Great place for a quick stay with my kiddos! Sean was very responsive and eager to answer any questions. I’ll definitely stay again in the future!

The length of stay could’ve been better . Check in AND out was at 4 pm to 10 AM, I think the times should definitely be longer than that . But over all I had the best time and it was beautiful!

Loved the location (really cannot go wrong when the sand is so few steps from your door). The accommodation was clean, well stocked with supplies, and quite comfortable. I’d stay here again.

We had a great stay at Sean’s place. The convenience of being right on the ocean is incomparable and all of the shared spaces were wonderful to use. The AC was great to have and we loved all of the windows. There are doors to all bedrooms, unlike one of the pictures that shows a curtain. Overall, I highly recommend staying here for a beach vacation!

The condo is clean and has everything we need for our weekend getaway. The beach is literally right behind the condo, with full access. There’s one designated parking spot and street parking. The giant couch is a little older but very comfy. The two small bedrooms don’t have AC and fans are provided. Good thing is, it’s cool at night, so we didn’t need AC. Unfortunately our Saturday night was not too pleasant with the neighbors downstairs partying and playing loud music until 12:30am. We messaged our host Sean and he was super responsive and kind. Overall, the place is worth it! Thank you Sean for hosting!

This was a last minute booking on my end- like the day of! Fearful that I wouldn’t be able to know for a while that I got it- didn’t last long because Sean immediately wrote back to tell me all was good. Private access to the beach was all we needed!! Although windy and cold- as someone who already lives near the shore- I’m glad the shore was right in my backyard for this weekend getaway. Sean made my family and I feel important - checking in with me every step of the way which made me feel comfortable checking in with him! Thanks so much for being so accommodating last minute!!

Sean is a very pleasant host who was proactive in making sure we had what we needed for an enjoyable stay. In every interaction with him through messaging he was always ready and waiting to help us with any issue. Highlights for me-the skylights, the ocean view through the front door, and the private access to the beach.

This was a nice little get away from home!

We really enjoyed this one. The location is ideal with a dedicated walkway to the beach. We loved the small beach town vibes with the locally owned shops and diners. The house was comfortable (my wife enjoyed the blankets on the couch) and well stocked (recommend you see what’s in the shelves before you shop for an extended stay). Sean was very proactive in reaching out to make sure we had everything we needed.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the Beachside Cottage! The location was perfect – we were able to step out the door and have our feet in the sand first thing in the morning. Starting our day with a great cup of coffee while watching the sunrise over the ocean was an unforgettable experience. The cottage was cozy, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing beach getaway. We can't wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful seaside retreat.

The rental is so cute and well kept. The access to the beach is amazing. The gated shared area is very big our kids loved playing in the sand right there. It was easy access to the beach. And the views of the sunrise were breathtaking. Plenty of towels and toys for the kids and cozy decor to make you feel right at home.

Had a wonderful stay! Great location to the beach. Parking is tight but you are told that ahead of time. Easy walk to restaurants and such at Salisbury and the beach was wonderful.

This unit is not beachside. It is near the road. You do have the private beach area and deck but that is all shared amenities. Also the grill is a portable camping grill not the bigger ones in the photos. The unit is well laid out and use of space is great. It was very clean. The kitchen is stocked fairly well. And other things like fire wood and propane for the camping grill were there. The area is great and you can walk to almost anything from this location.

We had a wonderful time. The place was great! Easy access to the beach and friendly neighbors. Salisbury Beach never disappoints!!

The condo was easy to find and styled nicely. The proximity to the beach was a major factor in our decision to book it for a girls trip to celebrate my 40th birthday. It’s mid-July in a heatwave with temps in the 90’s, but given the listing said air conditioned, we didn’t anticipate walking into an 89 degree condo. Not kidding. There was a portable air conditioner in the living space that would only be suitable if that space was enclosed, which it’s not. The host was responsive and sent someone out with a window AC and they repositioned fans. It’s a 3 bedroom! Not going to be adequate. Fortunately it was among friends who didn’t mind sleeping with bedroom doors open to allow some relief. The next morning the host delivered another fan (which we had to assemble.) It’s a nice space, but shouldn’t be advertised as air conditioned. Overall location was great with restaurants about a mile away. Ubers weren’t easy to come by so plan accordingly time wise.

It was a cute place Couldn't ask for a better beach spot. And shopping right down the street But it was a bit hot I would say the back bed room,kitchen,bathroom. No air back there what so ever. I have a suggestion about the skylights maybe but blinds on them, woke up at 6-6:30 cause it was so bright and in the front room. One of my friends had to sleep on the couch cause of the heat in the back bedroom, was way to hot and she said the light was very bright in the conman room but it was the only place that it was the coolest. And ty for the extra fan it did help a little in the back bedroom. My other friend was able to get some sleep in there

The house was as described and had everything we needed for a great getaway. The kitchen was well-equipped, the shower was amazing and the washer/dryer was super convenient.

My family and I loved the place! very beautiful. our kids did not want to leave. They enjoyed playing in the private sand yard, super safe, completely fenced, our 1 year old could roam freely without a worry. I particularly loved the Beetlejuice statue in the sand and the private beach access!. If you enjoy the night sky, moon, and stars, this is the place to visit. As well, Sean provided quick and awesome customer service.

My Family had a beautiful experience at this beach house. It was extremely clean and comfortable to stay. Beds were all so comfortable to sleep on as well. I will definitely do it all over again.

It was our first airbnb experience. It was great. Everything from check-in to check-out. Their caring service, clean area, great use of space, 20ft living room ceiling with beautiful and effective fan, I could go on. The whole family had a great time!

This was a perfect place to stay. Exactly what we were looking for….to be able to walk out the door and in literal steps (without needing any shoes) on the beach, hanging by the ocean. The apartment was very clean and spacious for us as a family of 5. It had everything we needed during our stay. The parking was a little tight, but we came knowing this. I never had to contact Sean about anything, but he was extremely proactive in communicating and providing information prior and during that it wasn’t necessary to contact him otherwise. Only downside for us was in comparison to other trips we’ve taken to other places there was not much around in the immediate area, instead would have to drive. But since the weather was good, the apartment and beach access saved the weekend and we didn’t need much else. So again, great place and would recommend to anyone!

Our stay at the beach was fantastic! This was our first time ever staying anywhere as a family that was only a step away from the sand. It was such a beautiful spot and the beach was so beautiful and clean! 💕 This beach home was spotless and all the amenities were brand new. We loved our stay and can’t thank Sean enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The beach right in the backyard was really awesome and it was cute enough inside, but nothing makes up for the horrific smell. It smelled like cat pee. I contacted them right away to let them know and they were responsive but didn’t really offer any solutions other than to apologize and say they thought it was because the rug had just been cleaned and it would go away. It continued to be so bad that we could not be in the TV room or kitchen at all. We had to spend all of our time in the bedroom with the door closed which did not have AC, so it was sort of awful. It was all less than ideal and really frustrating for the price we paid. I thought they might offer some refund at least for the cleaning fee, but nothing. Hopefully they throw that rug out so others don’t have to endure what we did.

Nous connaissons bien la région pour y avoir séjourné une dizaine de fois dans les dernières 20 années. Toujours aussi agréable. Nous avons encore trouvé cette fois-ci tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour notre meilleur séjour à date même si la température n'a pas été clémente. On revient l'an prochain.

We were looking for an overnight for a girls weekend away and this place was perfect ! It was Close to the beach and very comfortable. Sean was very attentive and responsive and I would definitely stay again !

This home was absolutely beautiful and the ocean was right behind the home. Sean was responsive. I wish that they had an extended check out as we wanted to stay at the beach in the morning shower and then leave but that is the only negative that they were not flexible on checkout hours 10 AM is a little too early to check out. We will be definitely booking with this home again in the near future and looking to book the whole home for our whole extended family for a week next year.

Beautiful! Perfect fenced area of beach sand for kids the play and be safe. Walk right down onto the beach which was clean and not over-crowded. Large, shared deck with bins of beach toys, chairs, umbrella. There are owners living in some of the units and they are friendly, even the neighbors were friendly, and they made it clear to us that they watch out for each other. The inside is immaculate and stocked with games and toys. Bedrooms are plenty big enough, spacious bathroom, nice dining area and living room. AC unit kept it cool. No outside noise at night. It's a tough squeeze into the parking space and a high climb up the stairs to the door, but once we were up it brought us closer to the beach which had no stairs down, just sand! Only confusion was with the gas grill - it did not have a propane tank, it was piped and connected to a second grill, and we never figured it out. Overall we felt very safe and comfortable, and you absolutely cannot beat the location!
