Beautiful property just a stones throw from the ocean! Very clean and well kept! Host was communicative and accommodating! Would definitely rent again! Thank you

Sean was very accommodating. We drove a full size truck and he was able to let us know where a parking lot close by would be to accommodate the size. He was always responsive. It was a perfect location, walking distance to all restaurants and directly across from the public beach. Loved the balcony to people watch!

This apartment is the best place to enjoy Hampton Beach! The decor was chic and peaceful. The place was extremely clean and well equipped. Lovely comfortable bed in a cozy loft. Great closet space and huge airy bathroom. Thoughtful hooks for your clothes and towels everywhere. The best part was the view of the ocean. Not only is the porch lovely but you can also see the ocean from the cute kitchen. Our host was responsive and everything was clear and easy. I highly recommend this location and can’t wait to stay there again!

Het appartement is zoals beschreven. Alle recensies zijn positief en die kloppen, maar wij missen de volgende opmerkingen. Als je aankomt valt het vieze trappenhuis op. Dat geeft een slechte eerste indruk. Wat ook tegenvalt is dat er geen gordijnen in de kamer zijn. Hierdoor een gebrek aan privacy. De omgeving is ontzettend lawaaierig. Verkeer komt ter hoogte van het appartement om een bocht en trekken hier dan weer met veel lawaai op. Ons viel dat heel erg tegen. De communicatie met de eigenaren is puur strikt. Ook in het voorseizoen als eigenlijk nog nagenoeg alle appartementen leeg zijn geen flexibiliteit met aankomst. Op ons komt dit onsympathiek over.

The balcony experience alone is worth a 5-star review. Most of the beach is visible from there (literally a stone's throw away!), and the lively energy of the shopping strip/restaurants below adds to the excitement. This place makes you feel like you're part of the heartbeat of Hampton Beach. Our two kids had so much fun (I mean, who could complain about being next to an ice cream shop with mini-golf!), and the pull-out couch was ample for them. Very high on our list of Bnb faves over the years.

Sean’s place was loud and not private. The place had hair in the bathroom and in main areas. The place was very loud and on a busy road. Not a super great or safe area

If you planning to visit Hampton Beach, this apparemment is the perfect place to stay and enjoy your time.

It’s a nice cozy space, very short walk to the beach and local restaurants. The balcony is nice to relax on and enjoy the sea. Only note, the final flight of stairs are a bit steep up to the entry of the room and the spiral stair case is a bit tight.

Sean's place was exactly as advertised at a great rate in a great location.

Third floor balcony overlooking the beach. probably one if the best places to stay on the main strip. There is a decent amount of stairs so if getting up and downstairs is an issue I wouldn’t recommend it, but besides that this was a great place to stay.
