Well organized furniture, comfortable beds and pillows, and very responsive host. Easy check in and check out.

Our stay was great, the place looked exactly as described and was very clean when we got there. Check in instructions were easy! We stayed with 2 young babies and the space was wonderful for what we needed. Walkable to places to eat and very accessible to the beach!

Sean was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

Our family loved staying at this house. Very clean and neat with a nice open kitchen and living room. The location is ideal being so close to the state park but a few streets away from the busy boardwalk for a quieter experience. Another family was staying above us but the sound proofing was great and we never really heard them. The property manager was also great, checking in to make sure we got settled and seeing if there was anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for an idyllic little beach vacation.

This was by far our best Air BnB experience ever. For anyone familiar with Hampton Beach you know that the boardwalk is far from quiet and serene. This house just south of all that-- yet just a few minute's walk if that is what you are looking for. Right on the edge of the more quiet Hampton Beach State Park, we had the best of everything. The host was super responsive as well. I messaged him a couple of times during our stay and he replied very quickly and saw to it that everything ran smoothly during our stay. I felt very well cared for. 10 out of 10 for the entire experience.

We had a wonderful stay at this Hampton Beach home! The house was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to the water. The location is perfect—close to the beach, restaurants, and plenty of things to do. It made for a relaxing yet fun getaway. I would definitely come back and highly recommend it!

Great location, quiet street very close to the beach and short walk to the busy boardwalk. Bedrooms were spacious, comfortable beds, and tv in each bedroom made bedtime for the kids so much smoother. Definitely will visit there again

I was impressed with how very clean our Island Escape was. Every utensil, pot, pan etc. available. I don't usually rent places that also provide trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, etc. ... I left my detergent to pay it forward :) The space / beds were perfect to accommodate my family! Only comment I'd make regarding an upgrade would be to get better mattresses and pillows, but we did sleep fine!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication was easy from the very beginning. Check in was simple and we were able to enjoy our vacation from the moment we unlocked the door. The location was the best part. Easy to get to the beach and restaurants without having to worry about finding parking. We would stay here again!
