What is a Long-Term Vacation Rental?
A monthly vacation rental, also called a mid-term or extended-stay vacation rental, is a fully furnished home available for stays of 30 days or more. We manage more than 60 monthly rentals available from November through April, giving guests a comfortable, move-in ready option for the entire off season, with monthly rates starting at around $2,100. These properties are also known as winter rentals, and they work well for month-long getaways or a stay that runs the full winter season.
