The property is only a few steps to downtown, Cashman Park, the walking Rail Trail, Merrimack River, waterfront boardwalk, children’s playground, public boat landing, restaurants, bars, and all of Newburyport’s top attractions. Plum Island is only 4 miles away where you’ll find the Parker River Wildlife Refuge and miles of beautiful sandy beach or enjoy Maudsley State Park, only 3 miles away, with its great hiking and cycling trails. Newburyport/Plum Island is world-famous as a “natural history” destination. Recognized as one of the nation’s finest birdwatching areas, birders and nature enthusiasts from around the world come to this area. There are whale watch cruises with Newburyport Whale Watch, deep-sea fishing boats, evening party boats, public docks, sunset cruises, and harbor tours. Numerous yacht clubs and marinas are within a short distance of downtown.

FYI - We have a Ring Doorbell Camera on the exterior of our property (front door) facing the outside of our entrance. This is not monitored but does record. We also have a Minut noise monitor system located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected. Minut is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. These are to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. Thanks for understanding!

The place was amazing and the area had something for everyone Sean is top shelf as a host We have traveled along the east coast every summer for the past 16 years. Sean is the leader of the pack and we have seen it all in vacation rentals I always ask the fam, what was your favorite part of the trip Kid(teens): coffee shops, look/feel of the town, record store Us (parents) great house, lots of space, close to ocean and eateries All great But the hosting communication and attention was superior to anything we have experience Def going this route again

Lovely place. Had two families (3 kids under 5) and space was perfect for us. Also walkable to all sorts of stuff. Cute area, well appointed, would recommend.

The location was great and the house was great. But for 1000+ a night I was shocked at how poor of quality the beds, mattresses and bed linens were. They were so cheap, uncomfortable and rough. We all slept horribly both nights. When we were packing up to leave we sat at the edge of the bed to put our shoes on and the bed snapped and we almost fell through the frame. And the last morning we were there we realized the mattress didn’t even have a cover or protector on it which I found to be disgusting and I question how thoroughly the homes are cleaned and inspected. Other than the horrible sleeping conditions, everything else was great. I do find the price to be misleading because when you go to check out there are two hundred in taxes, two hundred in cleaning fees and two hundred dollars in airbandb fees. So I don’t feel the price is upfront. And that was also frustrating.

The townhouse was comfortable & provided a great, pleasant sanctuary within walking distance of all that Newburyport has to offer! We would have liked more towels & more coffee cups provided, however, everything else we needed was there! I would recommend this spot for anyone traveling to Newburyport!

Great location and space! Walkable to downtown - 5 to 7 min, and walking along the water was very nice. Clean and large space, great for a weekend getaway. The only thing was the HVAC system did not seem to be working well - it wasn’t a problem for us since the weather was gorgeous all weekend and we could open windows, plus the third floor space has its own window AC unit which was a huge help. Overall great space, would recommend
