Advertised as sleeps 6 comfortably NO WAY Sleeper sofa is a ridiculous object The beds are not comfortable and when someone moves the whole bed There were gnats flying around everywhere mostly coming out of the cabinets I had to put a trashcan behind the sofa so the back would stay upright This is a very small place and not kept up inside or OUTSIDE Cigarette butts all around the outside I would not recommend this place

It was a cute location — my only complaint is that there were no curtains on the main door, which made it feel like someone could easily peek in. Also, the fire alarm went off early in the morning when the heat was set to 75°F, so just a heads-up for anyone visiting during the colder months.

Great little place to stay , will definitely comeback next summer .

We loved the place. With a family of 5, we felt a bit like giants in a hobbit house and it was hilarious how we were constantly in the way of each other and banging against the furniture every time we moved. But small is great in vacation: less to clean, more incentive for the kids to get up and get to the beach. Place was clean, close to the beach and we were able to cook every day so we enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything in the home is updated. Paint, flooring, appliances, kitchen area- all new. That was a plus and helped make it feel squeaky clean. It’s tiny- but if you’re wanting to be in a walkable distance to the beach then you’re in the right spot. Thanks for hosting us!

Good stay. Clean. Good location

Initially we were planning on 6 of us going, which ended up being 3, and that was good because the living room area was quite small (seated 3), and perfect for 3 people. (It would’ve been very crowded with 6!) Overall, it was wonderful. Excellent location just a 2 minute walk to the main strip and beach and just far enough away so that it was quiet. The place was clean and stocked with everything you could want for a stay. Plenty of coffee and creamer, linens on beds, beds were comfortable. 2 parking spaces and excellent communication by host. Highly recommend for small parties!

Unit was fantastic. Very clean, easy check-in process, and the bunkbed was great for my two kids. The highlight of the unit is the location. It only takes a couple minutes to walk to the beach, cruise the boardwalk, find a good restaurant, and pretty much anything else you need. Unit is also on a side street that was both relatively quiet and safe, despite its proximity to the tourist spots. The host, Sean, was very communicative and proactive with checking in and making sure everything was as expected. I also happened to leave something at the unit, which Sean was more than happy to ship back to me. Overall, a great stay and a perfect spot for enjoy Hampton Beach.

My family had a great stay! We traveled with 2 small children and it was perfect for us. We had lots to lug to the beach and his location was truly one block away which was a huge win for us. The house was exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Sean was very responsive and checked in often. We beat the heat with the AC and the full kitchen was definitely a plus! We will definitely book again over a confined hotel room. Highly recommend!

My friends and I have a great time last weekend! When we first got there we were unable to get into the place due to the screen door being wedged into the frame. which they did tell us they were working on when we left. Other than that the place is great for a few friends to go up for the weekend! Wish we stayed longer!! Sean was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay!

The place was just what we needed for a short trip to the beach for me and my two daughters. It was within walking distance to everything in Hampton Beach and short drive to everything else. The place is cozy, but comfortable. It was well stocked. It does have some traffic noise, but that's pretty much anywhere in Hampton, and nothing the A/C or earplugs couldn't drown out. Its on a low traffic street and we felt safe there, I felt comfortable letting my daughters walk on their own even at night.

Great place for the weekend. Condo was clean and perfect for the occasion. Sean was very helpful and responsive.

Wonderful stay in Hampton Beach. Sean was communicative, helpful, and left us with everything we needed to enjoy our time. Home was clean, exactly as described, and optimally located. Very highly recommend this property!
