The location of this place is absolutely incredible!! The quiet view of the ocean on the private deck sipping coffee, the short walk to Wallis Sands beach, the grassy area to play with a child, couldn’t have asked for a better spot, perfect!! Great place, would stay again for sure!!

Sean's place is very easy to find. He also provided some staples like coffee, coffee filters, cream and sugar. Only 10-15 mins to shops, restaurants and attractions. I highly recommend his place.

Sean's place is a gem. The space looks exactly like the pictures and as described. There are plenty of amenities and comfy beds. With the ocean right across the street, you can't find a better spot. We look forward to staying again.

Sean was very responsive to address the couple of very minor issues we had while staying at his place. This was our 2nd time staying there. We love the location and view of the ocean. For the price, you can't beat it. My wife and I had a great time. Highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay for a beach weekend. Our favorite was the wonderful deck and views. The unit was comfortable and clean for my husband and I. I would say the extra pullouts are probably best for kids or younger family members. Check in and out was easy and location was great. We just a minor glitch with the AC/heat but the team was very responsive and we actually figured it out pretty quickly. Overall a great place for a quick beach weekend trip!

Beautiful apartment, definitely has a beach vibe. The location was 30 mins to Hampton beach area and 5 mins from the park and 10 min walk to Wallace state beach. The apartment itself was aesthetically pleasing with your basic amenities available making this home ready to go. Definitely will bookmark this future stay.

This place in Rye, NH is truly beautiful and peaceful. The apartment was clean, looked exactly like in the pictures, and had everything what we needed. The host was very friendly, responded quickly to my questions and inquiries, and gave us very useful local recommendations. Had a very nice and relaxing weekend.

We were visiting family in the area and was a perfect location for us. Waking up to the ocean was amazing and the tranquility was just what we needed during our getaway!! We would definitely book Snug Harbor again in the future

This was great for a girls weekend with two friends! It was a great location to access several different places.

The ocean view was amazing! It was great to be able to step outside and walk along the beautiful rocky coastline. The layout of this location (#7) is great if there are two guests, but would be weird if their were more. And if you are used to very quiet spaces, then the noise from upstairs guests might be annoying. We appreciated that everything was provided - towels, coffee, drip coffee maker, and fantastic directions for arrival, departure, and our stay.

Sean was a responsive and communicative host. We heard a smoke detector in the basement chirping and Sarah from his team responded promptly to remedy the issue. Sarah was kind and friendly and followed up the next day when we saw her. We used the unit as a bridal suite, getting ready for our wedding and it was perfect!

Location, view , condo everything was amazing ! I’d definitely rent it again . Other than a loud child upstairs which was out of everyone’s control we had an amazing time ! Great amenities

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the stunning beauty of the location. The place is an absolute gem, nestled right across the street from the ocean. The open kitchen is beautiful, fully equipped with modern appliances and plenty of counter space. Eating dinner while gazing out at the ocean through the large windows was a truly magical experience. The cozy couch in the living room quickly became my favorite spot to unwind after the day. It's the perfect place to relax and watch the ocean or watch TV, especially with the soothing sound of the waves in the background. While this Airbnb offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle, it's not far from town, making shopping, dining, and exploring local attractions convenient. The only downside of my stay was that it was too short! I'm already looking forward to returning in the future.

La plage est à 10 minutes de marche seulement. Dommage qu'il n'était pas possible de faire du recyclage. Probablement petit pour 6 personnes, parfait pour 4.

Great location close to the beach with awesome view of the ocean!

We had such a wonderful, wonderful stay here. The location really can't be beat, the view speaks for itself. The place was quite clean, and everything was exactly as described and pictured. The outdoor area was also amazing, we loved playing on the deck and the flat lawn in the courtyard. Some reviews mention the walls/floors are a little thin, which is true, but I will note that there are no parties and everyone seems to be there for the same reason (to have a peaceful place to relax) so it's not a huge deal. We loved walking to Wallis Sands, but also loved going across the street to the rocky beach with our toddler to look at rocks and seagulls. We can't wait to return, thank you so much for a perfect stay!

Beautiful rental that matched the pictures and description in the listing! We had such a great getaway with our boys and loved having the ocean right across the road and the beaches down the street! Loved being on the coast only a short drive to Portsmouth and Kennebunk. Sean was super responsive about a couple things that popped up. Would recommend using the beach access roads to utilize the other beach areas outside of the state beach. Seemed to be much more peaceful and quiet with more space. Would totally recommend to anyone!

The ocean was calling and Sean’s property was a perfect pick! It did not disappoint! So close to everything Portsmouth has to offer.

This place was beautiful. The location was stunning, with an amazing view of the ocean. The apartment was clean and well furnished. The only challenge was the lack of sound proofing between units. It was loud when the other units were occupied. Otherwise, it was lovely.

Our event was planned shortly after Christmas and the original AirBNB cancelled on us the day before our trip. Sean accepted us at last request and the whole trip was very special. I have always loved the coast of New England and driving down Rt 1A of NH reminds me of the Pacific Coast :) ...This spot is close to all locations near Portsmouth and easy to find. So much history in this area. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location. Weather was pretty raw so we never got to use the nice deck or sit in those pretty white Adirondack chairs. Upstairs neighbors were audible (voice, movements), but not at all disturbing. TV worked great. Cool shower design; great water pressure.

This is nice spot for a couple or a family (or friends) that can make due with two sofa beds. But for a couple it is just great with a separate bedroom and the living space with a super view out the front window of the ocean just a stone’s throw away. O’diorne State Park is just up the road and Rye beach is just a short drive the other direction. We were happy to find Petey’s lobster restaurant open in late November just around the corner. The morning sunrises were spectaclar!

We had a wonderful stay in Rye. Watched the sun come up over the ocean from the living room bay window, enjoyed the fully-appointed kitchen and slept well on a comfortable bed. The unit was clean, cozy and comfortable. Easy walk to the beach or right across the street to explore tide pools. The deck would be amazing in warmer weather. Would definitely stay here again!

The place was well kept, clean and just as the pictures and description stated. The view was amazing from both inside the house and from the patio. Neighbors were friendly. Great little getaway, and location is close to Salem, and Maine. We had a great time!

Sean communicates well, the place was as expected and very nice and clean. We went there to see the fall foliage and just needed a place to stay. It was nice to have a great view and being close to the beach, plus the area is very peaceful making it great for a relaxing gateway.

The house is lovely, and the views are breathtaking. Plenty of little spots to socialize and take in the ocean air. If you are more than two people, they have two pull-out sofas, which are comfortable. However, the house had no additional blankets, so you may wish to inquire about that prior to your stay.

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary. Everything was very clean with a cozy feeling, the patio to the side made for lovely morning coffee with a view of the ocean. The road following the ocean front was great for nice walks with small inlets for cars to park. There are also nearby beaches/parks to explore and short drives to neighboring restaurants/shops.
