I loved this home , and it was soooooo close to the beach , restaurants and more 5 min drive from Broadway at the beach Less than a min walk to the beach You are surrounded by great food and yet it’s a condo it was actually pretty quiet I love the 2 bed and 2 bath and def loved the accent wall with the pink light … it looks like a night club at night and I loved it . Check in was easy , there are 3 tvs … awesome, easy parking … bc you have to pay to park in Myrtle beach and your home is so close … to the beach Host was responsive … and truly cared about communicating with you overall it was a great experience and I’m Booking again The host

Good place. Super close walk to the beach:) never had to drive besides going out to dinner and adventuring in the area. Perfect place to bring your daughters. They loved the pink room and the decor. Not super over the top but good for a family atmosphere. Easy parking, easy access. The ONLY thing I noticed is they forgot to leave extra trash bags/paper towels (or maybe I just couldn’t find them?) anyways good stay:)

We had a wonderful stay at Sean’s place! The location was perfect—an easy walk to the beach, shops, and great local restaurants. The fun and colorful decor made it ideal for our girls trip, and we loved all the thoughtful touches like extra throw blankets and colorful pillows. The neighbors were friendly, and we felt very safe throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying with Sean and hope to come back next summer!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in every way.The home looked exactly like the pictures but even better in person. It is in a perfect location to walk really anywhere restaurants shops beach stores etc. Super cute and clean and defently would stay again.

The esthetics were just like the pictures and the communication was great! The only complaint I have is the minor cleaning mistakes and the smell. Which we discussed. Sean is a really great host and will make sure you enjoy your stay comfortably.

This place was great for me and my friend’s trip to myrtle. Great location, just a short distance away from the boardwalk, broadway, and beach, with a super responsive host who always made sure our needs were met.

Stayed here with a few of my friends and it was perfect for the occasion. It felt just like a home. Owner is really nice too.

Problem with appliances and lock kept saying battery was low and worried that we would be locked out. No beach chairs

Everything was great. The only thing is that the floors were still dirty and the fridge and freezer had crumbs, and the bed frame fell while my toddler was napping, but apart from that everything was great, great communication, fast response, walkable to beach.

During our stay in Myrtle Beach, we chose this condo for its proximity to the beach, dining options, and a nearby sports complex for daily basketball. The condo was spacious, tidy, and well-maintained. The washer and dryer were convenient for laundry, but the bunk beds, especially the bottom one, were shaky and could use a sturdier frame. The kitchen was well-equipped for cooking, though a TV in the second bedroom would have been nice for relaxation, especially for families. Adding some beach accessories like chairs or umbrellas would have been an added touch. Initially, we had some concerns about pre-existing issues that we wanted documented. Clearer communication upfront regarding these issues would have been appreciated. Overall, our Airbnb experience in Myrtle Beach was positive, with a convenient location for activities and amenities. Despite minor issues, the condo's cleanliness, functionality, and location suited our vacation well.

We were attending the Run to the Sun Car Show, so the location was great. Several restaurants within easy walking distance with a nice variety of food choices. AC was not cooling properly, but it was not an issue, since we were gone all day anyway. I waited until departure to inform Sean and he responded right away. Recommended adding foam mattress topper to second bedroom for adults. The unit was as advertised, very clean, many conveniences for our needs. Living room furniture is not the most comfortable for large men, but again, we were not in the unit for most of our stay. Daily rate was reasonable, but I think the other fees were a little high. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again next year.

Deans location was close to the beach. Close to places to Eat. We specificallynhad an event in town and it was very close. The inside of Seans place was just as he described.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I’ve stayed here twice now and it was wonderful both times. Everything is as described and super homey. Easy beach access and lots of fun places nearby. I will definitely be back!

Sean was extremely responsive when I had a question upon checking in. A thorough document with all pertinent information was provided as well. Sean was great to work with and for the location and amenities this is a great condo for a long weekend!

We had a great stay! Host was super quick to respond with the few minor problems that we ran into. Place was exactly as described and a very short walk from the beach! Great surrounding area, multiple restaurants & a Starbucks within walking distance. Such a great space. We had 5 adults (aging 21-60), and it was a perfect size space for us! I would recommend this place/the host to anyone!!

Great spot. Clean. Loved all the little things they provided (hand soap, dish detergent, sugar, coffee pot, washer, dryer, laundry detergent, paper towels, etc.) 200 steps to excellent beach access. Ocean swimming was great. Chill street. Breakfast place 2 doors down, fancy steakhouse across the street, DQ nearby. Grand Strand is a pretty long walk, better by bike or car.

The place is nice and super close to the beach. Definitely an easy find! A few minor issues were present during our stay, which was the bunk beds. They were very uncomfortable, the refrigerator was not as cool as expected, a couple of the dishes were stained, and the microwave handle was broken. Overall my family and I enjoyed the stay.

This was a great little spot only a block from the beach. Breakfast nearby and lots to do within a short driving distance. Owner was great! Very responsive and helpful

Unfortunately there were many issues, the linens were old and smelly, the apartment dusty and not fresh. The mattresses were sinking and bed frames shaky. Sean did his best to get the cleaning lady over, order new mattress and bed frame, but it took up the first three days of our vacation and it was very disturbing and disappointing- all the time and effort and frustration. The place was not kept up or maintained as a proper rental should be. The chair was broken and tired my sweater. The dryer needed a few cycles to dry. Just generally, not a clean fresh nice feeling at all. I was disappointed - especially the first three days all the back and forth and people coming to change beds and handymen etc. very unfair for a “vacation “ rental

The location is perfect, the apartment is spacious. The bathroom in the master bedroom only has one small towel bar above the toilet and no toilet paper holder (the braces are there but the roller is missing). Bed felt flimsy but not terrible. Some parts of the apartment were dusty but that wasn’t a huge deal for me. What really killed the experience at this place was that the dishwasher had chunks of rotten food debris in it, so as soon as you opened it a horrible smell would fill the common areas (kitchen, dining room, and living room). When this was brought to the host’s attention, all I got was a weak apology. To top this off, we also got a last minute request the night before checkout to wash the towels and bed linens, and take out the trashes and do the dishes (doing dishes is a normal request unless your guest tells you your dishwasher is filthy). All of this considered, I had hoped the host would at least wave the $140 cleaning fee, but nope. Super unprofessional.

This place was beautiful and had so much room for my family. I hated to leave. I would recommend it to anybody coming to the beach!

This is a fantastic stay! It’s a short walk to the beach and has plenty of stores and shops within walkable distance. Tons of room in the condo and enjoyed the private bathroom in the master room. Will for sure stay here again!

Sean’s place was clean and as pictured. We loved our proximity to the beach, shops and restaurants. The welcome note from Cindy and Eva (cleaning crew) was extra special. Sean maintained great communication with us and checked in with us regularly to make sure we were okay. We had some trouble checking in but was able to resolve with the property management firm. We would consider staying at Sean’s place the next time we’re in the area.

Very quiet and convenient location! Close to EVERYTHING! The condo was very well stocked with linen and clean. The host is very professional and his response time was almost immediately when I had questions. I would highly recommend this condo.

This property was amazing!!! We absolutely loved it!! Everything was perfect! The beach was walking distance and we were surrounding by lots of places!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was in close proximity to the beach and all the surrounding attractions. Sean was very attentive and very accommodating. We will keep this property in our rotation the next time we are in town.

We had a wonderful stay at Sean’s property. Check-in couldn’t have been easier and Sean was extremely responsive to our questions. The unit was impeccably clean and we felt at home immediately. It’s literally a 3 minute walk to the beach and central to everything else. I don’t think we had more than a mile or 2 ride to get anywhere (Johnny D’s Waffles is great for breakfast and right around the corner). The property is exactly as pictured and more. We highly recommend this property and Sean and look forward to staying at this or another f his properties in the future.

This was my first time at Myrtle Beach and thanks to Sean and his place it was perfect. For us location was perfect, it is walking distance to the beach, to Starbucks and to tons of food places to eat. Everything was super clean, the space is nicely decorated and felt cozy, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathroom had everything that you might need for comfortable stay. The only thing that I need could be improved is putting the nets on the window to let some of the fresh air in. I'm gal who loves to have open windows and fresh air :) as long as weather permits :).

Nice apartment with mostly decent accommodations in a great location. A quick walk to the beach and everything that Myrtle has to offer is within an even quicker driver.
