✫ This home has a smaller water heater. The water heats up hot, but showers may need to be spaced about 15 minutes apart for the best flow and temperature.
FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the parking. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected.
