We traveled to the area to spend the holidays with east coast family. This home is in the heart of Newburyport, super convenient location with off street parking. The home is roomy, comfortable, and very clean. Super host and highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Sean's place in Newburyport. The place was beautiful! Right in the center of town within just a few steps of lots of restaurants and shopping. It was also a great base for exploring Salem, Rockport, Boston which are all an easy drive or train ride away. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's place. The unit looks just like the pictures, was nice and clean, and our party had our privacy but yet plenty of room to get together in the kitchen and living area. While we didn't do much cooking at all, the kitchen was clean and well stocked to cook in. The location was perfect--walking and cycling distance to everything downtown Newburyport has to offer, including the Clipper City rail trail. We took the train to Salem and that was convenient, inexpensive and easy to find. We had a blast! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and we slept so well. I'd go back to Sean's place in a heartbeat if I find myself in the area again.

This property was perfect for our family getaway with 4 adults and 2 kids. The house was clean and well-maintained, with nice updates and furnishings. The location was fantastic - right in the center of town! The host was very responsive, which was greatly appreciated. We had a great stay and would love to come back!
