What is this event and who is it for?

This event is designed for real estate agents and brokers who work with buyers and sellers in the short-term rental space, or who are simply curious about how STRs work and how to better serve clients in this growing market.

What will I learn from attending?

You'll get a comprehensive look at how a short-term rental should be operated, covering everything from marketing, pricing, and guest communication to cleaning and maintenance.
