This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath, 1,464sqft, 2 level condo with private balcony is located 1 block to the beach and steps from the top Hampton Beach restaurants, bars, arcades & attractions. We comfortably sleep up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms (1 king bed & 2 queen beds) plus 1 sleeper sofa. Enjoy the brand new "Game Room" with foosball, pool, Connect 4, family-friendly board games, bar table w/ 3 stools & wall-mounted TV, as well as the central heat/AC, 2 covered parking spots, elevator & security system.

Now accepting 30+ night stays starting Nov 1st-April 30th.

The condo offers central air and heat, in-unit washer and dryer, drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, fully-stocked kitchen, a common courtyard, 2 complimentary covered garage parking spots, a private top-floor balcony with sliders leading to a private balcony with new private balcony furniture set, and a dedicated desk area perfect for "work from home". The master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom is located on the first floor. Two additional bedrooms with queen-sized beds are located on the second floor in addition to another full bathroom.

Enjoy the open concept full kitchen and family room along with plenty of closet space and storage.

The top-floor balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise/sunset and offers gorgeous views of the river and harbor.

The unit is on the second and third floors and the building has an elevator and security system.

Sleeping arrangements:

(1) There is a King-sized bed in the first floor master bedroom

(2) Queen sized bed in the upstairs second bedroom

(3) Queen sized bed in the upstairs third bedroom

(4) And a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living room area. To open up the sleeper sofa, simply pull out and up on the platform under the couch. Do not use the upstairs sleeper sofa as it has broken and functions only as a standard couch.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minute is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

We celebrated my mother's 73rd birthday and were so impressed with this condo. This condo was minutes from the beach, every amenity you could possible need and very spacious. The upstairs game room was a blast, my family loved it!! Highly recommend this condo!!

We enjoyed the Hampton beach condo during our New England trip to Maine, Boston, and Salem. The host, Sean, was easy to contact and helpful! The condo was clean, easy to access, and had all the amenities we needed! I highly suggest this condo for a future stay on Hampton beach.

Our stay was everything I was hoping for in an Airbnb booking. Sean was extremely responsive and answered any questions that I had the place was immaculate and right next to everything we wanted to do it was walking distance of casinos, Hampton Beach club casino where we went to a show.
