We had a wonderful stay at Sean’s gorgeous and spacious home! Everything about the house was beautiful and well thought out. We stayed for two nights and checked in late the first evening, so we didn’t get to fully enjoy the amazing view and all the perks the house offered—but it was still such a lovely experience. Sean is a fantastic host—very prompt, polite, and communicative. We ran out of propane during our stay, and he responded right away, though we ended up not needing it after all. We were visiting with a few friends and had five little kids, so we got a bit louder than we should have one night. Sean kindly reminded us to keep the noise down after 10 pm, which was completely understandable. We wrapped things up right away and appreciated how respectfully he handled it.

Great location, just outside of town. Loved the sun room and the back yard seating with lights and firepit. The kids enjoyed the downstairs area with big TV and ping pong.

We had such a great stay! Sean was so responsive to questions and stay instructions. The house was well stocked with every thing we could need and we loved drinking our coffee by the fire pit in the mornings. It was very close to downtown Newburyport and Plum Island and we loved being able to access those areas quickly. We would absolutely stay in this stay again!!

This is the second time that I’ve stayed at one of his properties and wow, this one happened by accident but if I could plan it that way again, I would. The home was so cozy and clean. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is equipped, and the outdoor space is incredible. Newbury/Newburyport are absolutely adorable small NE towns and absolutely worth a visit. There are a TON of farms nearby this location and if you want fresh food, here it is! If you’re a foodie, you’re in for a treat. We loved the comfort and quiet this home offered. The fire pit was amazing. Ping pong, great benefit. Such a fun stay and loved the amenities offered.

This home has lots of character and hotel-style amenities. Bathrooms were fairly modern and provided body wash, shampoo, and conditioner as well as hair dryer. We set up the 2 rollaway beds in the basement family area; a shower in the basement bathroom would have been great but the washer/ dryer was a plus. The basement is a walkout onto a beautiful patio. Main floor has a good sized kitchen for cooking and large dining room with a wonderful view. Very comfortable beds and pillows with plenty of towels and extra pillows and sheets. The outdoor fire pit was a fun place to gather throughout the day - perfect for viewing the lawn games we brought. Room air conditioners worked great. Nearby Newburyport is a wonderful walking town loaded with shops and restaurants and an easy walking path along the water/marina.

We had a nice stay here, the host was very communicative. Location is nice, 30 minutes or less to any of the nearby attractions, food, and ocean.

Beautiful area - very serene and idyllic! House was spacious and matched the description of the listing. The firepit area was lovely and so was sun porch. Sean gave clear instructions that allowed for seamless arrival and departure. The only issue we had was the room with bunkbeds - the beds weren't as comfortable and resting only on a piece of plywood. Other than that - we really enjoyed our time and definitely want to revisit!

Our family of four had a wonderful stay and felt right at home. Lots of space for everyone, great bedrooms/bathrooms + outdoor space. Really enjoyed the finished basement and office where I was able to work from. Very responsive host, highly recommend. Being so close (quick drive) to downtown Newburyport was a huge perk. The vibes of this quirky place were great! Plenty of room, comfortable beds, and the acs kept the house at a very comfortable temperature during a very hot weekend. It was also a super close drive to downtown and the beach, so everything was very convenient. I would say my only qualms would be that some items weren’t stocked as well (paper towels/sponges/trash bags) and we didn’t find things like plastic wrap or aluminum foil, which made cooking/storing food a little difficult. Overall though, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this great house!

What a great location to Newburyport and the surrounding beaches. Not too difficult to use as a jump off spot if you're heading towards Beantown either.

Lovely stay in a nice area. Lots of room for everyone to hang out together and separately. Check-in was very easy. Host was super responsive. Have a miscommunication with some subcontractors at the house, but it was resolved quickly. Would highly recommend.

We recently stayed at this charming farmhouse over Christmas, which was the perfect setting for our holiday! We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The decor and welcoming atmosphere was ideal for celebrating the season. The kitchen was well-equipped, which made it easy for us to prepare our holiday meals together. We especially enjoyed gathering around the large dining room table. The surrounding countryside provided a beautiful backdrop for our stay, and we enjoyed exploring the nearby walking trails. Plus, the hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, ensuring that we had everything we needed throughout.

Very cozy house beautifully decorated with accent colors made it feel chic modern . Immaculately clean and stocked with all amenities needed to cook which we appreciated as a family of 7. Beds were super comfy. Couches too. Stocked with extra pillows and blankets. We loved hanging out by the fire pit. About 40 min drive into downtown Salem. Also conveniently located about 9 min from multiple fast food chains and convenience and grocery stores. Would book again.

We stayed at this Airbnb for our wedding and it accommodated us and our family. We had such a great time! There is a farmers market half a mile away I recommend if you guys stay here.

I was very happy with my stay. It's a very central location to Newburyport and Plum Island, and the property was beautiful. We loved sitting at the fire pit while enjoying the sunny, crisp autumn weather. The rooms were all very clean and comfortable, Sean was always responsive & extremely informative, and the amount of bath towels and toilet paper was so appreciated since there was a lot of us! Overall Sean's property is a lovely place to stay if you are looking for a group getaway with a rural feel that is very close to town.

Great Family home in a fun setting. It was right where we needed to be for our time in MA. Great Family gathering spot in a fun setting. Saw all kinds of wildlife on the farm. Easy drive to a great farm stand, downtown Newburyport, Plum Island, Cranes Beach, antiquing, a bike store for bike rentals. Great location for much of the North Shore and Southern New Hampshire. Fun games, cards and puzzles , ping pong, darts and Fire pit. So much to do or just hang out and cozy up on the multiple sofas for game day watching or movies. Cosy cape with many amenities. Sean and the team are very responsive! The house was roomy with plenty of spaces so that everyone can gather but also have some time alone. The house was equipped with everything you may need for your stay— dishes, cleaning products, extra towels and linens! The bathrooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable and spacious. Loved the fire pit outside. Used the grill everyday. Having a TV in every floor was helpful! We were able to drive down to Newbury Beach in under 10 min. The beach was clean and calm. Lots of places to go eat in Newburyport which was also about 10 minutes away. The only cons: (1) we did see small mice in the basement. It’s not due to cleanliness, just an older home I guess. (2) On our last morning there, roofers came and started working on the house at 7:30am. I did contact management and they were very apologetic and said that they weren’t supposed to be there till after our 10am checkout and offered monetary compensation. Would stay again.

The location for the home was beautiful and peaceful, the home was comfortable and exactly as advertised! Sean was very responsive and helpful with the few small snags we ran into, they provided a lot of good recommendations for the area and there is a lot of lovely locations to visit nearby. I would love to return to this house the next time my family and I are in Massachusetts! The check in process was effortless and the check out process was very simple and easy to comply with. I would 100% recommend staying here if you are considering it and need the space for a larger group!

The house met our expectations. It is so cutely decorated, very clean/ fresh and not at all shopworn. The lower level was a great hangout space for the kids. The location was super convenient to Plum Island Beach, Newburyport (super cute town), grocery stores, coffee shops, etc...We also loved that it was dog friendly, so we could have our pooch vacation with us! The host was super communicative/ responsive/ proactive. I only frowned once when we all gathered around the outdoor gas firepit to discover that the knob was missing, which meant we couldn't use it. I see another guest from a week or so ago commented on that, as well. Too bad it wasn't fixed before we got there. Regardless, we were very happy and highly recommend.

Great place with plenty of amenities. We felt right at home with plenty of space and lots of extras that you wouldn't normally find for the money. The basement/ground level was a really nice surprise with the table tennis table, couch, massive TV and some exercise equipment. We enjoyed our time and Sean was very quick to communicate with us. The fireplace would be my only gripe as the knob was missing and we didn't get a chance to use it as intended. The location was very close to Newburyport with plenty of dining options. Overall I can definitely recommend this AirBnB.

This stay was classic marketing pitch. Walk inside to a message asking us to retrieve trash barrels from host and neighbor? No detailed manual on house or area; a PDF was available that was 14 pages but had 1 page of actionable information. Plumbing issues; sink pooled water. Broken veneer on sink cabinet. Bathroom vanity mirror hanging off wall. Two bedrooms with no lights / remotes nowhere to be found. Bad sockets for additional lighting. No TV access in 2 of 3 bedrooms for guests. Neighbor was mowing our lawn during stay? Fire pit was broken; thermostat knob was missing and stem was rusted in place. Host said he would fix it. No follow through. My son’s bedroom only had light from a wall hanging sconce that was falling off. Was surprised it didn’t fall out during stay. Upstairs cabinet to wall/ceiling is a nightmare for bashing your head. HORRIBLE AC - Sweating like dogs for days. Much more to list. This house stay would be a good value at 30% of what was paid. MAX

My colleagues and I spent 5 days visiting from Philadelphia. The space was very huge and accommodating to our size group! Place was clean, beautiful and Sean was very welcoming! Would definitely stay again!

Great place in a great location. House was very clean, large, and setup for multiple guests to relax. Host was very responsive. The reason I am docking a star is because: 1. We had to hand-wash all our dishes. They provided dishwasher detergent and even required dirty dishes to be placed in the dishwasher, but they locked the dishwasher with screws and glue. 2. The propane in the grill was empty, so we had to take it from the fire pit which meant we couldn't use the fire pit until we switched it back. 3. Figuring out thr AC is a nightmare. Remotes in every room with 800 (exaggerating) buttons and none seem to do anything. 4. Dartboard only had 2 working darts. The 3rd didn't have a tip. I'd suggest possible putting shiplap behind it and putting a real dartboard.

My family and I had a great time staying at the house! It was clean, spacious and pet friendly! The location was quiet but had easy access to visit new places. We enjoyed the ping pong table, dart board and other options for entertainment in the house. If we ever needed a place in the area to stay again we would come back!
