Amazing place!
Exactly as described, this property is gorgeous and spacious. Inside, my family had enough space to get out of each other's way, but then come together for meals at the large table. There seemed to be a bit of family magic at that table - even the teenagers weren't attached their phones! We enjoyed heated ping pong matches and hide and seek became a nightly routine. Everyone (7) slept well on comfortable beds and clean sheets. There was plenty of linens, towels, etc. Any questions I had were answered by text within minutes and I received a text check in to make sure our stay was perfect. A great home!!

This place was beautiful and surpassed the photos. We had a group of 9 which included 2 kids. We enjoyed the back room and the view. The firepit was fun for all of us. Everyone was comfortable and it was just a wonderful place to stay.
We stayed for four nights at Sean’s place in mid June. The place was clean and easy to get into. It’s run by a property management company who are very responsive. Their check-in information is on a web based portal that’s a little difficult to use, but contains a lot of information about the house and area - much of which I didn’t notice until check-out. The house is older, but is generally in good shape. It’s not luxurious, but comfortable. It would be ideal for two couples and up to three kids. We had five adults and it worked for us. There was enough seating in both the dining and living rooms for all of us. The fire pit looked inviting, but our stay was hectic, and we didn’t get to use it. We had many rousing games of ping pong table though.
We stayed here for what ended up being a very rainy Memorial Day Weekend, but Sean’s house was a cozy spot to hang inside and make the most of it. Very easy drive to downtown or Plum Island, lots of living space for games and TV, and a great yard for kids to play while we used the fire pit.
