My family and I had a fantastic stay. The house is charming and historic, and the location is within walking distance to the sights around town.

This house was in the absolute perfect location for walking to all the restaurants, shops and sights in the area. It was unique and had everything needed for a quick trip without having to supply on our own. The furnishings and books are interesting but in general the space was worn, the walls, doors, baseboard need a scrub but the house was definitely generally clean. One thing that I think might have been helpful to know before we stayed was just how hot the bedrooms are. There was a box fan supplied for each room which was great, but just not enough for a cold sleeper like me. There was an issue with the cleanliness of the towels and Sean was quickly responsive and helpful! We definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Beautiful cottage in a fantastic location just steps away from everything while remaining very quiet. Pretty garden. Sadly, Sean was let down by his cleaning crew on this occasion.

We had to reach out a couple of times and Sean was so quick in his responses. The house was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We felt right at home. You walk out the door and you're steps from a great restaurant, with an amazing staff, called the Poynt. We are really in love with Newburyport and this house is just the place to spend some time.

You cannot beat the location of Sean’s home! Our family enjoyed how easy it was to walk to all the shopping /dining while still being on a quiet street. Would definitely return!

My family and I stayed at Sean's place for three nights and it was great! The house has a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and a wonderful location! You are steps away from a lot of restaurants and a short drive to Plum Island. Sean is an excellent host, always available! I recommend this home and would stay there again!

Geographically a great place. Great for younger people but not for older adults who may be a fall risk-not Sean’s fault. Super good for quick walks to great restaurants and activities.

The house was exactly as advertised. fantastic location. 2 minute walk to the town center. Everything was clean, bed was comfy. only downside was that the house is very old and there are some quirks with water pressure. for example if you flush the toilet downstairs there's a really loud squeaking upstairs. You also can't use more than one water source at a time (e.g. if you use the sink downstairs the shower stops working.) otherwise everything was great.

The location was excellent& the house was clean. The 2 parking spaces didn’t fit a truck & a car. We had to find public parking for our second vehicle about 10 minute walk. The host was very responsive & we appreciate that.

A great place to stay near everything you'll want to do in Newburyport!

We loved our stay at the garden cottage in downtown Newburyport for its easy access to restaurants, shops, beautiful walks, and family in the area. The cottage was fully stocked with all the necessities for our longer stay, and every question and/or concern was quickly addressed by Sean or his friendly staff. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay!

We loved our stay! Our host was very responsive and kind! It is an excellent location, and there is lots to do in town! We had trouble with the smart TV because it is an older smart TV. Other than that, it was a wonderful experience, and I would definitely book again! A huge thank you to Sean for all your help and for accommodating us on such short notice.

The home was cozy and filled with charm And character. It truly felt like a home away from home. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I hoped for a change of scenery during the winter despite the usual winter weather in New England. We looked for someplace with lots of activities and good restaurants within a short walking distance. We found that in spades! Coffee houses, charming cafes and a variety of dinner options nearby as well as a host of small boutiques and a well-stocked book store. No end of activities and history in beautiful Newburyport. Best of all was our stay at 3 Center Street. This 1830 cottage was charming, comfortable, well appointed with lots of thoughtful amenities. The kitchen was fully equipped with an efficient layout for cooking. We appreciated the convenient in-house laundry facilities. The home was full of daylight and it was cozy at night. We were very pleased with our time in this lovely space and definitely would consider returning at another time.

Lots of clear communication before, during, and anytime I had a question. Cozy space to chill, easy to walk everywhere.

This place is a quintessential New England, seaside, 19th century home. The off-street parking is a great amenity, as the narrow streets can present a parking challenge, but the location of the home is perfectly situated for walk the entire town and then some. The home is nice, clean, and well appointed. The second bed is a bit smaller than a traditional queen, or felt smaller due to the size of the room, but the host made the "bunk house" depicted in the pictures available, so the smaller bed didn't end up being a problem. The bunk house is cozy and comfortable for one guest to enjoy. The hosts are consummate professionals, responsive and sensitive to the needs of travelers. We look forward to staying with them again when we're in town.

The property's location was excellent and extremely walkable to neighborhood businesses and the main downtown area. Sean was an amazing host. Super responsive and got back to us so quickly. The home is absolutely adorable and it’s one block off of everything that Newburyport has to offer. Truly cannot have a better location. We got there a little early our first day and when the cleaning crew was done, they allowed us to check in an hour early, which was so, nice of the host! The backyard was super quaint and the extra room out there was perfect for our 18-year-old son. Overall, just a wonderful time.!

I had the pleasure of staying here for the whole month of April, and I couldn't have been happier to have this as my home base! The location, right in the middle of bustling Newburyport, really could not have been any better. In the mornings I hit Plum Island Coffee for my daily hit of caffeine, in the afternoons I strolled up to Joffa Park to stare at the water, and in the evenings I ate great, whether it was at The Poynt, Michael's Harborside, or the Grog. I was also so happy to have a dedicated parking space - I spent a lot of time traveling up and down the North Shore, and even up into New Hampshire and Maine, so it was great to know that no matter when I came back, I wouldn't have to worry about parking. I absolutely felt right at home, whether I was having people over for dinner or snuggling with blankets on the couch watching movies. A perfect stay!

What a great place to stay if you want to be convenient to everything! The bed was very comfortable, the place was very welcoming and it had everything we needed!

The location is perfect! You can walk everywhere and there is so much to do. Great shopping, restaurants, the waterfront, etc.. Sean responded within minutes whenever I had a question. The outdoor space is very nice. We were lucky to have good weather to enjoy it. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Great place in a perfect location! It’s small - but efficient, beautiful and comfortable. We were able to walk everywhere. Guests should know that the steps to the second floor are steep, and the parking is on the other side of the house next door. Nevertheless I would definitely stay again!

It is a very quaint, small place. It is perfect for a single couple or with 1 child. Small but nice back yard with a porch. Stairs are steep so if any walking issues be aware. Absolutely a perfect location as we walked to everything and did not need the car. Perfect for someone coming from public transportation and no car.

We loved our stay in this beautiful house. It was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. Sean answered all of our questions promptly and politely. The neighborhood is beautiful, walkable, and filled with great places to eat and shop. We accidentally left a briefcase, and didn’t realize until after checkout. Sean and his team made it very simple for us to retrieve it the next day. All in all, a great experience in a beautiful place. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful and the host was very responsive and helpful. The place was super close to town and easy to walk around. Everything was clean and well thought out. The only reason we took a star off is because the information states that there are two queen beds and one of the beds is definitely smaller (full size) which was difficult for adult women to share comfortably. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend staying there.

Great location and place, we enjoyed our stay. Advertised as a 3 bedroom. We were confused when we got there but then realized the third one was disconnected. We didn’t have access to it. Also, limited glassware so bring your own or buy disposable cups.

The location was perfect for easy walking into the center of downtown Newburyport and for a short car ride to Plum Island. This made for no end of possible activities from walks through the nature preserve to dinners out to shopping and a myriad of coffee shops to choose from as well as museums, theater, and art galleries. The house had a wonderful garden with seating and a table on the deck as well as in the center of the grotto style garden. Next door was a wonderful wine and cheese shop--we had charcuterie and wine for our last dinner before checking out the next morning. Parking for one car was easy. Sean was responsive and helpful. The house was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. My husband and I had a wonderful time.

We loved this house and would definitely come back. The whole place has a comfy but hip vibe - lots of fabrics and textures that are what you see in lovely stores like Redbird. Everything was great!

I went on a business trip with a colleague and decided to rent an airbnb instead of getting to hotel rooms as it worked out cheaper. It was much better having our own shared space rather than being confined to our own bedrooms and the property ticked all the boxes - confortable, clean and in a geat location.
