Great house for a large gathering and beautiful sunrises. Location is centrally located for NH and ME and easy access in/out. Sean was very responsive and checked on us to ensure things up to our standards.

My family has been vacationing at Hampton for decades and this house definitely was ideally located for our preferences. We especially enjoyed the tremendous view

A perfect place for a big group outing. Easy access to the less populated side of beach. Amazing third floor deck and little outdoor section. Got some beautiful views too !

The space as great, nice and clean and roomy. Close enough to walk everywhere but far enough away from the loud nightlife some of the bars can have. It was private and peaceful. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Fantastic spot, great host! Clean house with many beds. Beautiful area, wonderful restaurants, hopping bars and tons of great beaches with huge waves. You can walk to many different things, including the casino/concert venue. Nothing to do with the host, but we were all shocked: Make sure you lock your car and the house, we witnessed a sketchy guy going from car to car yanking on handles trying to get in. Thank you Sean

This place was better than the listing. It was stocked much better than we planned—many listings make promises they don't deliver; this one overdelivered on stuff like soap, paper towels, plastic bags, CLEAN dishes and cooking implements—the location was great because the beach is accessible in several ways and it's close to a couple of great breakfast/lunch places and a small convenience store), it has two full AND two half baths, a/c everywhere, and it was very clean and neat. The kitchen/living area is bright, cheerful, and VERY pleasant, the bedrooms are good size, the bathrooms are well appointed and very roomy, all of the interior is new—this place has NONE of the old, crummy, dirty areas that you sadly discover in so many Airbnbs—and even the outside is pleasant. Honestly, this place was a RELIEF. Many Airbnbs do not live up to their listings; this one exceeded it. Sean responded to every question within 5 minutes. Not cheap, thus 4 stars on "value," but I've not found better.

Absolutely perfect house.

We have been coming to this area every summer for years as a friend group and this was our favorite place to rent so far. It is very private, spacious, clean, and fit all 8 of us perfectly. The view from the deck is beautiful! It is very walkable to the Hampton boardwalk, beach, and restaurants! Sean was an excellent host; he communicated kindly and promptly. We hope to return next summer.

Beautiful home , everything you need! Spacious, open concept. Kitchen/ living room area was perfect for the everyone. Great view of the beach from the deck. Plenty of off street parking. Definitely will be returning.

Great location

This house is newly renovated, right by the beach (literally one minute walk) with a spectacular ocean view from the Balcony. Sean the host was quick to respond and was very helpful. It is fully stocked with everything you need. It was great that we could bring our dog with us. Location is great and you are near many beautiful towns (Rye, Portsmouth, Kittery, Newburyport, Exeter and more). I would highly recommend this house.

The listing is very accurate. We would rent it again for a family stay. The upstairs kitchen living area is especially nice because it has a lot of seating and views. We appreciated that it was stocked with coffee, and the towels were fluffy. It was a bit hard to find for late night arriving guests, but they figured it out. Nice to have parking for 4 vehicles - rare at the beach, although it took some planning and rearranging since they are parked one behind the other. Location is great for getting to Salisbury and Newburyport as well as Hampton and Maine. Lots to do within a half hour. Check out requirements were minimal which is always appreciated.

Great place with a 5 min walk to the beach and ocean views. Brought the kids off-season and we all had a wonderful time. Sean was so responsive; communication was excellent!

We really enjoyed this home! We had access to the whole house, which was fantastic. The home had enough space to spread out when needed, but also had plenty of room and seating on the upstairs level in the living room/kitchen area for us all to gather and hang out. I also really appreciated the variety in bed sizes throughout the bedrooms. Perfect for families with kids. The location was so close to the beach, which was lovely and clean. We were there pre-season, so there was a lot on "the strip" that wasn't consistently open yet, but I can imagine it would be awesome once things warm up! Sean was always super responsive and accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay! The place was clean and matched the description. The host was responsive and check-in was smooth. Was a short stop. Would recommend for summer!

The place was just as described. Tucked away off the main drag of Hampton, was quiet and peaceful. The weather wasn't the kindest, but the view was still wonderful. The water pressure was good and the water temperature stayed consistent through many teenage showers! The beds were a little stiff but clean and cozy enough! There are A LOT of stairs in the house, so older couples might not be ideal or families with very young children. Spread across 3 floors so it's nice having teenagers to spread out and enjoy some peace! Sean was very communicative and responsive. I would definitely stay here again and might in the future!

Amazing house, with spectacular views and convenient location.

The place was exactly what I was looking for. Sean’s Hospitality was number one, he made me feel so comfortable even before checking in. The place was so quiet and made me feel like I was home. We got a snow storm and the view towards the ocean was amazing and we got to see thunderstorms going into the water while it was snowing. It was beautiful to see, we cooked allot in and we had everything we needed. We ordered once from Browns and it was delicious. The house was fully stock and my family enjoyed it. These place is good for a family or for friends getting together. I look forward renting this place again or finding another listing with Sean being our Host.
