Your questions, answered
Who can join?
Anyone who books directly with Seacoast 2 Summit through our website. Member benefits don't apply to reservations made through Airbnb, Vrbo, Booking.com, or other third-party sites.
How do I use my member benefits?
After you join, we'll email your personal member code. Enter it when you book on our website and the 10% discount is applied to your nightly rate. Our team confirms your membership and applies your other perks, such as waived fees and credits, before you arrive.
When do my benefits start?
Right away. Your member code arrives by email shortly after you join, and you can use it on your next direct booking.
Does the discount apply to longer stays?
Yes. Stays of up to 27 nights receive the full 10% off. Stays of 28 nights or longer at regular rates receive 10% off, up to $500 per stay. Our discounted winter monthly rates are not eligible for the member discount, but all other member perks still apply.
How do the pet fee waiver and travel credits work?
All pet fees are waived in pet-friendly homes, for up to 3 pets per stay. Pet policies and house rules still apply. Travel credits and referral credits are applied to your direct bookings, expire 12 months after they're issued, and have no cash value.
How do referrals work?
Share The Keyholders with friends and family. When someone you refer purchases a membership, you'll receive a $50 stay credit. There's no limit on how many credits you can earn.
Does my membership renew automatically?
Yes. Your membership renews each year at $500 on the date you joined. We'll send a reminder 30 days before your renewal date. You can cancel anytime before then using the Manage your membership button, or by emailing support@seacoast2summit.com.
Can I share my member code?
Your member code is for your own stays and should be used on reservations where you're the guest. Perks can be combined on the same stay.
Early check-in and late checkout are subject to availability and confirmed before arrival. Membership benefits apply to direct bookings only. Membership renews annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
