The place was amazing and the area had something for everyone Sean is top shelf as a host We have traveled along the east coast every summer for the past 16 years. Sean is the leader of the pack and we have seen it all in vacation rentals I always ask the fam, what was your favorite part of the trip Kid(teens): coffee shops, look/feel of the town, record store Us (parents) great house, lots of space, close to ocean and eateries All great But the hosting communication and attention was superior to anything we have experience Def going this route again

Lovely place. Had two families (3 kids under 5) and space was perfect for us. Also walkable to all sorts of stuff. Cute area, well appointed, would recommend.

The location was great and the house was great. But for 1000+ a night I was shocked at how poor of quality the beds, mattresses and bed linens were. They were so cheap, uncomfortable and rough. We all slept horribly both nights. When we were packing up to leave we sat at the edge of the bed to put our shoes on and the bed snapped and we almost fell through the frame. And the last morning we were there we realized the mattress didn’t even have a cover or protector on it which I found to be disgusting and I question how thoroughly the homes are cleaned and inspected. Other than the horrible sleeping conditions, everything else was great. I do find the price to be misleading because when you go to check out there are two hundred in taxes, two hundred in cleaning fees and two hundred dollars in airbandb fees. So I don’t feel the price is upfront. And that was also frustrating.

The townhouse was comfortable & provided a great, pleasant sanctuary within walking distance of all that Newburyport has to offer! We would have liked more towels & more coffee cups provided, however, everything else we needed was there! I would recommend this spot for anyone traveling to Newburyport!

Great location and space! Walkable to downtown - 5 to 7 min, and walking along the water was very nice. Clean and large space, great for a weekend getaway. The only thing was the HVAC system did not seem to be working well - it wasn’t a problem for us since the weather was gorgeous all weekend and we could open windows, plus the third floor space has its own window AC unit which was a huge help. Overall great space, would recommend

This was the perfect spot for our group to relax for the weekend! Very comfy, ample space, and extremely walkable. Parking was easy and the house was extremely clean.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Sean was very helpful and quick to respond to all messages. He helped us problem solve a small issue we were having and we were able to get it resolved quickly. The property was in an incredible location and looked exactly like the photos. Overall a great stay and I would 100% stay here again and recommend to others.

Bathrooms were clean. Bedrooms were comfy and clean. Overall house was clean but kitchen could use a deep clean. Cupboards, drawers, refrigerator, pots and pans were pretty grimy. Central a/c was froze up when we got there and never worked properly. There was an additional a/c unit in the upstairs bedroom that helped keep that room cool so that was good.

Lovely townhouse. Beautiful set up for privacy (4 bedrooms) and communal activities. We were pleased that everything we needed was right there. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great place, very clean, very spacious. Beds and linens very comfortable. Loved the little gift of water and chocolate upon arrival.

The townhouse was perfect in all ways for our stay. The penthous bedroom was really nice and everything that needed to work did. Place was spotless clean, bed were comfy.

Great location, easy to find, very homey. The place felt like home right away. Very comfortable and cared for. I would highly recommend this home to stay in. I will book it again for sure! The host was responsive, accommodating and very nice😊

We loved our stay in Newburyport! The townhouse is larger than the pictures suggest and very well stocked and clean. It is a short walk into town and parking was readily available. Sean was very responsive to an issue we had with the door as well!

The pictures looked exactly like the rental. We loved that each of the five women had their own bed. It was great there were 2 1/2 bathrooms. Kitchen was awesome. Didn't expect soap in the shower. Plenty of toilet paper. The only thing I would say is we needed more hand towels for the bathrooms. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you, Sean, for always being so responsive. This is a great house! It was even nicer than I thought it would be. We originally intended to use it as a home base for a couple of day trips during our vacation, but Newburyport was such a cute town and the house was so great that we ended up deciding to enjoy the area and stay local instead. Sean was very responsive and the house was easy to access, had plenty of room, and was beautifully appointed. I would absolutely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at the North End Gem. The place is spacious, clean, and in a convenient location to explore Newburyport. Parking was easy to find nearby. We enjoyed the back patio and the apartment was well appointed. Check in and communication with Sean was very easy. Would stay here again and recommend the apartment to others!

Newburyport is a great area to visit and Sean's house is perfectly located to take advantage.

This is an awesome place to stay! It has everything we did. We travelled with three adults, 1 year old and 5 year old. They both had great time.

We really enjoyed our stay at your place. We had everything we needed and we were supplied with great instructions for using the TV, locking code for front door, and much more. The beach decorations and summer time colors made it enjoyable. Sean was always available when we had a question and responded back to us quickly with clear instructions. Loved the double fireplace and rooftop patio. The area is very beautiful and Sean’s place is in walking distance to downtown with boutiques, restaurants, bars and boat tours. I would stay again.

We were very pleased with our stay here. It was centrally located in Newburyport--close to shops and restaurants, in a lovely neighborhood. The four-bedroom home was just as it looked in the photographs, and Sean was very helpful and responsive. We were very happy with our stay!

Perfect home away from home for our small family reunion trip. Spacious place with lots of room for everyone. Pros: a very well-stocked kitchen and a washer/dryer and puzzles/games for those who are spending time in the space. A play park within short walking distance, ideal for people with small kids. A quiet neighborhood, yet near the quaint, bustling downtown area. A short drive to the beach. The house was quite clean and everything was bright and cheery. Highly recommend for this area.

My family and I very much enjoyed 6 Boardman St. We have been coming to Newburyport and Plum Island for many years. This is the first time we rented a house verses staying in a hotel. The price I feel is high, but all the rentals are high for Yankee Homecoming week. I loved the roof top deck. We had already gone to the store and didn’t know the coffee pot needed filters. I did not want to have to drive back to the store, but I found filters in the drawer, which made me so happy. I know that doesn’t sound like a big deal unless you’re a die hard morning coffee drinker. I felt the owners were very generous with leaving a large dish soap, toilet paper and other amenities. I’ve stayed at other Airbnb’s and they give you nothing. So i was very pleasantly surprised. My husband thought the off street parking was hard, but I didn’t think it was bad at all. This house is also within walking distance to town. I had a great time with my family and would book this house again.

I could not be happier with my stay here! Sean was easy and pleasant to communicate with not only leading up to my stay but through as well. Shortly after check in they reached out to ensure we were satisfied with the place, and to assure us that if anything needed attention they would be available immediately. The location was prime.... just a 5 min walk to down town and although it was street parking only, we had no issues finding spots very close to our place. The house itself was immaculate, very well maintained, and had anything you could possibly need. Overall, I would recommend this place 10/10 times. Thanks for a great weekend!!

We had a great stay! The house was exactly as pictured / described. Easily walkable to town and a short drive to beaches etc. Communication was above and beyond - it made everything very easy.

However, what truly set this Airbnb apart was their impeccable handling of such situations. When we encountered a minor problem during our stay, we reached out to the host, and to our delight, their fix-it guy was at our doorstep in no time. I'd totally stay there again. Highly recommend!

A beautiful, beautiful space - the roof deck is especially fantastic! Lots of seating and places to gather. Also incredibly comfortable. Absolutely cannot beat the location - five minute walk to the heart of Newburyport. I would stay here again in a minute. Shaun was the best host - got back to me immediately when I had a question! So highly recommended.

Great location, well described as what listed. Worth the stay but felt like checking in at 4 pm was a bit too late for check-in time and checking out at 10 am was a bit too soon for leaving on time. Overall is a good place to stay and great surroundings!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The kitchen is well equipped, but we ended up eating out most meals. Beds are comfortable, great showers, and the roof deck was nice. Lots of detailed instructions, so all questions are answered in detail. Very comfortable place!

Sean’s home made our out of town business meeting possible with a beautiful and flexible space. Bedrooms were large and comfortable. The home is clean and perfectly located. I would absolutely choose to stay for a future trip.

Unit was exactly as described and exceptionally clean. We had six adults, a four year old, and a toddler. Very spacious and livable. Kitchen is large and easy to cook in. Outdoor grill was a welcome amenity. Within easy walking distance of sights, playground, and park in town. On street parking was easy to find. We would definitely book again! A minor issue was quickly addressed by the management team.

We loved our stay. It fit our family of four plus three grandparents perfectly. The rooftop deck and patio were lovely. Everything was neat and clean. We walked every day to dinner or shops, to the water and on the clipper path or even through the neighborhood. Lovely. We recommend a stay here.
