We felt right at home, next to historic light house. It’s conveniently located within driving distance from Newburyport where plenty of dining and shopping options are there. Loved the sunrise hues around the light house.

The home was clean, exactly as described, and in a great location just a short walk from the beach. We had a wonderful stay overall. For the price, though, I think there are a few small things that could make the experience even better. The grill's propane tank was empty when we arrived, and we were initially asked to refill it ourselves before a replacement was delivered. The bunk room could also benefit from its own air conditioner, and there was some early morning noise from upstairs despite the posted quiet hours. Overall, it's a great spot with just a few areas for improvement.

We had a great stay at this beach house! It is right at the tip of the island and is walkable to a nice playground and the beach. The water was not open for swimming when we were there but the kids enjoyed just being able to play in the dry sand portions. Sean was helpful with providing suggestions of other nearby beaches that were open. We loved being able to just walk across the street and having the beautiful beach views right there. The location was perfect for all of our day trips on the north shore. The home was very comfortable for our family of 6 and the kitchen was very well stocked. We also really appreciated the option for a late checkout so we could have one last morning walk along the beach before heading back to Texas. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place and great location! It’s an apartment but it’s the entire first floor of a house with its own entrance and is very comfortable and private. Everything is as described and steps from a beautiful neighborhood beach. The only change we would ask for is a grab bar in the shower. Thank you for a great stay!

It was clean and modern. Nice, beachy, decor. Great location. The beach is out the backdoor. There were a few ants, but they sent ant spray, and they went away. We needed more bath towels for 4 days, and he sent some. We needed a few more face cloths, and hand towels because there were 5 of us. Only 1 hand towel for each bathroom. The only place to hang your bath towels, is on the hooks in the bathroom. Overall a nice place.
