Great location to enjoy downtown Hampton. We didn’t need to use our cars at all this weekend, the parking is in a covered garage so you’re safe from the street traffic day and night. Easily walkable to the beach and has a beautiful sunset from the deck each night. Very spacious for a larger group and very clean. Truly recommend if you’re looking to be close walking distance from everything

This charming property is a hidden gem in a vibrant area. Its central location made it incredibly easy to find and explore. The space was beautifully decorated and offered the perfect balance of comfort and coziness. Our kids were thrilled with the pool table and their own private bedrooms. I highly recommend this place, especially for families traveling with young children.

Premier séjour à Hampton Beach et nous avons adoré l'endroit. Les plages étaient très propres et il y avait des salles de bain près de la plage. Concernant le condo, il était très bien situé et facile d'accès à tout autour. Nous avons été manger au restaurant Goat qui est à 1 minute à pieds et ça été un gros coup de coeur pour nous 4, en plus d'être à prix abordable, c'était excellent ! Mes ados ont adoré la salle de jeu du condo, on a pu profiter pour jouer au pool avec eux et nous avions tous et chacun notre coin pour être tranquille au besoin. Le condo était très propre plein de commodité. La seule chose que j'ai moins aimé par contre, c'est le lit de la chambre des maîtres qui n'était pas confortable du tout. Je recommanderai le condo et j'y retournerai sans doute !

The rental was as advertised and met our expectations. The size was perfect for our group of six. The location provides convenient access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay!

Our host, Sean, was very responsive and helpful in every communication we had with him. The place was easy to find and clear instructions were left to gain access. The unit had a well stocked kitchen and an appropriate number of paper goods to get us through our stay. The unit made us feel at home. The game room was a special bonus for when we wanted to stay in and spend time together. Another plus was having a washer and dryer in the unit. Easy walk to the beach and all the local restaurants and attractions. We would highly recommend this place. Thanks for a great stay!

What a fabulous week in Hampton Beach, even with the April weather! Really a great place to spread out and keep the teens AND adults entertained 😌 Sean was an amazing host and super responsive to questions and requests. Changed the water filter on the fridge, setup flowers for my daughter’s birthday! We will definitely be back here but next time in the summer!😁

We celebrated my mother's 73rd birthday and were so impressed with this condo. This condo was minutes from the beach, every amenity you could possible need and very spacious. The upstairs game room was a blast, my family loved it!! Highly recommend this condo!!

Our stay was everything I was hoping for in an Airbnb booking. Sean was extremely responsive and answered any questions that I had the place was immaculate and right next to everything we wanted to do it was walking distance of casinos, Hampton Beach club casino where we went to a show. Awesome place to stay, very close to the beach and many great restaurants, bars, and delicious seafood. The hosts always responded quickly and were very helpful with any questions I had! My party had a great time and will be looking foreward to booking again in the future. :)

BEWARE!!!!! I booked a stay for my family, two weeks before asked to cancel due to family death got refused. Had to make changes I had my father with dementia and my 6 yr old autistic son. When we arrived I was checking in my husband was to be watching my 70 yr old father with dementia… well after a 4 hr drive he snuck away we couldn’t find him come to find out due to video tape he walked behind a building to pee so he didn’t pee his pants. Then also it said no smoking we vaped outside on balcony and got in trouble once said we would not do it again, I believe they were after us the minute the lady found my sick father peeing and she was rude! Then the facility told us they had a grill they indeed did not , so I bought a table top charcoal grill to cook my chicken never was lit but was told we had 12 foot flames …. Comical instead of contacting me they changed the code to our condo so we could not enter leaving my father with dementia alone in the house … finally made us leave at 9pm

WE HAVE STAYED AT 128 ASHWORTH A FEW TIMES BEFORE AND WILL ONLY GO BACK THERE. IT ISCLEAN CONVIENENT AND ROOMY FEELS JUST LIKE HOME.

We were able to check in earlier than expected and the cleaners had just left so it was sparkling clean. There was plenty of towels for everyone and the beds freshly made. Plenty of dishes, glasses, pots, pans ,etc. the fridge was spotless and the ice maker works in the freezer. The code to get in the building was easy to use and our parking spots easy to find. The beach is a short walk and there are plenty of great places to eat right near by. Wally’s has the best food! There is a good pizza place next door too. I’ve stayed in this complex before which is newer and clean. The outdoor deck is private and nice to sit outside to smell the fresh salty ocean air.

We’ve been staying at Sean’s condo for a few years now and we absolutely love the space and location! It’s become a tradition for our family that we look forward to every year.

Sean’s place was easy to get to. It is centrally located and within walking distance to many restaurants and attractions. We stayed at Sean’s for the sand sculpting contest. The weather was gorgeous the first two days but rained on the third day, but we were able to find things to do. The rental is a short drive to Kittery, Maine. It was very neat, clean, tastefully decorated and very quiet. We would stay here again and would recommend it.

Great Stay - everything we needed and more. The location is walkable to the beach, local taverns and shops. The condo itself had everything you could possible want, from morning coffee supplies to beach chairs. The layout of the condo was roomy and could accommodate multiple ages. The first floor had an open living area, 1 1/2 baths, and a master bedroom. The second floor had two small bedrooms, full bath and a bonus family room with tv and walk out sun deck. I look forward to returning with my grands for some summer time adventures!

The room was more than expected. I have stayed at other rooms where the pictures were accurate for the room, but the overall accommodations were less than desirable. Sean was a pleasure to work with and allowed us to check in early on short notice. I will most definitely book this room again if available.

The place was very clean, bigger than expected, and quiet. It’s located just a block from the beach and is close to major roads so you can easily hop on the interstate. We had some issues with our check in but Sean responded very quickly to help us figure it out!

If you are looking for a spacious and super convenient place to stay in Hampton - this is a superb option. It is literally within walking distance of all the restaurants, bars, beach, etc. The space is clean, comfortable and has 3 of the most comfortable beds I've seen at any Airbnb. Additionally, the hosts are SUPERB at communication - prior to and during the stay. They get an A+++ for that. It was also a nice gesture that the bathrooms had soap and shampoo dispensers - that was a nice touch. Sitting out on the upstairs deck was charming (wish the weather would have allowed for more of this) and the WiFi worked without a hitch. We would definitely recommend this place and stay there again!

Sunny Daze was a great place to stay. It was beautiful and had everything I needed for a great stay. The kitchen came complete with everything you need to cook with and eat with. Dishwasher Icemaker microwave all great things. So very close to all kinds of restaurants stores and the beach is only a 3 minute walk from the Condo. The thing I liked the best is I felt very safe being there. Which is an A+ in anyones book. Thanks Shaun for making my stay so enjoyable 😁

My family was in town for a wedding and we rented 3 places at this same condo, two from Sean. His places were great! Roomy, everything we needed for the week and Sean was a great communicator. We had a small issue with a drain and I let Sean know and he got it fixed right away. Pleasure to stay here and will again!

Love this complex this is our 4th staying in the complex first time in this unit. Nice unit only complaint was no wash clothes and only 1 hand towel per bathroom, and no cookie sheets for oven. Otherwise it was amazing. A side note we have never had an issues at this complex. There used to be can jam and things to do. Now there is nothing and people complain if your kids are playing calmly in the common area. Good thing my youngest is 11. Thanks host family and Sean!

The condo was in the best location for Hampton Beach, a block from the beach (which if you drive to the beach it’s $15 to pay to park) so walking was great. Lots of food places and shops within walking distance. The condo was good, the beds were comfy and we really liked the loft upstairs with the tv.

We enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautiful and fully furnished. Sean was very attentive and responded quickly. We hope to return next year.
