First of all, I need to say I apologize about not filling in the details when I gave five stars as there were so many wonderful qualities about being here. The house is beautiful. Sean was very responsive to messages. The beach is a beach. I grew up on and is my heart We have already reached out to book for next year. It’s clear they take very good care of their home and it’s so welcoming. If you have kids, they have provided things like a basketball courts closed in backyard with a lacrosse net… The master bathroom is beautiful the deck is amazing. The other amazing feature to me was the ability to bring my dog. It didn’t work out for us this time, but to have the ability to do that I am beyond grateful for. To be with my kids and grandkids in this beautiful home on a beach we all walked on including my parents is such a gift. Thank you Sean.

We had such high hopes for this rental. We thought it would be our go-to spot every summer, especially with its perfect proximity to the beach and ideal size. Unfortunately, there were too many issues for us to consider a return visit. When we arrived, the fridge had not been wiped out and had a strong, unpleasant odor. We also found stains on the bed linens. More than half of the lights in the house didn't work. While the house has great potential, it isn't cared for well enough to justify the price.

We had a great time with family on the beach where my parents grew up and where we used to live (just down the street).

Thanks again for hosting us! We really enjoyed our stay overall — the location was fantastic, especially being so close to the beach. The open kitchen and patio area made for a nice space to relax, and we appreciated how clean everything was when we arrived. That said, there were a few things that made the experience a bit less smooth — the grass in the backyard was quite overgrown, some of the patio furniture was in rough shape, a few of the lights didn’t work, and the gate required some jiggling to close properly. These weren’t dealbreakers, but they did stand out during our stay. Thanks again, and all the best!

Beautiful beach house, would definitely stay there again

Aside from a couple of minor things (ceiling lights flickering in kitchen and dining room and the patio furniture in kind of rough condition), the property was exactly as advertised. The host was friendly, responsive, and provided clear instructions. Was a great experience.

7 Lowell Street is a magnificent rental in the heart of beach living in Seabrook. Literally 75 steps to the beach boardwalk path in a lovely beach community. Well appointed, clean, as described, plenty of parking and so many great gathering spots inside and out. This house easily accommodates a crowd without feeling crowded. Sean was immediately responsive to a few minor questions I had. He also checked in with me on day one to make sure I had what I needed. We loved the tee-pee in the children’s room and the children’s books. A tiny detail but notable… the cleaning staff folded every toilet paper roll into a sailboat! We loved our stay and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to stay in the area.

Sandy Toes was exactly as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend getaway with family. It is extremely close to the beach and just a short drive to good restaurants, shops and exploring. Sean was a fantastic communicator and would respond within minutes of me asking a question. The house was clean, well appointed, and everyone had space to spread out. We were able to bring our pup and she loved her private entrance from the master bedroom to the backyard. A great house all around and we are already talking about returning.

We had a very comfortable stay in Seabrook. The house was well appointed and just steps from the beach (our 4 kids all dunked on March 16th!) Host was very responsive and helpful.

We had a fantastic time at Sean's place! The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The jetted tub in the master bath was a huge plus! Sean was very responsive and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We could see the ocean from the deck and enjoyed the sunrise each morning, as well as leisurely walks on the beach. There was a small market just a few minutes away where we were able to pick up some essentials, and we had a fabulous seafood dinner down the road at Markey's Lobster Pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Great getaway with the family and a short walk to the beach! The radiant floor heat in the bathroom was a nice plus in the winter.

We absolutely loved staying at Sean’s house in Seabrook! The location was amazing! The neighborhood is very walkable. It really is just steps from the beach! The house is full of cute personal touches and the kitchen was huge! This house really worked well for us because we got a little snowed in and we were able to cook meals and watch the snow from the panoramic windows. The bathrooms were extremely clean. The beds were comfy and linens were provided. Everything we needed for the weekend was provided. There were games and books tucked away everywhere and even a foosball table. The house has a fenced in backyard which was really great because we brought our dog with us. This house is a great deal in a great location. We would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach and the second story decks around the house. Sean was very responsive and checked in with us several times during our stay and immediately answered any questions we had. We highly recommend staying here.

We loved our stay, it was perfect for our large family. Everyone slept great and had fun playing basketball and soccer on the property. We also played alot of games they had there. Foosball was a favorite! We will definitely be coming back! Thanl you!!

Great place for a girls weekend on the beach

We enjoyed our stay. It was very close to the beach access path and local restaurants and activities. The house was very clean and matched the description. The upstairs was our favorite part with 360 views.

Sean was responsive from beginning to end! My questions was answered in a timely manner. The house was beautiful and spacious- had a lot of amenities to offer- great for newborns to adult stay. Washer/ Dryer/ outdoor shower was a plus when traveling with kids! Beach was walking distance- 5 min walk. Neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We had a great time. I will be back!

We had booked another property in Seabrook who cancelled on us in April. We were lucky enough to find this house with availability for the week we had booked. We stayed here for a full week and it was beautiful! The house was super clean and had all the amenities you need for the week. The entrance to the beach is practically at the doorstep. You can hear the waves crashing with all the doors open. Central air, outdoor shower, laundry all helpful for our stay. There was a wagon to use for the beach along with beach towels and chairs if needed. The beds were a little firm for my liking but we still all slept well. My daughter loved the jacuzzi tub and all the chandeliers throughout the entire house. There is a grill but be sure to bring some charcoal for it. We kept calling it the backwards house as the kitchen was upstairs and bedrooms downstairs. Beautiful spot can’t go wrong!

A gorgeous house just steps from a beautiful and peaceful beach. The house was clean, new and had a very luxurious feel to it. It’s tucked away from all the hustle and bustle, but also just quick drive away from it all if that’s what you’re looking for. We loved mornings on the deck, days on the beach and evenings in the back yard. We will definitely be back and highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay with family at this home over the July 4th holiday. The house was clean and spacious and a short walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped for meal preparation. Sean was very responsive to any concerns that we had.

Location= 5 Stars. literally > 3 min walk to gorgeous, (almost) private beach. House= Perfect for a long-weekend getaway w/ friends. As Pictured= 100%, sleeps 8-9 very comfortable. Large outdoor deck allows space for everyone to find a quiet spot. Amenities= Mostly a solid A. To get to an A+, house amenities need a little tuning (I’ve contacted Sean; he’s proactive and I’m sure they’ll be resolved quickly). Would we rent it again: 100%, it worked out great. We stayed for 7 nights with our family of 4 in April. The house/amenities as described and a space to WFH (great WIFI). Included board games, foosball, books for kids, many for adults all over the house. The bedrooms felt more hotel-like with new linens. There is a fenced in yard which was great for the kids to run around while we were grilling (charcoal grill, no gas). The walk to the beach was quick. It’s basically private since only Seabrook residents can go to it (no public parking). Door Dash delivers, Hampton Beach is down the road, Instacart available for grocery delivery. We went in April so there were limits on open seasonable restaurants. Host was proactive, communicated well in advance and responsive, both before the trip/after arrival and sent out a staff member the same day to help with some items (cushions for the outdoor furniture, new bulbs etc). Overall, a great property and would stay again and recommend for those who want a low-key, quiet place to stay.
