We enjoyed our holiday stay at this lovely home. The house was clean, well stocked, comfortable and super close to the beach. The owners welcomed us and our pets while providing amazing and prompt communication. We plan to visit again in the future!

Place was in excellent shape (clean, well furnished) .... the only issue we ran into was the code to access the door the second time we entered the house, but the app quickly gave us access, and then Sean corrected the situation .... we will look to utilize the place again in the future ....thanks

This was a perfect place for our family of five. Even though it was the fall, we had a great time exploring plum island, Parker river wildlife refuge, and Newburyport. The house was exactly as described, very clean, and cozy for our family. Would love to come back in the summer!

Super clean, a great place! The home was well stocked with everything we could possibly need, better than the “starter packs” that you get at many Airbnb’s. If you’d like to cook, the kitchen is well stocked with dishes and anything else you might need. It was an easy walk to the beach and to several shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this place!

Sean's house was perfect for my husband and myself and for our daughter's family. The house was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed cooking together in the well-equiped kitchen, dining, relaxing in the living room and around the gas fire on the front porch. The walks on the huge beach were fun for all, especially my granddaughter. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Sean’s place is beautifully furnished and equipped with everything one needs for comfortable stay. The close proximity to beaches, walking trails and downtown Newburyport was a plus.

Amazing home, so close to the water with a beautiful deck to relax on. I wish I owned the house not just a visitor. The kitchen was completely stocked and the beds were comfy. I highly recommend this house and host to make your stay on Plum Island that much easier and enjoyable.

House was so clean and perfect spot for a girls trip. Showers were very nice. Loved the deck and we had a lovely night hanging out there.

Perfect location right in the heart of Plum Island. Walk to restaurants/bars, convenience stores & most importantly, the beach. Awesome deck to enjoy the weather. House was full of everything you need & decorated wonderfully. Host was extremely responsive. Highly recommend!

Absolutely gorgeous, comfortable and such a great location! So many dog friendly places are not as nice, but this was a blissful, quick getaway for everyone. Can’t wait to book again! Thank you 🙏🏻

Sean was incredibly responsive, his space was clean and he did a great job. Plum Island is beautiful and this spot is so close to the beach entrance. The place was what the listing suggested it would be. We had five guests and we were all comfortable.

Beautiful cottage a few minutes walk from the beach. We were 3 adults and 3 kids, plenty of space. Super comfy beds. The place was very clean and modern, just as listed. Great location and very responsive host. Air con and all the appliances worked well. The only thing I’d note is for light sleepers, the mezz level room didn’t have a curtain / shade as it’s a skylight window above , but not an issue if you bring a face mask or aren’t bothered by light!

We arrived in the evening and had issues entering the house using the electronic lock which we were given a code for that did not work, but Sean was quick to respond and grant us entry. This initial incident caused some anxiety on our end as we were traveling with two small children nearing their bed-time routines. However, once we entered the house, it was as described. Everything was pristine and clean. The house smelled fresh. There was even a bed awaiting our dog’s arrival. This location is at a spot central to many things to do. It is very walkable to the beach and is family centric. This place served us very well and we really enjoyed our accommodations . One thing to note is that the third bedroom (loft) does not have air conditioning, however there are some fans and a skylight hatch which can open to help ventilate and draw up the air conditioned air. The host was very responsive to our inquiries and a pleasure to deal with. We would highly recommend this place.

We had a wonderful stay on Plum Island at Sean’s rental. We had 5 adults, 2 children, and one toddler stay and it felt like the perfect amount of space for us all. The space was clean and well maintained. Every kitchen gadget and utensils you could ask for. The outdoor shower was a great touch and comes in handy after a long day at the beach. The rooms were comfortable and all the linens were freshly cleaned. The location was really what made this place stand out. Only a 4 minute walk to the beach and located next to a pizza and sub shop, a convenience/liquor store, several restaurants, and an ice cream shop! I rated the stay 5 stars, but our one issue was that, for the price, we would expect the rental to have a few beach chairs or a beach wagon. Not a major issue, but I think that would go without saying for a rental by the beach! All in all it was an amazing stay and we would definitely rent this place again!

Amazing find on Plum Island. Great balance of comfortable and well-appointed, with everything we needed. Right in the center of things so we didn't need to drive anywhere, but also quiet at night. Would definitely stay again!
