This coastal escape includes 2-bedrooms, and 1 bathroom, and is just a 5-minute stroll from the beach and boardwalk. Enjoy the recently renovated and fully stocked kitchen featuring butcher block counters. With an outdoor grilling area, designated parking, and thoughtful amenities throughout, your seaside retreat promises relaxation and adventure for all.

Please note: In the bathroom, the water heater supplies enough hot water for approximately 10 minutes. This is normal for its size (which is about half of a normal water heater) but please be aware of this when planning your showers. We're sorry for the inconvenience and we are actively saving to replace this unit. Please note the bathroom is also fairly small (though normal for Hampton Beach).

Family friendly and Pack n' Play available!

This cottage is tucked behind our front cottage, nicely situated away from the busy road. You have two dedicated parking spots at our neighbor's parking spaces up the street. We highly suggest car pooling!

FYI - We have a ring camera on the exterior of our property facing the outside of our entrance. This is to keep all guests safe and to keep the property secure. We also use a Minut noise monitor that only detects decibel levels and DOES NOT record. This is to prevent parties and keep the peace with our neighbors :)

This is a great place to enjoy Hampton Beach. The apartment is beautiful, comfortable and very conveniently located (200m from the beach). Comfortable accommodation for 4 adults. Beach items available! Perfect for a weekend with friends. We recommend it and if we go back to Hampton beach we will prioritize this accommodation!

Our family had the best time staying at Chris'. It was a perfect place for me, my husband, and our three littles (ages: 5yrs, 2yrs, and 3 months) the ability to walk to the beach was incredible. Chris was so friendly and helpful! We were giving the best vacation mainly due to this lovely house and host! Thank you so much!
