It was a great place to stay with the kids for the weekend! Right on the beach/boardwalk! Everything is within walking distance. Would definitely go back!

Convenient location for walking to the beach every day

Sean's place was as described in the listing. We stayed in first floor of the Americana in a 3br 1 bath unit with full kitchen and dedicated front porch. Location was perfect as we were right across from the beach and steps from our porch to the boardwalk. Parking was a little difficult to find ( on N street halfway down the block not seen in the pictures), however Sean was on top of it and gave us directions to find it accordingly. Our only hiccup during the week was broken stove/oven. Sean notified us on our way to check that the stove was malfunctioning and he was working on sending someone over to fix it. His communication was great, but unfortunately the stove was unable to be fixed during our stay. Sean and his team were nice enough to give us a credit back in return. Otherwise, our stay was great and would recommend Sean and his team.

Great spot that’s right on the beach. Plenty of space, solid kitchen to cook in. Host was really responsive. Tons of fun stuff to do that you can walk to. Spent a great weekend here, would stay again for sure.

It was one of the best places I've ever stayed

This property was a little slice of heaven in the off-season at the beach. We could see & hear the waves crashing from the rocking chairs on the large beautiful front porch. A quick walk across the street to the ocean is one of the most beautiful coastal scenes in New England. Our 3-bedroom rental was the entire first floor. It was modern, roomy & clean. The full size kitchen had all the amenities The king sized mattress was beyond comfortable. We highly recommend this property for it's location, cleanliness and excellent response time from Sean. We had originally rented the 2nd floor 1-bedroom which was very small for a 5-day off-season stay. We seamlessly moved to the larger 1st floor rental which was perfect (many thanks to Sean for facilitating that). We look forward to returning in the near future!

Such a good spot if want to be out and about in area. So easy to do beach or wander main strip. The one floor unit was great for kiddos. I think depending on time of year just bear in mind the area can get loud. I did have to ask the neighbors to keep it down so my kids could sleep at 4am but it was not a big deal at all. We had sound machine etc kids. There is parking provided and such a nice lot attendant, we did end up moving our cars to main beach strip early in morning just for own comfort to avoid any dings etc. It is tight spots but they totally communicate and disclose that. We had big tundra so just made us feel better to park across street from house on check out morning. Also got bonus beach morning and playground time that way!

The location we stayed had new renovations which made the vacation with the fellas that much more comfortable and accommodating! Sean has proven year after year why we continue to choose staying with his locations because of how responsive and friendly he is! Ty again my friend for another successful boys trip to the seafood festival!

Good place for our family of five for one night

We got there late: after 2200. We used the wrong code to try and get in. Text Sean and he answered right back as late as we were and the door code was absolutely what they had provided. He checked in throughout and after check out. The code they provided worked. Very responsive and pleasant to work with.

Great place will return

Great location if you're looking to spend some time at Hampton. very walkable to nearby restaurants, bars, and casinos; not to mention right across from the beach. The building is a little older but the renovations were nice, and the kitchen was modern. If you're staying with 7-8 people some of them will need to be couples or you'll be getting close with your friends, but there's a couch for extra sleeping space. I wish the listing included the cleaning fees and other fees as I was a little caught off guard about the end total. overall we enjoyed the space and enjoyed our time here. Sean was very responsive and helpful to my questions and made things very easy.

We had a great stay! Nice beach front apartment. Even going in November we loved getting out onto the beach without driving anywhere. Quick and useful communication, overall a great stay and we'd stay again. Thank you!

We had a great time at Sean's place. Perfect location with the beach across the street, and plenty of restaurants, stores, at walking distance. It was a family trip of 5, and everyone enjoyed it. Sean was very responsive with a couple of questions we had during our stay. We hope to be back there!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location was great and we were happy to have parking. The porch was wonderful to sit and enjoy the view and people watch.

This was the perfect rental for an adult with teens. It was spacious enough that I was comfortable feeling like we all had our own space. The kitchen table was pretty big for a rental, which made it easy for them to sit around jt without being on top of each other. The living room was awesome, open and spacious and set apart from most of the sleeping area. The best part of it was the location and huge, private front porch. It was right along the strip and I could sit on the porch and see the ocean. It also have an extra sense of space. And it made going to and from the beach so easy. Honestly, that’s what made the vacation even better than usual. Also, whoever takes care of the flowers does a great job. The hanging plant flowers were all over the porch and were beautiful. The one downside is that I wish check in was even just an hour earlier. With a 4 pm check in, it cut in to one day enough to pretty much feel like we got there in the evening (once we were all settled). There are a bunch of other units here and I know the cleaning team needs enough time to properly clean. Although this makes sense, I wish there was a way to make this happen. All in all it was awesome and I hope to bring the kids back soon.
