Our family had a wonderful stay! We enjoyed relaxing by the campfire, making meals in the beautiful kitchen and plenty of room for the dog to play outside!

Sean’s place was perfect for our 4th of July weekend getaway to New Hampshire! The house was clean, comfy and spacious. The house had a ton of board games/puzzles to keep us busy in our downtime. Sean’s house is a perfect house for any large or small travel parties. The house has everything you need and more. The area is quietly located in a private street for guests only. The house is very drivable to anywhere you’d want to go to in Conway or surrounding areas. The house also came with fully stocked laundry rooms, bathrooms, and kitchens for all our needs. Would be an excellent rental for a couples trip as all all floors of the house of their own bathroom spaces which make for ease of daily needs as there isn’t back ups in showers and other bathrooms needs. Would definitely return in the future if looking for an area here again.

Sean’s place was in a nice and quiet location and looked just like the pictures! There was plenty of space for my group of six and great communication throughout our stay.

A group of us stayed at this BEAUTIFUL place. Checking in and out was very simple. The house was clean and nicely decorated. There was plenty of space for all of. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, and they were very helpful and welcoming throughout my stay. Was looking for a getaway for our two families in the Conway / North Conway area. We had some specific needs. A hot tub, a firepit, lots of sleeping space, a nice kitchen/living room area, and a place that felt like a getaway in the woods. Mitten Pines Cabin NAILED it. Couldn't have asked for a better fit. We thoroughly enjoyed the house and had a very relaxing time. There was a nice deck we enjoyed as well. Highly recommend! Very responsive hosts and everything was easy breezy.

We had a great time at Sean’s house. The house was beautiful and comfortable. There were 9 of us and we never once felt crowded. The kitchen had everything that we needed to make an Easter dinner and the kids enjoyed playing outside and having the basement play room as their space. The surroundings are beautiful and peaceful. Sean was friendly and responsive! We would stay here again for sure!

Sean was an Awesome Host, very fast response, we loved the place, very clean, very spacious, iur favorite part, The jacuzzi, the beds were very comfortable, you could tell the mattresses were very new, we definitely loved the place.

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in diesem Haus! Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich! Das Haus war mit sehr schönen Familienspielen ausgestattet und der Spa im Garten war entspannend.

This was in a very convenient location but away from the traffic through Conway. It was fairly private and incredibly clean. We really enjoyed the kitchen and the great room as we were able to get cozy on one of the rainy days there. We had a tiny issue with the smoke alarm and dishwasher but neither really affected our stay and Sean was able to provide recommendations on how to deal with the issues. Was nicely decorated and again, so, so clean.

Enjoyed a long weekend to see the foliage and go to Diana’s baths and storyland. The house was perfect for us and had plenty of space for two families with our young kids. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the hot tub which was hot and ready to go when we got there. We also really enjoyed the fire pit. The beds were so comfortable that my husband missed it when we were back home. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The Summit rental team was extremely communicative and quick at responding. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. We loved the outdoor area as well as the kitchen and game room. If you needed anything, the Summit team was there to help. Definitely will be recommending friends and will be coming back with the family!

Sean’s place is about 17 mins from downtown North Conway slightly away from the hustle and bustle. It’s located on a very private cul-de-sac with a beautiful back yard. We found the house very updated and roomy for 3 adult couples. Loved the ceiling fans in each bedroom. Also loved the comfy throws in the living room. We took advantage of the kitchen and outdoor grill to cook up a few meals. The outdoor area was beautiful with a big fire pit and hot tub. We also brought corn hole boards to enjoy. I would highly recommend staying there and we can’t wait to visit again.
