Our stay was fantastic! Check in was super easy and when we walked in, the place looked exactly like the pictures. The house was super close to the city of Portsmouth and when we got back, the area was nice and private. Had a question for the host and he responded in 5 minutes with an answer. Overall it really made our weekend special and we would definitely stay again!

Very nice house with plenty of room for large groups or families. Host was very responsive to a couple of small problems we found when we first checked in. Would highly recommend for a quiet place to stay and explore the Portsmouth area.
This home was everything we needed for a weekend traveling for youth sports in the area. Room to relax at the end of the day.
Was in town for a celebration of life for my sister, I brought all my adult children (4) and my granddaughter (4yrs) the house was full stocked with everything we could need even toys for my granddaughter, 10 minutes out from beautiful Portsmouth for shopping & dining. We felt at home in every regard - even managed to fit in a few quick trips to the coast (few minutes away). Place is large enough for all of us to socialize but also find space to cherish some quiet time to nap or collect thoughts. I highly recommend this place!

The house in Rye was definitely one of the most comfortable airbnbs I’ve stayed in for some time. The kitchen and dining room are spacious, the living room comfortable with a large tv and sectional couch. The house is in excellent, modern condition and it’s a comfortable space. It’s the sort of house I would buy if it were on the market. The bathroom was modern and roomy and the master bedroom was large with an actually very comfortable bed.
This house was the perfect size for what we needed and with the exact amount of privacy - we visited in winter but should be a destination summer spot for those wanting beach vibes with the privacy of being a few blocks away and close to shopping!
