This is 1 of 2 units on property (the other rental unit located on the 2nd & 3rd levels), with a fun shared common back yard area.

IMPORTANT: Beach chairs and beach towels are not provided. No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding... No washer/dryer in the unit. The closest laundromat is Laundry Express (183 North End Blvd, Salisbury, MA) 0.4 miles away. A $100 fee per pet applies and will be charged through our software after the booking is confirmed. We provide a starter supply of essentials (shampoo, body soap, hand soap, paper towels, and toilet paper), coffee, sugar, and creamer to help you settle in. These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.

CLEANING: Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
