We booked our stay very last minute and I was pleasantly surprised when I got an immediate response confirming our stay. Within hours we received the checking instructions. After our arrival, we received a questionnaire asking if everything was fine. Before check out we were sent a list of things to do prior to check out. Very pleasant experience all in all. Close to the beach and except for the fact that it was off season there would have been a lot to do in the area. As it was it was off season and there was very little for us to do but within walking distance was enough to keep us very content. It was close to all the towns we wanted to go and visit and was a good resting place for us. I would stay there again.

Chris was an amazing host during our stay! He very quick to respond to any questions we had and was very welcoming. We really loved staying here and the close proximity to the beach as well as other places to eat/drink and local shops. I would love to stay here again in the future!

We enjoyed our time at this cozy beach bungalow just a few blocks from the beach. It was perfect for the family on some hot summer days.

The place had a noticeable smell of smoke, which made it uncomfortable. Both my friend and I developed sore throats during our stay. The soundproofing was poor so that we hear each other's footstep, and the bed sheets didn’t seem very clean. The space is also smaller than we expected from the photos, and it is too crowded to host more than 1 person per room. Unfortunately, these issues affected the quality of our stay.

Great location close to the beach. Fun decor. Chris is both proactive and responsive. We really enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Chris' bungalow. It was just as described and clean! The kitchen is well stocked save for condiments ie salt, pepper etc. So plan to bring those type of items if you are cooking in. Chris was VERY responsive to our messages, even when we couldn't find the tv remote, offering several solutions. All in all we had a great stay and would certainly return.

It’s a nice place for just walking to the beach and back but as far as having to stay for at least 3 days it’s not the place for a family of six but overall Chris was a great host thanks a bunch

This town is so quiet and beautiful. Perfect distance from surrounding bigger towns, including Boston, Salem, and Portland. Locals are amazing, and there were plenty of local establishments to eat/hang out at. Cleanest bnb I’ve EVER stayed in. A little on the small side, but perfect and homey if you’re just hanging around at night. My whole group was raving about the airbnb, town, atmosphere, etc. HIGHLY recommend!!

It’s such a cute house near the water! Fit a group of 6 comfortably, no complaints. Chris was amazing and very responsive!

We had a great time! Definitely wish the mini splits covered more of the house, the back 2 rooms get pretty hot. Great location from the beach and boardwalk. Hosts are very responsive!

The porch area was really nice! The solar lights didn’t work, but loved the atmosphere!

The house was very clean, comfortable, and child-friendly. Chris definitely puts a lot of effort into the home and making it a comfortable and enjoyable spot. The porch is awesome and has an excellent retractable mesh gate to keep young kids away from the sidewalk/street… can’t emphasize enough how much I loved this and how much easier it made everything.

Chris’ place was beautiful. Our biggest complaint was they only had 1 mini split for the whole house it was extremely hot in the bedrooms. They provided 2 fans and one was broken. They definitely should let people know there is basically no AC because how hot it was in each bedroom. If we knew, we would have brought a window AC or fans for the bedrooms. They told us to speak with the guests behind us about parking which was super incinvenient if we didn’t see them someone would have been trapped. Otherwise the house was nice

Great house walking distance to Hampton Beach with central AC and fantastic front porch. Comfy, clean beds and ample kitchen amenities. Would highly recommend.

We didn't want to leave Monday morning. Considering looking for a place on the seacoast due to our great experience. Chris has really thought about everything. Alot of work has been put in to make his guest stay perfect.

Chris’s place was great for my 8 coworkers and I. We had a relaxing beach day and game day cooking both nights which allowed us to use the houses fantastic kitchen. Chris was responsive and checked in to make sure that all was well.

I've booked through Seacoast Rentals before. It seems their places have all the nicest touches for an ABNB. Everything was super clean and updated. The kitchen was fully stocked with a great Keuring Coffee bar. This place was a short walk to the beach which was nice. I had to call because of the heating app for the Mitusbishi heating element and they got right back to me and fixed it. I definitely would stay again at any of Seacoast Rental Properties.

This place is great! Comfortably accommodated our group of five. Easy check-in/check-out, extremely close to the beach, clean and well-appointed, and parking provided! Chris was extremely responsive and helped us at every step; the house manual he provides was also extremely helpful and gave us all the information we needed. Would definitely stay again.

My 7 friends and I rented the cottage for a friends birthday. The stay was amazing, and Chris made everything from check in to check out and everything in between super easy. We would 100% stay again and highly recommend for any group to stay at this cottage.

Chris was completely on top of communication and a minor hiccup he handled so well it pretty much disappeared. The house was clean and exactly what was advertised. Our family had an exceptional time, made memories and relaxed together.

Nice beach cottage walking distance to beautiful Hampton beach. Only downside we encountered was there are two cottages pretty much on top of each other on the property. The other one was rented at the same time as us. There is an off street parking spot for each cottage, however, they are blocking each other in so you need to coordinate with the other renters to move vehicles which is a hassle. Otherwise great place to stay.

Great place, quick convenient walk to the beach, shops and boardwalk. 7-10 min drive to nearest grocery store! I would definitely stay here again

Very lovely cottage. Everything went smoothly from getting in to leaving. Chris was very responsive to the couple of questions I had. He responded within minutes. The place was very clean and had very comfortable beds. The beautiful beach and strip were a very short walk from the cottage. I would definitely recommend this cottage and plan to book again for next summer!

Loved this little cottage! Cute kitchen, amazing location near the beach, extremely comfortable with AC/Heat. Couldn't find the wifi that was listed but the host promptly helped us get on a wifi network that was available. Place had everything we needed for a nice weekend stay near the beach.

Nice place that is very walkable to the beach, especially with the wagon provided. Also, great view of the Wednesday night fireworks from the front porch. The shared driveway was a pain for me. In my opinion it would be easier to assign the driveway to one residence and extra parking to the other residence rather than sharing or working out an arrangement when you get there. The mini split also seemed undersized. It could easily cool the living room but other areas of the house were warm. It was under 80 outside while I was there. There were also technical problems when my PIN code stopped working. Lucky it happened when I was there and was able to get in contact with someone to help get me in the residence quickly.

Chris was very responsive! We fit more then comfortable with 5 of us staying there! The front porch was great for relaxing outside. Lots of living room space for everyone to sit! The kitchen was full of everything you would need! Would stay here again and highly recommend!

We had the best time staying here! Chris was super responsive and helpful and the cottage was beyond perfect for our weekend getaway. Steps away from the beach and the Hampton strip with so much to do all within walking distance. The house had all the amenities we could ask for and a super thorough house manual with all the information we could need to help us with our stay and the cottage. We will definitely be looking to stay here again and maybe even rent the back cottage as well to fit the whole family!! Thanks for being an outstanding host Chris. It was a 5 star experience all around from check in to check out!!!

This spot is small but so well designed— 3 beds and a full kitchen, super comfy couch and flat screen, great shower and all the things I needed to cook for me and my 2 kids— even the grill was working for my much loved steak teriyaki, so much better on the grill. 5 min walk to beach and boardwalk, sand sculpture and fireworks and deep fried Oreos. Perfect place to land after a family funeral— 20 minutes from Water Country, yummy walk in restaurants, just a great sweet respite. Book it! And fair warning it’s not super private as it’s surrounded by sweet little beach houses in a sea of little houses. But the front porch felt like space enough to see the fireworks and eat our breakfasts. And the water calls— we made 3 of our 4 full days, and the 4th we went to water country!

The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and to the strip for shopping and food. The home was cozy and had all that we needed for our stay. Including: dishes, utensils, plenty of linens and much more. Overall we had a great stay and loved our trip!

Beautiful space, great amount of room, very close to the beach. Everything is within a 20 minute walk or less than 5 minute drive. Chris was very responsive, and this is definitely a place we’d love to travel to again.

We felt very comfortable, cozy on Chris cottage and enjoyed that it was walking distance to the beach. The cottage had all that we needed for our stay and we plan to go back sometime soon to keep exploring the beautiful NH area. Chris is extremely efficient on his directions, instructions and prompt replies, all was quite simplified so we didn’t feel overwhelmed.
