Plum Island is only 4 miles away where you’ll find the Parker River Wildlife Refuge and miles of beautiful sandy beach or enjoy Maudsley State Park, only 3 miles away, with its great hiking and cycling trails. Recognized as one of the nation’s finest birdwatching areas, birders and nature enthusiasts from around the world come to this area. FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected.
