This property is simply outstanding! It looks exactly like the photos. The space is stylish, welcoming, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. The private courtyard is a wonderful feature and a great place to relax. The bathroom, complete with a washer and dryer, is very convenient, and having an additional half bathroom is a real bonus. The kitchen is fully equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. The bedroom is spacious and offers plenty of storage, while the air conditioning keeps the entire unit cool and comfortable. The location couldn't be better—just a five-minute walk to the beach and the main strip, yet far enough away to enjoy peace and quiet without all the surrounding noise. Chris is a responsive and attentive host who genuinely cares about his guests. He listens to feedback, addresses any concerns promptly, and doesn't hesitate to send someone from his team if needed. We would absolutely stay here again with our family !

Chris was a wonderful host: responsive, patient, and very helpful. The place is absolutely gorgeous with amazing view of the marsh. For being so close to the strip it was very peaceful. Plenty of space, Very Well Maintained and worth the money! 10/10 recommend and def will stay again!
