Very clean. I suggest bringing your own heater if you stay in the colder months. They have one wall heater to heat the entire place and at one point it went out and we didn’t get a response for over 12 hours. It was 38 degrees outside so we had to purchase 2 space heaters costing us $150. When people stay above you, it can get very noisy but overall we liked our stay.

Sean was amazing. Gave clear instructions and was super responsive whenever I had a question. The place is just like the description and pictures provided. It is also close to the beach. It was only a 2min walk. My friends and I came to visit Salem which wasn’t a far drive only 45minutes from the house. I would definitely stay again and recommend this spot!

Great place super cute has everything you could need great location you can see the fireworks from the front of the home!! And walking distance to Salisbury center and short drive to Hampton as well as supermarket etc

My family stayed here for 5 nights. We had 4 adults, a newborn, a toddler, and a French bulldog. The host (Sean) was easy to communicate with and very friendly. The photos of the home are accurate. The neighborhood was quiet, and full of friendly people. The house is only a short walk from the beach and restaurants. Hampton beach is less than a 10 minute drive. All in all, we had a great time, and we'd definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed how close to the beach this apt was and that it was a 1st floor unit. The back hammock swings and sitting area were a nice touch and bonus space to hang out. Great to have two parking spots and short walking distance to the beach and Salisbury Beach Pavilion and the carousel which our grandchild loved. The bonus was the surprise of fireworks on Saturday night that we watched from our front porch. And the apt’s fun fresh decor added to the experience. We would love to come back!

We feel so blessed to have found Sean's home to rent. It is beautiful and so close to the beach! The area is quiet, and the neighbors are very friendly. The home has everything you could possibly think of! The Decor throughout the home is awesome! This place sure is a Gem and we are so thankful to have had the opportunity to stay here. Sean reached out and was very communicative and professional. We hope to return again real soon! Thank you so much Sean!!

This was a new listing/ new renovation and it did not disappoint! It was spacious and the decor was amazing with a surfing theme, plenty of room and all the amenities you can think of including a an area out front with a picnic table and a fire pit around back with chairs and hammocks and grills. Everything a family could want or need and you are across the street from the beach. If you are able to stay at this Airbnb I highly recommend it, it did not disappoint!
