This charming coastal countryside home is a 5 min drive from downtown Newburyport, 7 min to the beaches of Plum Island, 15 min to downtown Ipswich and 25 min to Crane Beach. Cozy up by the fire pit under the twinkling string lights, play ping pong and darts in the game room, and enjoy the stunning sunsets overlooking the land adjacent to the certified organic farm, in which this home sits on.

Just a 5 minute drive to downtown Newburyport, this home abuts "High Road Farm", a private organic farm, where fresh produce can be purchased at the Newburyport Farmers Market. The westward-facing back yard overlooking the farm has some of the most unreal sunsets. Sit by the fire outside and enjoy :)

We greatly enjoyed our stay! The airbnb was beautiful and had everything we needed for a fun and relaxing trip. Sean was a wonderful host with great communication. We wish we could have stayed even longer and definitely will stay again if we are in the area!

Sean's place was an absolute gem - it felt less like a rental and more like visiting a welcoming home! The space was perfectly set up for our group getaway, with plenty of cozy areas for my friends and I to have quality time together. What also stood out was how thoughtfully equipped the house was, especially the kitchen. From cooking utensils to storage containers. It's rare to find an Airbnb so well-stocked and ready for actual living. Sean was an exceptional host - super responsive, approachable, and attentive to our needs. He even went above and beyond by shoveling the deck and walkways, and laying down salt after it snowed overnight. I would definitely stay here again and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable group getaway where you can truly relax and feel at home!

Very cozy house beautifully decorated with accent colors made it feel chic modern . Immaculately clean and stocked with all amenities needed to cook which we appreciated as a family of 7. Beds were super comfy. Couches too. Stocked with extra pillows and blankets. We loved hanging out by the fire pit. About 40 min drive into downtown Salem. Also conveniently located about 9 min from multiple fast food chains and convenience and grocery stores. Would book again.
