back cottage as it is more renovated and easier for elderly individuals to ambulate. Chris was responsive to messages and a great host. We look forward to our next stay.

The two cottage were were perfect for our stay! Spotlessly clean and extremely comfortable. Location was fantastic. 5 min walk to the beach, shops and restaurants, plus a small park to walk your dog just around the corner. We took full advantage of both kitchens and the grill and enjoyed several wonderful meals together on the covered front deck and in the lovely dining room in the back cottage. Meg and Chris were attentive and quick to respond to any questions. Definitely earns 5 stars and we hope to be back soon!

Meg & Chris’s two cottages were perfect for our annual family trip to Hampton. There was plenty of space for everyone but still felt like you had enough privacy. The cottages were nicely updated, well kept & had family friendly amenities. Being pet friendly helped us enjoy our trip all the more & the hosts were very responsive.

It was perfect! It had everything we needed and more. We were able to fit 3 cars in the driveway and its really close to all the places the kids wanted to go, especially the beach! The kitchens had everything we needed to cook our meals each day so we saved some money buying our meals. We would definately go back!

Meg and Chris are excellent hosts and everything was exactly as described. My family and I had a wonderful experience. The layout of the two cottages gave more than enough room for two couples with children and the location is perfect! Great for young children who all loved the outdoor shower after the beach.

We had 3 toddlers and 6 adults and loved the space. It was cozy but it had plenty of room to spread out and feel comfortable. We easily fit two cars and a SUV in the driveway. The owners were always quick to respond with any questions. The location can’t be beat.

We visited Hampton beach for a girls weekend and stayed in Chris and Meg’s cottages. We had an amazing time. The place is very cute with a beach charm. The cottage is in a great location to the beach and boardwalk and is super easy to get to when driving in. Meg and Chris were great hosts, answered all my questions very quickly and were very accommodating to any requests I had. As I stated before we had a great weekend and will definitely come back to stay with them in the future.

The place was average. I booked a little late so it was one of the few locations that was able to accommodate a large group. There were enough towels and necessities for each person, but some of the linens weren't as clean especially the ones for the pull out beds in the living rooms. One of the rooms is outside of the smartlock so when everyone leaves, the room and everything in that room is left unlocked. One of the bathrooms is very cramped because there's a second old sink hidden behind a divider wall. the Parking isn't easy to find if you have more cars than the parking spots available. Even at night the street parking spots were all full over the weekend. I ended up paying $30 to leave my car in a parking lot over the weekend. Some things are a bit old so I would be careful if you think something might be broken and notify them when you notice.
