We had a fantastic stay. The condo was clean and comfortable. Having a water view and being so close to the beach was awesome. Sean responded immediately to our texts and Sharon, the housekeeper, was very nice and helpful. Would definitely book again.

Basically just shabby. Needs maintenance, a deep clean, nicer amenities (e.g. more towels, ice cube tray, plastic wrap, foil, food storage containers). There was lightbulb missing in the bedroom. Does not include anything useful for going to the beach even though it's beachfront. No dishwasher. Very little counterspace in the kitchen. 5 chairs at the dining table even though it hosts 6 people. We liked that it was a short walk to the beach and the outdoor space / front deck was nice.

Sean’s place worked well for our family! It was so great to be able to walk across the street to the rocks and ocean—so peaceful and serene! It was not super private but had a nice outdoor space. The sofa was a bit worn and the kitchen was sparse, but it did have what we needed and the beds were comfortable! Overall a great place to stay on the seacoast.

I’d confirm that the bathroom floor is updated before booking. The tile was broken and chipping, parts of it were sharp and/or pointy. The rest was mostly as described. Bed was comfy. Some stains on pillow cases, towels, and sheets. It was lovely quiet at night and in the morning. Midday there was a lot of construction and the cleaners use of the space below thw unit was loud. Area is not walkable for small children. No sidewalks.

The kitchen, bathroom, cleanliness, walk to beach, ocean view were all great! But my bed was way too soft and uncomfortable for me (I prefer firm), and the LR couch must be worn out because all the cushions sunk below the frame when I sat down on it. Those are the only reasons I can't give it a 5 star, otherwise it has lots of positive attributes.

Clean and comfortable property presented exactly as it was described. Beautiful grounds and green space that you don’t find a lot of these days. Love the Adirondack chairs looking out at the ocean. Even though the beach is walkable, we had to drive because of the chairs, umbrella, cooler and other stuff we wanted on the beach. We would definitely go there again especially in the fall when prices drop more.

High marks for the condo & location. Terrible experience with host. The key code didn't work so we couldn't get in. I messaged the host but no response. I called and went to a mailbox that was not set up. It was just me and my young children, but luckily it was daytime. A neighbor saw us gave us the number of the actual condo owner, who told me the code for a different lockbox box with an emergency key so we got in. He also had the management company call us. The management company insisted the lockbox was online so had me try the original code over and over again. I asked for someone to fix the lockbox so that we weren't dependent on a single key. Two days later the lockbox was replaced when but still never worked with my code but did with a different code. Then after we left, we got a message asking us to move a car that wasn't ours. The condo was clean though, had good air conditioning, new kitchen supplies. Partial view of the sea. Quiet. 10 minute walk to Wallis Sands.

We needed a place to stay near Portsmouth for a wedding. The space comfortably fits 3 adults and 3 children when utilizing the pull-out sofa for some of the kids. The beach was a short 5-10 minute walk away and we had a beautiful view from the front deck/porch looking out on the ocean. If the weather cooperates, you can get a great view of the sunrise from the rocks across the road in front of the buildings. There is parking behind the building for 2 vehicles. We ran into an issue with someone being parked in one of our spots for the duration of our stay. Fortunately, there was a spare spot we could use and the management group was very responsive to the issue. I would stay here again if I was visiting the area.

Great location, very clean, and the host was responsive when we initially had trouble getting into the unit. The only reason we gave it four stars instead of five was the shower didn’t work well. The water pressure was too low to rinse shampoo. Otherwise it was a very nice unit and enjoyable stay!

Sean's place was beautiful. located with a stunning view of the water. the neighbors were friendly, and short though it was, we had a wonderful stay. We would 100% come stay again.

We stayed while in the area for a work trip and this was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed, was comfortable, and beautiful both inside the apartment and the entire surrounding neighborhood and beach!

I only have good things to say about this rental : clean, beachy vibes, ocean view & close to multiple beautiful beaches. Sean’s instructions were more than clear, it made the process really smooth. I 100% recommand and will definitely come back !

Service and response from host was great. The reason I don’t give a five star is I think they should advertise as 4 person max. It sleeps 6 and the dining table is for 6 but that’s about it. There is only one couch which is a pullout that can sleep two and is worn out. That is the only soft seats. Kitchen is tiny as well with almost no counter space. We only had three adults and two children (3yr and 4mo.) and l was glad we didn’t have more. Overall good experience. Thank you!

the place was clean and as described, ocean view with good outdoor furniture on front deck. deck gets full sun and could use an umbrella there, it got very hot. there was a grill on site that was on what i would call common grass area, also Adirondack chairs out on the lawn but we had no idea if we could use them or not. the kitchen is a small space but has what you need, comfortable beds, clean linens, good AC. the place could use luggage racks, more than one hand towel, some more amenity touches, plug strips, plugs near bedroom mirrors things you need with 4 people and 1 bathroom. the biggest complaint is the couch which is the only "comfortable" place to sit inside, it's a sofa bed and the couch cushions sink into the frame and on top of the sofa bed, some kind of cushion support is needed, very uncomfortable and a couple club chairs would be good 4 people don't want to share one couch or sit on wood kitchen chairs while gathering.

In a beautiful setting with very comfortable living spaces, this unit provided us with a wonderful short vacation. Exploring northward towards Portsmouth, NH and into Maine the location proved perfect. Easy to find with close and safe parking, and other amenities were nice and as described on-line. Before leaving, we explored the immediate surroundings in Rye and fell in love with the casual yet pristine vibe. We were greeted everywhere we went with friendly faces and conversation. We also found the best little coffee and lobster shacks just south of the property. I went on a girls-trip but would love to bring my husband back to this one. Thank you Sean !

Loved how it was as so close to beach , but very pricey for the one night stay. Extra $ for cleaning I was not expecting could not check in until 3 pm and had to be out in cars by 10 am for the cleaning people? Small place could be cleaned in an hour! , the towels were stained. But enjoyed the stay.

Perfect little beach house for our family vacation. loved it!

The space was beautiful and the location and view were fantastic. We had some trouble with the electrical outlets in the kitchen and the shower and while Sean’s team was very responsive it was inconvenient to work around repairmen needing to be there. Also if staying again with more than 4 I would bring my own blankets for the pullout- the ones provided were small to use on a bed. Would consider staying again in the future.

This was a well run space! We stayed for a week with our three year old and one year old. It was a great space for a family with a well equipped kitchen. Sean and the team communicated quickly and effectively. Everything was as described. There were a few days when we didn’t have a car and the kids enjoyed some beautiful walks, but we no doubt recommend having a car.

Nice place, ocean view from the front windows. Very clean. We arrived late and the parking was hard to find in the dark, but Sean responded quickly. He was responsive to our questions in a prompt fashion. Would stay here again.

We had a great time at this location and Sean was an excellent host. Everything was as it appeared in the photos and the house had everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would also add that this whole area in Rye is stunningly beautiful. It’s so close to the beach with other great surf spots and hiking nearby. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This location and place is great. Clean and has everything you need. Location is walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was small but well stocked with everything we needed. The air conditioners were wonderful and easy to use. Communication with the host was easy and responsive. They were very accommodating and helpful. The house guide online was very helpful.

What a great stay at the beach! I cannot say enough about it. The space was extremely clean, had all amenities a family would need for a week’s stay (but do recommend bringing extra bath towels, toilet paper, and paper towels), the view was fantastic, the location was superb for kids wanting a ton of beach time, and my favorite part was the outdoor space which offered awesome views of the Atlantic. Having never been to the coast of New Hampshire I didn’t know what to expect, but both my husband and I rate this stay as one of the top beach stays for our family. My kids cannot wait to come back! Wallis Sands Beach is a perfect beach for kids. We will definitely stay here again!

A peaceful, clean, easy stay with ocean views just a short drive from many activities. My family truly enjoyed being able to sit on the front porch and take in the surrounding beauty of the ocean without some of the distractions that you get in the local coastal towns. A short walk to Wallis Sands Beach, and a little further to Kooks and Petey’s Market just at the South. To the North a nice walk to Odiorne State Park. The host was super helpful in communicating the layout and guidelines for the rental. The neighbors were super friendly and everyone was relaxed. Definitely worth the stay, the memories made were priceless. Will be back next year!

Nice location and nice place.

Booked this as a last minute getaway for my 3 nieces and I. Such a beautiful, clean, quiet location. The neighbors who own their property are extremely friendly. I do think it’s more for adults who just want to getaway and relax, than for families. I was worried my nieces being loud ( teenage girls being girls) would disrupt the other tenants. I will for sure look to come back and stay here again.

Our stay at Unit 6 was terrific. The view of the Atlantic Ocean and of the Isles of Shoals is amazing. The varied boating activity going to and from Portsmouth Harbor a plus. This unit is best suited for 4 but our family of 6 managed very well. Walking to Wallis Sands beach is easy. Also you will be near Odiorne State Park.
