Cleaning - Our cleaners are taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces between reservations (doorknobs, surfaces, light switches, remote controls, tables, fan and lamp chains, thermostats etc).
Important - No smoking, vaping or drugs allowed. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be at least 25 years old to book. We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

I really liked it for it's outdoor space. It would have been great to share it with a couple of other people but I was there alone just for the outdoor space. It gave me a very peaceful environment after an airport debacle where I had to wait for a couple of days for weather to clear. It made the waiting sweet and restorative.
Great location, walkable to so many shops and restaurants.
Great location in downtown Newburyport. You can walk to everything in the town. Nice to walk along the river and great Mexican restaurant right across the street. Cute old renovated house. Slightly steep stairs to the two bedrooms. Comfortable small living room and deck. Newburyport is difficult to park around because of time restrictions on the streets. It is great that this place has a parking spot. It really only fits one car unless you have two very small cars. The place needs a deep clean. The cleaners obviously just do a cursory job. We were disappointed in the quality control from the management. The patio was really bad and the barbeque was filthy. It wasn't just because there was a lot of pollen. To their credit, the management team said they would send out a cleaning team. However, they couldn't get there until early evening or the next day and it wasn't convenient for us. So, given the price we paid, we should not have had cleaning issues. No adjustment was offered.
Amazing location for our first trip to Newburyport. Unfortunately the house wasn't very clean for our arrival. Our bedsheets had lot's of hair and debris. The upstairs was also full of flys when we got there. I had to remove around 15 of them from the primary room just to get a good night sleep. Maybe there is a entry way they are coming in from. But otherwise still an amazing location for being in the center of Newburyport
Wow! What an excellent vacation. This property was everything we hoped for and more. They description of the home was perfect, and the location could not be beat. Sean was an excellent host who was very proactive and quick to respond when we had a question. If you’re looking for the quintessential New England port town then Newburyport is what you’re looking for. The town is very walkable with excellent restaurants, cute shops, and unlimited recreational possibilities. On a scale of 1 to 10 we would give Sean and this property and 11.
Sean was a great host. Loved this location. The garden in the backyard is so tranquil. Very walkable to everything downtown Newburyport. House had everything we needed. The air conditioning is mainly on the first floor. The air try’s to make it upstairs. But in the summer months I can say it was a bit warm. The mattress & pillows were not to my comfort level. But I can be picky! Home was very clean & felt safe. Easy to get groceries delivered if needed. The private parking space totally came in handy as street parking gets pretty filled. Would recommend to anyone visiting the area! Thanks Sean 😊
Perfect place to land for a week in Newburyport. The home is charming and comfortable and easily walkable to all parts of town. There is also a wine and cheese shop next door which was an added bonus for us. Quintessential New England experience!
Sean's house is extremely well located. It is in the heart of downtown Newburyport, close to the harbor walk, the shops, the restaurants. Even though it is in the midst of things, it was very quiet. The backyard is charming and private. The house is roomy. The beds are okay, but could use updating for comfort. It is quite old and charming, as fits Newburyport, but if very steep stairs or uneven floors bother you, it might not be ideal.
