The place is very nice and spacious but it would be nice if the house provided some beach things like chairs or an umbrella. Grill had no utensil to use and one burner didn't work . Location is hard to walk to the beach

The kitchen has the basics for what we needed to make meals. The BBQ had a full tank of propane. The host was very quick and communicative when I had questions.
