These items are intended to get you through the first few days of your stay. If you anticipate needing more, please plan to bring additional supplies.
FYI: We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record sound, but allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

Location is amazing. Direct access to beach across the street. Several eateries in walking distance. Space was exactly what were expecting. Sean was very responsive and communicated throughout the trip. We hope to be back!
The cutest little cottage! Right across the street from multiple access points to the beach which is great for swimming, picnics and seeing the sunset. Beds were very comfortable and rain shower felt heavenly after a day in the sun. Back deck is perfect for yoga or a group hang. Fully equipped kitchen makes meals easy. AC makes the place a comfortable retreat regardless of the heat. Would definitely stay again!
Perfect couple of days around Plum Island and Newberryport. Lovely beach walks at dawn and dusk.

A cute, clean, updated cottage that had just about everything we could want for our two night stay. A negative was the road noise. Despite being off season, it was summer like weather so there were more people enjoying the area than is typical in May. Unfortunately that meant a lot of road traffic noise for a cottage right on the main road. Having the windows open at night was impossible and we needed to use the AC instead. It could also use a Keurig coffee maker but we made do with the drip coffee maker and there is a cute coffee shop down the street. Overall we would stay again but only in the off season due to the noise factor.
The description is right on! Upscale! The beds were very comfortable, and there were plenty of beach towels. We love the deck which I didn't recall seeing on the site.
