What a wonderful place. A great combination of comfort and fun. The game room was a big hit, as well as the bedrooms and deck outside. Our family had a great time thanks to this wonderful place to stay.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Great place great location
Sean was our point of contact from the beginning (when we requested an exception to the normal policy), right through to check-out. Always polite, quick to respond and patient with questions we had that others might have thought to be "silly". The photos shown in the listing were true to life. It was a special "Little Girls Getaway" and the place could not have been more perfect for what we needed. The activities inside the unit, plus the ones brought from home, kept everyone busy and happy. Not always an easy thing to do when the ages ranged from 13 down to 5! Since our stay was pre-Memorial Day there wasn't a lot of souvenir shops open and the boardwalk was also closed. We expected that and it didn't slow us down a bit. The waves at the beach and our walks in the sand were all we needed to give us some outdoor time. Sean made the check-in extremely easy. The place was very clean and it was a perfect place for our family to spend a long weekend. The kitchen is well equipped. Bedrooms were a good size especially the master bedroom. And the bathrooms were very nice. We will look to stay there again the next time we are in the Hampton area!
