Great Home , excellent communication

We stayed 3 nights. 2 nights we had a hot water problem with the shower. Only cold water came out of the shower head. We only 4 people staying in the unit. We had 2 women who could not take a hot shower for 24 hours. Also, we heard loud footsteps at midnight above us upstairs. We were told this was a high-quality unit. We paid more than we should have for this rental unit.

Overall, great stay. The location to the beach can’t be beat. The wrap around porch was so great with our kids. The only thing we would critique is that it was a bit frustrating that it seemed like Sean didn’t know exactly what was in the home. We asked ahead of time if beach chairs and toys were available for use- he said no. However when we arrived, both were available. This would have saved a lot of trunk space if we knew. The close out instructions included loading the dishwasher, when there was none. Also, we were about 15 min early and wanted to see if we could arrive early. Despite the cleaning team being out, Sean wanted to charge 25$ for the early 15 min which we thought was a bit extreme.

Looks like the apartment was recently updated and the furniture and decor showed that! Super clean place and the covered porch is awesome, especially since it was raining. They had cornhole, hook and ring game plus a bunch of card games. The host, Sean, was very responsive and helpful. Walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to go back!

I absolutely adored the place and communication was very smooth and answered in a timely manor very peaceful area right outside of the crowds.

Wonderful place! Very clean. Family friendly. Loved the wraparound porch! It really expands the living space! And the little added touches like starter paper towels, tp, coffee/tea, along with available spices were really appreciated! Hoping to make this my annual Hampton Beach rental!

They actually undersold the amenities in this place. It had literally everything we could have needed for a beach trip. Probably the most comfortable place I’ve ever stayed. The porch is a dream. The place is adorable. I will absolutely always try to book this place when I come.

Great location, walking distance to everything. Was also nice that extra beach chairs and a wagon was provided.

Sean is a great host - the place was exactly like the pictures - the decorations and amenities were an added bonus! So close to the boardwalk to walk and to the marina where my husband went on a fishing trip. Sean responded very quick to questions. I would recommend to anyone and would stay there again!

Great place, location and host. Very clean and nice touches around the apartment. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to spend time in Hampton Beach.

Great spot for my family and I. Get get much better then this
