Enjoyed our stay! House was very clean and functional. Beautiful views out the windows. Sean was proactively communicative. Would stay here again!

Although we only stayed for 1 night, this place was perfect for our group of 3 couples touring New England to see the fall colors. We enjoyed the clean, comfortable home with a well equipped kitchen for cooking a great breakfast in the morning. We appreciated the amenities including coffee, condiments, etc. It was great to have one full bathroom for each bedroom! I would definitely love to come back here for a longer stay to enjoy Hampton Beach!

This house is a standout in the neighborhood. Quiet and comfortable. Yet only a minute from Hampton beach.

Great spot and location.

This place was perfect for our needs. Plenty of space for our group of 7. Host was very friendly and helpful and great with communication. Bath towels were more limited then we expected and no beach towels provided - not a big deal and did not impact my review but helpful for someone else renting to know. Also, wish I had brought a fan since the AC in master didn't work well. Again, did not impact my review - just FYI for someone who likes to sleep in a cold space like I do ;) Walk to beach was easy and shorter then I expected. It was nice to be more private! All in all, I would definitely recommend and hope to stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The host was extremely responsive, the place was tidy and well-kept, and the location was perfect. It was just a short walk to Hampton Beach, but tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle. Would definitely stay again!

My family spent a long weekend here and everything was exactly as the listing describes, if not better. One of the tallest/most modern houses in the area with great views, incredibly clean, and plenty of space. Great location as it was far enough away to maintain quiet and privacy but still walkable to the beach. Would certainly choose to return here when visiting Hampton in the future.

Peaceful location with great views of the surrounding salt marsh. Short walk to Hampton Beach. Comfortable, clean and well-maintained. One of the 3 showers was not functional (bath only), which came as a surprise to us and the host. The garage lock did not work properly, but the host called us back and solved the issue. Overall, we were very pleased with the property.

Loved the Beautiful place, very close to beach, restaurants. Checkout time can be at 11, instead 10am. Felt too early with kids.

My husband and I, along with our two adult children needed a place close to extended family. We chose this place for the proximity the marsh. Even in December, we were able to walk the marsh and to the beach several days; stopping at Flamingo's for coffee & GF breakfasts. With 3 bathrooms, both kids had their own, and 3 levels meant we could spread out and get alone time. The kitchen is conveniently between the dining and living space, again spreading out and yet together-whether we were making a quick breakfast or reheating leftovers. We never used the main floor heating unit, choosing to use the fireplace instead. (Close the upstairs bedroom doors to keep them cooler.) Even when it was too cold to walk, we had views of the marsh from every window. The extra parking was helpful since our son drove up, our rental, and my sister-in-law came to get my daughter and I to drive down to Boston. We did our usual walk on nearby Marginal Way, and shopping/eating in Portsmouth. Loved it!

We had a wonderful stay at Sean's place! The home is on the bay side of Hampton beach, just a few blocks from the beach. I loved taking long walks in the beautiful surroundings. The house was so comfy, plenty of room and thoughtfully designed. The kitchen had everything we needed. I highly recommend!

Great location off the beaten path but still within walking distance of the beach (0.3 miles, 7 minutes). Excellent amenities! In a quiet neighborhood on a dead end street is quite private. The split system heating and cooling makes it easy to keep all rooms and levels at comfortable temperatures. Garage parking for one car. Highly recommended.

Nice clean place. Would have preferred to have more televisions (only one) and HDMI hook ups for families with gaming systems. Bedrooms did not have dressers, only small cubbies. Not terrible for our stay (2 nights) but would have been convenient for a longer term stay. The backyard has Adirondack chairs but no fire pit. It was not advertised however would be a nice addition since they face the sunset. Overall a good place, just some mild tweaks would command a higher rating.

We stayed here for two nights while visiting family in the area. It was a beautiful home with beautiful scenery. The bed was the most comfortable thing I've ever slept in. It was a short walk to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. Loved it.

Nice house with a location far enough away from the strip where it’s quiet at night but not unbearable to walk where you want to be! Just enough parking to cover our small crew! Good bang for the buck splitting it with friends/family for a stay-away!

My husband booked this airbnb for our wedding weekend and it was STUNNING! The home was so clean and Sean was kind enough to work with us for an early check in after a long night of traveling. This three story home was picturesque and the neighbors were wonderful. Each bedroom had its own bathroom which was SO NICE for all of the couples staying with us. We couldn’t have asked for a better wedding weekend and this house was the cherry on top for our vacation!

Really nice views of the marsh and could see the sunset from the small balcony. We liked the layout with the common space on the second floor, so you could see the view while hanging out. Clean and well organized.

Very clean home located in a nice neighborhood. Nice area to walk and close to everything. I visited during November so not a lot open at Hampton Beach but was close and nice to walk on the beach. Location is only about 20 mins to Kittery Maine and to Portsmouth NH. Well stocked kitchen. Easy to control the heat. Sean was easy to work with. I highly recommend this home!!

This house was perfect for a one night girls trip. Comfortable, beautiful location, fabulous kitchen with everything you need to cook, plenty of room, exactly as described.

Everything about our stay was perfect, from the house being exactly as described to the close proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The house is beautiful and met all of our party of 6 needs. Sean is a great host and we’re grateful for him providing such a great place for us to enjoy Hampton and the surrounding towns!

This property was modern, pristine yet homey and comfortable. Sean was extremely responsive, helpful and friendly. It was the perfect location - a five to seven minute walk to the beach and attractions yet private and peaceful at night. I highly recommend this property.

It was exactly what we were looking for, a nice walk to spend the day at the beach and the evening at the the boardwalk for dinner (walk may be a little far for small children). The house was perfect for family time, but bedrooms were far enough away if you wanted a quiet space. We had a wonderful time spending time together.

Toutes les pièces confortables et bien équipées ( cuisine, salle de bain, chambre, garage, chaise de plage et parasol, ect.) La vue est incroyable avec les couchers de soleil. La location est idéale pour marcher à la plage ou y aller en voiture déposer les choses de plage et la famille et revenir stationner à la maison. Assez près de l’action du Board walk mais retirée pour la tranquillité. Les hôtes sont très proactifs tout au long du séjour. Le seul point négatif est de devoir quitter la maison. Située à 1heure de Boston pour poursuivre notre voyage. Merci de l’accueil!

Sean’s house was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished with a modern touch. It was close enough to the beach to walk but far enough away to avoid the craziness of the strip. Conveniently located to get in and out of Hampton Beach, which can be difficult in certain areas. Parking for three cars is rare in the area and very convenient. The sunset over the marsh was my favorite part, from the balcony or the chairs in the back yard. Very relaxing stay. He promptly responded both times I had questions. I would definitely stay there again.

Great location & peaceful setting. Since we were there for high energy events, this was a nice escape at the end of the day. Only a couple of hiccups on getting codes but easy to resolve quickly since we did have a # to call. I recommend this home. We would stay there again.

The thing that stood out the most was the place was incredibly clean. The layout was very good and the kitchen is well supplied with glassware, utensils, pots, pans, etc. It's on a dead end street so it's quiet. It's an easy walk to the beach, dining, etc. We had to reach out to Sean on a minor issue and he responded promptly, and the issue was resolved. The one thing to be aware of is if you rent with a larger group the living room area is small with limited seating, four adults work but more than that may be uncomfortable. We'll definitely return next year.

Really special setting and a lovely place to stay and close to "all things Hampton Beach" but far enough away from "the noise" of the Boardwalk. We loved the the comfort of the house and that each bedroom had its own bath which was ideal for our family. The house is well appointed, comfortable and communication was easy. Every question was quickly answered and we felt like this was an idea spot for a family gathering. Would not hesitate to stay here again if/when in Hampton Beach!

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Path Escape-3 story home with garage. The space was perfect for our group of 5, easy off street parking for 2 cars. The location was quiet and close to coffee shops and the boardwalk. The home was well equipped to prepare meals and eat in. We would absolutely stay again!

I loved this place! It felt like home with great amenities, great hosting, and great communication. AND all so clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood with adorable four-legged friends passing by for morning walks with their friendly owners. Very peaceful and resting. Would definitely come back again!

The house was everything and more than advertised. Super clean, very comfortable. Sean is a very accommodating host, easily reachable if anything is needed, but nothing in our stay was needed or lacking (except for lousy weather the last day of our stay, but I'm pretty sure Sean had nothing to do with that) . Definitely would recommend a stay at this rental!
